Aero must be getting a GREAT deal.

I would say the two companies did plenty of DD on each other in the 9 months of negotiations. Anyone outside of the close circles saying it's unwise, then I guess we will have to wait and see.

The deal hasn't been sealed yet, but they *Aero/Jones* did in fact sign...
