The ask at 2.5 billion is a scare tactic and I believe the CEO is doing that to re purchase shares. Which would improve the companies financial ratios and limit the amount of shares available. All signs point to that due to as the price drops all of a sudden there is very large support - as price rises there is a wall that’s as large and increasing with almost all shares owned by a single person. Only person that could be is the CEO. He’s buying as many shares as possible and once he’s done he will release the news to the shareholders.

The CEO knows what he owns and he knows it’s undervalued. So he’s purchasing his own shares.

I believe the owner is buying back shares. Decreasing the outstanding shares.

AYTU did not spend millions of dollars in legal and consulting fees to rip you off in a ponzi scheme during a national emergency. That is way out there to believe that logic. Of course the CEO can not tell you they are coming out with an offering. That would be an SEC violation. Pre release of that info would cause massive shorting and dumping. Last weekend was long and frustrating with this stock. This week has been no better. I am liking the way the dots are starting to connect. I bought into this project knowing it is risky but the reward could be monolithic. My hope this that management is orchestrating a well timed monumental PR. I still believe that massive testing is what this country needs to get back to our freedoms and way of life. We are at war with an invisible enemy who is a ghost.
