You are only telling half the story.
If you follow the instructions, you would be able to *checkout*.
Why don't you just click on Add Certificate?
It's similar to accessing online banking (in some instances), you have to add certificate (security feature) to your browser in order to be granted access to a secured site.
Give that a try.
When all else fails, follow instructions!
Funny that you should compare it potato chips. I suggest that you do better DD.
The facts are there. You just have to dig a little deeper. I must warn you though, once you have *real* facts you just want more - just like potato chips (you can't just have one). I suspect the SORs have done plenty of DD to feel comfortable with what they have discovered.
Keep guessing - it's fun/funny.
I own shares! What about you?
AH...you mean this, right?
Commerce Consulting Group, LLC provides world-class strategic and financial advisory services to emerging growth and micro-cap companies traditionally under served by the current universe of investment banking firms.
Keep guessing...the answer is a stone's throw away.
Did you read the filings?
Aero closed down their Westminster, CA location.
If I was born yesterday, I would make the same honest mistake, too. GLTU.
They can try to block until news comes out. Then it will explode. They tried to suppress the PPS and keep it at triple zero 2, but that was *short* lived.
C'mon Aero, get her done so we can move to the next level.
Are you finally coming to the realization that the Jones acquisition is going to happen?
I knew you would eventually come around.
You should call Terry Abernathy (Jones' Attoney) and tell him that.
He's gonna ROFLHAO!!!IMO

Motor Vehicle Aftermarket Overview
The motor vehicle aftermarket is a significant sector of the U.S. economy employing approximately 4.5 million people. This industry encompasses all products and services purchased for light and heavy duty vehicles after the original sale including replacement parts, accessories, lubricants, appearance products, service repairs as well as the tools and equipment necessary to make the repair.
Overall aftermarket sales increased in 2007 to $285.5 billion, an increase of 4.0 percent from 2006. Sales in the automotive aftermarket (cars and light trucks) totaled $211.4 billion and sales in the heavy duty vehicle aftermarket totaled $74.1 billion.

It's not edged in stone yet, but the clues are there about the IB firm.
BTW, you know how onions have layers...? And if you are like The Donkey in Shrek and must ask, "Why can’t you be more like a cake? They have a lot of layers too."
Well, that's where DD pays off to be in the know.
Jones' attorney didn't think it would be spooky at all regarding the acquisition when he accepted the $25,000 (put it in escrow).
I wonder who's going to be spooked once the acquisition is a done deal...oooooooooooh...LOL!
I share your frustrations.
Do keep in mind that there are a lot of people who have large stakes...who are patient enough to wait for certain material events to unfold. Sometimes in business things take a bit longer than we would like, if it's a legit business we are dealing with. Aero and its management seem to have a plan, and they are doing it *slowly* to make sure things are done right. Mind you Aero is new as a public company but they have adapted well to certain tactics employed by various entities and individuals.
I am not going to say "next week" as a definitive timeframe for the company to come out with substantive news we are all waiting on. But what I can say is that there are definately things happening in the background we don't know about. The company will release news when they are ready. You and I know they have been under a lot of crutiny...through no fault of their own or them just going through the learnig curve. That could explain the long stealth mode. That was evident with the uplist to the OTCBB and then the DA with Jones, which happened in the background for 9 months of mutual DD and negotiations. These are pretty significant events.
If it piques your curiosity, you should go on any search engines and type in "aero turbine" you will see that Aero is listed everywhere. Customers who have bought and intalled an Aero product have only good things to say about its performance. and the pending acquisition only adds value to their market presence, coupled with expanded capacity. What I see is that Aero is a rookie-star in the making.
People must do what they feel is right. As for me I will hold on for long-term.
Good luck to you and all long-term shareholders.
Walk,
I know we also have distributors in Europe. From what I can remember, Fin was going to expand his network to other countries.
Countries in Europe pay more than double for gasoline per gallon, so I think Aero will do quite well. It's just a matter of marketing to brand in the name - AERO with fuel efficiency and power. The pending acquisition of Jones will definitely be a welcome expansion to supply the European markets with steady supply.

Check out this website. It has a full line of Aero's products. The company has a few of the *out of stock* models listed on Aero's site, but they are being offered on eBay and show the *quantity available*. IMHO, products are shipped out as they come in to the distributors/wholesalers/retailers first.

Each passing day is one day closer to the final completion of the Jones acquisition. I wouldn't be surprised to see this thing fast-tracked, finalized and 8K'ed way before May 31st.
Jones Exhaust has been in business for over 40 years. I think they would have their books pretty orderly over the years. To get the audited financials done quickly should not be difficult. 4kids' prediction of the anticipated timeframe of mid February - early March sounds very reasonable. But again...give or take, because this thing is HUGE, so anything is possible.
Nothing happens until something happens. And when it does, watch out! This thing is going to be a blast!
Today last year...
SOUTH JORDAN, UT, Jan 28 (MARKET WIRE) –
Aero Performance Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AERP), which operates Aero
Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, today announced that it has received preliminary approval from the European Patent Office for the patent application on Aero's product technology in 18 European countries. The patent protection is being pursued as Aero executes a comprehensive European distribution strategy, which was launched with a distribution agreement in the United Kingdom and is expected to include additional distribution agreements in countries throughout Europe.
Aero's legal counsel for patent matters received a correspondence that the Examining Division of the European Patent Office intends to grant a patent based on the information that was submitted. With the order for allowance now in place, translations of the claims into French and German must be filed and the text to be granted must be approved by Aero. The countries available for the filing of the patent are: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey.
"Given the increasing awareness of Aero and the high degree of interest in our products across Europe, securing European patent protection is a priority," stated Bryan Hunsaker, chief executive officer of Aero Performance Products, Inc. "The Aero sales team is in contact with potential distributors in several additional European countries, and we look forward to announcing new distribution agreements during the first quarter of this year."
Aero must be getting a GREAT deal.
I would say the two companies did plenty of DD on each other in the 9 months of negotiations. Anyone outside of the close circles saying it's unwise, then I guess we will have to wait and see.
The deal hasn't been sealed yet, but they *Aero/Jones* did in fact sign...
GOOOOOOOOOOOO AERO!

I see Aero-Jones-Full Boar = Soon-to-be ONE!
Please take a moment out of your precious iHub time to honor the 1st anniversary of name and symbol change for Aero Performance Products, Inc. that became effective as of January 21, 2008.
God Bless Aero!
Aero must have made quite an impression.
Aero uplisted in less than 3 months is rather impressive. I haven't seen any company uplist in that amount of time.
Another check
Millman, check out this website.
It appears Aero *delivered* again. There are plenty of the common models in stock. Oh, do you notice January's "New Products"?

Continued talk of BK and other stuff on here is pure BS. People on there can speculate whatever in order to discredit Aero. The company is legit, and one of these days we will have our day in the sun. To be conservative I am aiming for May 31st. IMHO, it could happen sooner, once the audited financials are done and Aero/Jones can carry on with business as planned and as one entity.
GOOOOOOOOO Aero! Let's get 'er done.
BLUFFDALE, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aero Performance Products, Inc. (OTCBB: AERP - News), which owns controlling interest in Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology, today announced that the company has engaged an investment banking and mergers and acquisitions advisory firm to assist Aero Performance Products in the execution of its acquisition strategy. Aero is targeting the strategic acquisition of companies in the performance exhaust industry that have strong balance sheets and cash flows.
Aero Performance Products has engaged Austin based M&A advisory firm Commerce Consulting Group, which has its primary offices in the Texas market. It is expected that Aero Performance Products will finance its acquisitions through the issuance of senior and junior debt that will be serviced from the cash flows of the target company. Commerce Consulting Group has been retained to assist in this process and has been actively engaged in the due diligence process along the way.
Aero’s first anticipated acquisition was recently reported through a definitive agreement to acquire Jones Exhaust Systems, Inc., one of the most respected specialty exhaust manufacturers in the United States. Under terms of the agreement, Aero Performance Products will purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of Jones Exhaust Systems including its manufacturing assets for a cash payment of $2,000,000 and the assumption of up to $1,100,000 in debt. The debt being assumed by Aero in the transaction includes lines of credit used by Jones Exhaust for operating capital.
“We are very pleased to be working with Commerce Consulting Group on our acquisition strategy,” commented Bryan Hunsaker, CEO of Aero Performance Exhaust. “Aero will consider acquisitions that are accretive to earnings per share and that can be structured in such a way that existing Aero shareholders do not incur significant dilution. We believe that the Jones Exhaust acquisition fulfills the shareholder valuation and debt service requirements we have outlined for the rollup strategy. We anticipate funding additional prospective acquisitions through a variety of financing instruments including debt issuance and seller earn out.”

You missed the point!
Andrew may be the current IR person, but at what capacity?
The point is that Jones Exhaust is not talking. It was like that with Aero RM'ing into FCCN. Any questions about the deal prior to the completion of the merger were handled by the then-IR person - Andrew. This means that the acquisition process has progressed along quite maturely...thus Aero's IR is now handling all investors' issues. Otherwise, any inquiries about the deal would be answered, "it was just a rumor," ect.
The lady spelled out Andrew's name and read to me his phone number.
You can continue speculating...as you have the right to do so. I am just thankful for the opportunity to accumulate more since the "Big 8K"
I called Jones Exhaust Systems at (731)632-1255...
All inquiries regarding the pending acquisition must go through Andrew Beyer.
I don't know what that means. The only thing I can guess is that something is cooking. Who's coming for dinner? I don't know. What's going to be served? I don't know. But it sure smells good!
Here's another Bryan Hunsaker for you to add to your list of favorite people.

ronning999,
Looks like the momo traders also see value in buying in at these levels...after they are done flipping and the longs still hold on to their shares, watch out because it's gonna take off.
knowlesmsncom, I got it!
I also got a whole bunch of shares.
Good luck to all who have held strong and bought in at these levels.

Aero offered to take back the mufflers for cost, but Doolittle wanted 2X what he paid. The case was brought to court; judge dismissed the case and Doolittle is SOL.
There's no settlement. Either Aero paid Doolittle 2X what they sold the mufflers for (which they thought was absurd)or Doolittle accepted Aero's offer (which he didn't want). Neither side wanted to concede. That's why there's no in-between/settlement.
CASE DISMISSED! Doolittle is now little dude.
You say yes, I say no.
You say stop and I say go go go, oh Aero.
You say goodbye Aero and I say hell no
Hell no hell no
I don't know why you say dilution, I say hell no
Hell no hell no
I don't know why you say bankruptcy, I say hell no.
You say bankruptcy, I say hell no.
You say why not and I say I don't know, I just know Aero will grow.
You keep saying bankruptcy and I say hell no Aero will grow…
“Um...pardon me...but SOMETHING SMELLS HERE!”
If you went to bed with an itchy butt, that’s why you have smelly fingers. Do not blame Aero.
Hello 2009. Hello acquisition. Hello east coast distributors. Hello Europe. Hello Asia.

XXX,
I really had no choice if I wanted to use WNSH stock as currency to acquire companies. No business owner in his right mind is going to exchange his company for shares in a business with 3.62 billion outstanding selling for 1/100th of a penny. I have an acquisition to expand the Byers Food Company subsidiary in exchange for stock, and are discussing with others offering Winsted (Aventura) stock in exchange.
In addition, we've purchased some producing and non-producing oil and gas wells in Texas and Oklahoma for the Wintree Energy subsidiary.
The name change is to get away for the bad image that Mark Ellis left on this company. We need to move forward and the new name, Aventura Corporation reflects a new direction.
Kind regards,
Frank Manzo
Banchrima, my counter to all the negative talk about Aero is to simply ignore them.
Yes, there was hype but all was self-induced by people on the board, and it was not by the company. For lack of a better word...SPECULATION got many excited because of the NASCAR affiliation. There are pro's and con's to why they chose to go this route...one thing I know is people who use these mufflers on their race cars are experts in enhancing performance, and they certainly didn't choose just another muffler manufacturer just because it looked good. It takes a lot of good R&D, marketing, testing to get through the door. AERO somehow got their foot in the door and more, even got some race tracks to use their mufflers exclusively. Now that says a lot! They do have a great product. It's being distributed and marketed in Europe. The future is definitely brighter. Who knows when some of the automakers want have a quick fix for the rising gas crisis and start putting Aero's muffler on as OEM's? Remember Aero is or will be International! BTW, Aero mufflers aren't only for the pro's, the average joe can go and have one installed at a nearby muffler shop and get the benefits of average 10% gas savings. (I'll bet the bashers are dying to go buy one) LOL!
Aero is on track to start 2008.
The fact that they have expanded to the European markets shows they are making progress in their marketing and distribution... one step at a time.
Aero is still a young company, with a great product that is used on the NASCAR circuit, and is appreciated by car enthusiasts. Of course, the company has experienced growing pains, just like all young companies with good and legitimate products. The merger with Dr. Gas will help expand beyond their current niche (hope the announcement comes soon).
I think 2008 will be the turn-around year for the company. We are still waiting on a few things to happen within the next couple of months, including a shareholders meeting.
Good luck to all. Have a Merry Christmas and enjoy the holidays with your family and friends. Afterall, what's money? Let's come back to a new year with many green days. meanwhile...have a good one.
If their ad campaign would include INFORMERCIALS and ads in national publications, and web links...we could start seeing increased revenues. Of course, all of these cost money. The question is how clever are they in creating more brand recognition to bring in some major hitters to buy in on their products? I am most curious to find out what Hunsaker has up his sleeves. The 8-K only shows Aero as a young company, learning to crawl. They are a bit more mature now with more experience. I am hoping that the new acquisition will bring more synergy in their operations, and thus will increase revenues significantly.
The warehouse in Westminister, CA had 3 employees (Tony and two other guys). Tony said they were in the process of hiring a few more in sales. They (Aero) wanted to push the other products that weren't as popular as the ones for the SUV's/trucks. Those were on back order 2-3 weeks. This was April.
