You are only telling half the story.

If you follow the instructions, you would be able to *checkout*.

Why don't you just click on Add Certificate?

It's similar to accessing online banking (in some instances), you have to add certificate (security feature) to your browser in order to be granted access to a secured site.

Give that a try.

When all else fails, follow instructions!
