This just in....
Hello,
We may be entering the slow-moving dog days of summer, but there’s no stopping the Legion! July was an incredibly busy and exciting month for us and we’re excited to share a few highlights, so let’s get to it!
ROUND 3 IS OFFICIALLY FINISHED!!
THANK YOU to more than 4,800 new and returning investors who made round 3 our most successful round ever! Not only did we raise the SEC maximum allowable for Legion M ($901,888) in RECORD TIME, we also ended oversubscribed, with more investors wanting to participate than we had room to accommodate.
In accordance with our “No Fan Left Behind” policy, we’re working hard to ensure that everybody who attempted to invest in the 3rd round has the opportunity. We’ve filed with the SEC to open a new round to accommodate the extra demand. If you attempted to invest in round 3, please stay tuned for details—we’ll be reaching out with next steps in the coming weeks.
If you missed out on round 3 don't worry—there’s still plenty of time to invest in Legion M. As a pre-IPO startup, it's still very early days for us. We expect to open a 4th round very soon—the best thing you can do right now is sign up as a free member so you can be first in line the moment Round 4 opens!
We will be back in September with another investor update. Until then, be on the lookout for more details about Round 4, the launch of our new Referral Program and PULSE tools, as well as news about how to join us for supporting Mandy’s September 14 theatrical debut!
Onward and upward!
Paul Scanlan and Jeff Annison, co-founders, Legion M
P.S. Be sure to join the Legion M members-only Facebook page, Instagram and Twitter to stay up-to-date on all things Legion M!

There it is folks.
Another quarter of party funding!
Expenses met for the income and entertainment and nothing at all for any form of business product.
Don't ask about auditioning. They have no studio.
Don't ask about sending in manuscripts. They have no editorial staff.
Don't ask about the value of your certificate. It's less valuable than the paper you wipe your a** with.
Don't ask about the future value of your certificate. It will NEVER have any value even if the company could somehow manage to go legitimate and register the company with the SEC. They'd issue class A,B & C common stocks and your certificates won't count for squat.
You are DONATING your money to them, not investing it in them.
This company makes NO money.
This company has no interest in making money because they'd have to spend their personal income to make it happen.
This company is a scam.
Asking the IRS for anything is a joke. BS to be more precise.
The IRS doesn't care what they do with the money like they would a real investment company. The IRS just wants their share of the money you willingly DONATE (GIVE) to Paul and Jeff with NO CONSIDERATION of any future compensation or repayment so that Paul and Jeff & Co. can continue their big, no risk party.

NO MONEY folks. They make no money.
100% of the funds you keep pumping into the company is CHARITY folks. Not an investment. It goes to the partners and their staff living expenses.
They make NO MONEY!.
They have no business plan.
They have a small office in LA Ca.
They have no studio.
NO REAL ESTATE folks.
They offer no address to visit or send hard mail to because they're hiding.
They operate out of an electronic, post office box.
If you dig deep into the corporate registration papers, you'll find they're incorporated in Delaware and registered in California.
The address on the State Registration papers reads...
1801 Century Park E, Los Angeles, CA 90067

Donation-based crowdfunding and nontaxable gifts
This growing means of contributing to causes and hardship relief requires special attention from recipients and their tax advisers.
Crowdsourced online donation projects have become hugely popular: A 2016 report from the Pew Research Center found that 22% of American adults said they had contributed to a crowdsourced fundraising project. Most donors (68%) contributed to help someone in need. And while the majority of crowdfunding contributions were quite small — 62% of donors gave no more than $50 to any project — the amount raised can grow quickly. However, these online campaigns raise a number of tax issues for people setting up a campaign and for beneficiaries.
Under Sec. 6050W, payers are required to send a Form 1099-K, Payment Card and Third Party Network Transactions, to a payee who receives more than $20,000 and has more than 200 transactions during a calendar year. A copy of this form will also be sent to the IRS.
You people are such fools.
These guys are frauds.
There. I said it out loud and I DARE THEM TO REFUTE IT.
This company makes no money.
It lives off your donations.
Any money it brings in pales in comparison to the money it hemorrhages out.
I'd compare it to Musk's electric car company scam but Legion M one is worse.
Musk has to eventually answer to the Federal Government and the FTC.
Legion M has to answer to no one.
They reprint only the questions that they know won't hurt them and burry the really hard ones like...
Where's your P&L statement?
What's your next film budget?
Who's being negotiated for contract on the next film?
IS THERE A NEXT FILM?
Never a question or answer that makes business or investment sense like that.
Only stupid crap like can I get a job with you, can I submit an idea, can I exchange my shares.
Same questions EVERY TIME they do a new round of funding.
THEY MAKE NO MONEY People!!
Mark my words here folks. I've been following this company since it took its first Wefunder donation. They're scamming you.
They make no money people!
They have little to no interest in developing their studios (I doubt they actually have one outside of someone's garage anyway), they have no interest in hiring real acting talent, when they put together a production it's only face work. No substance. No box office ratings. All BS to keep you amature actor and investing idiots pumping more dollars into their big party!!!
Since this is all outside of the FTC auspice there's no fraud happening here.
So Send your money to keep Paul and his buddy's BIG PARTY rolling!
Common Paul. Show me I'm wrong here.
Show me the money Paul.
Can you?
9-20-17 DTII Announces Expansion of Terrorist Security Technology
Newsfile publications
Las Vegas, Nevada--(Newsfile Corp. - September 20, 2017) - Defense Technologies International Corp. (OTC Pink: DTII) announced today that the company, in addition to marketing in the U.S., is now expanding sales and marketing of its terrorist security technology from the United States to and throughout Canada...

Has anyone determined if this company has a physical address anymore?
Innpact...
#1
Legion-M is in fact, misleading the investors.
All companies mislead investors. Every single one and some more than others.
Noone in their right mind would invest in a business if there were not some covering up, redressing or distracting of details.
#2
CEO's chant company rah, rah all the time.
Especially the ones running a ponzi scam.
It's what keeps financial support coming in until they either get caught by authorities or gain enough legitimate success that the business speaks for itself negating the need for their public statements of support any more.
#3
This is not a transparent company and it's certainly not "the most transparent company" that most investors (your personal experience aside) have ever seen.
Any publicly traded company is more transparent than Legion-M and I personally don't believe that even Jeff or Paul would agree with you there.
#4
The Wefunder page clearly states that any investment is a risk.
It does not specifically state anything endorsing or condemning Legion-M.
#5
Their public forum is unarguably, censured.
There's literally no way to argue that since everything published to that site is admittedly reviewed prior to publishing.
#6
There are no voting rights.
Polls are not voting rights and in fact are oftentimes used to divert attention from discrepancies.
As far as "Opinions" are concerned. They're like AH's. Everyone has one, most smell awful and all are useless to anyone else.
#7
"Previous investors" are the ones asking these difficult questions.
New investors are for the most part, ignorant as were we "previous investors" when we mailed in our money.
Age has regretfully garnered experience.
#8
"They have empowered me to feel like an owner". Indicates delusional acceptance.
Factually. You aren't.
The last statement is insignificant.
I'm sorry Jeff but I can't agree with you.
The bottom line here is you're not making enough money to cover your deficits and that makes Legion-M an imminent crash company.
A total loss.
The only reliable positive cash source you have now is the naive investors who continue to plug money into your company with the mistaken hopes of some type of return some day and the consistent Amway rah, rah that keeps them clamoring for more while simultaneously blindly defending thin veil of credibility you two present.
If I'm wrong on this I'll be the first to apologize publicly to both of you and to even endorse your dream but the fact of the matter is that you have no business model, no "reliable" product or service and no plan to change that's been made public to date.
You are Carolco in its later days and you don't even have a First Blood or Total Recall to show yet.
Legion-M is currently a great advertising model but a horrible profit model.
Worse than that is that you have made no P&L statements or disclosures that any corporate company that's working legitimately makes to its investors.
If you have nothing to hide and you're doing your absolute best to succeed, why not show your figures publicly?
Added to that your best defense on this site (which incidentally, is not censored by you) is not even a forward looking statement of action, it's a gilded explanation of your past performance.
I started this site because I am an investor.
I'm unhappy with the progress and personally I think you two should step down and let someone who knows how to make money take over.
Without getting into the semantics of your business developement let me say this.
I make less than %50k/yr and I live in a 4000 sqft home and drive two cars and while I don't live in Calif where I understand expenses are greater than here in Virginia, you can bet that if I were starting your company, I'd find a way to draw even less than $50 annually that wouldn't involve pumping unwitting investors.
I'd also have a team of people paid to find new ways to generate more money into the company than that going out.
MESSAGE TO JEFF AND OR PAUL
This is an open invitation to either or both of you to formally explain to us, how you expect your company to make money (Sometimes referred to as profit) so we can look forward to ROI.
And please spare us the 1,000,000 fans BS.
Most of us here are really not interested in the "fans hyp", we're interested in making money.
The delusional fans are all on Facebook.
Wonder how much money is being wasted?
REALLY?
You wonder how much money is being wasted???
LOL
All of it. That's how much.
You bet they pay themselves.
How do you think they're surviving?
It isn't off the company income side and neither of them have outside jobs (God forbid).
Nearly zero income, no negotiations for scripts or rights, no production schedules, no product advertising other than facebook anyway, no income.
Just big expensive parties and flamboyant honorary bashes, fancy show booths and a ridiculous car.
Since there's no SEC rules governing them there's no reporting.
Every time you write something on the Facebook page regarding the massively hemorrhaging outflow, when you finally get an answer from the McKenzie bros, its an Amway pump about "How wonderful it will be to have 1,000,000 fans owning shares!!!"
The goal here is apparently not to make money, it's to keep the investors pumping dough into the Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.
To what I see, there is ZERO interest in making Legion M a profitable company and until I see some effort to actually make a profit, I'm not investing any more money into it and I advise anyone who is thinking about it to seriously consider any other production company.
No matter how good a deal the cost is, if the company isn't making money, what's the stock worth?
That's my issue as well.
I bought in first round so my loss isn't that great at the moment.
Despite my pleas for some type of revenue stream all I* ever get back is hype about 1,000,000 fans owning the stock.
Trouble is, no one will address the question of, So what is 1 million fans own it. What good does that do the investors?
I think it was a scam I'm sorry to say.
No thanks to microwave scan for kids
LOL... Why is that a problem???
The cell phone you gave the rug rats to use in school emits and receives microwaves.
The WiFi modem you have at home and they use with "whole house" technology and in the school library emits microwaves.
The microwave your kids use to heat up their nutritious Hot Pockets emits microwaves.
The blueTooth ear phone they listen to I-Heart Radio with emits microwaves.
[chuckles]
Where do you draw the line?
"how is that better [than] current X-ray?"
First off. Better is not the point.
"Better" is just a sales term.
The point is this is the competition.
Is it safer, as safe or less safe is dependant on the use and the place where it's used.
microwaves range 1 GHz to 30 GHz
The PATSCAN™ CMR: Cognitive Microwave Radar
Frequency range: from 500 MHz to 5 GHz (microwave freq. range).
That puts the PATSCAN at less than MMW
If I'm not mistaken, Offender Alert uses electromagnetic field technology (EMF) for detection.
Millimeter waves from 30 GHz to 300 GHz.
Millimeter wave, which is also known as extremely high frequency (EHF) or very high frequency (VHF) by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), can be used for high-speed wireless broadband communications. Millimeter wave is an undeveloped band of spectrum that can be used in a broad range of products and services like high speed, point-to-point wireless local area networks (WLANs) and broadband access. In telecommunications, millimeter wave is used for a variety of services on mobile and wireless networks, as it allows for higher data rates up to 10 Gbps.
Millimeter Wave Scanner (MMW)
A millimeter wave scanner is a whole-body imaging device used for detecting objects concealed underneath a person’s clothing using a form of electromagnetic radiation. Typical uses for this technology include detection of items for commercial loss prevention, smuggling and screening at government buildings and airport security checkpoints. Several countries employ the scanners for security screening.
It is one of the common technologies of full body scanner used for body imaging; a competing technology is backscatter X-ray. Millimeter wave scanners themselves come in two varieties: active and passive. Active scanners direct millimeter wave energy at the subject and then interpret the reflected energy. Passive systems create images using only ambient radiation and radiation emitted from the human body or objects.
Backscatter X-Ray
Range 30 petahertz to 30 exahertz (Less than a MHz)
Backscatter X-ray is an advanced X-ray imaging technology. Traditional X-ray machines detect hard and soft materials by the variation in x-ray intensity transmitted through the target. In contrast, backscatter X-ray detects the radiation that reflects from the target. It has potential applications where less-destructive examination is required, and can operate even if only one side of the target is available for examination.
Electromagnetic (EM) Spectrum
The electromagnetic (EM) spectrum is the range of all types of EM radiation. Radiation is energy that travels and spreads out as it goes – the visible light that comes from a lamp in your house and the radio waves that come from a radio station are two types of electromagnetic radiation. The other types of EM radiation that make up the electromagnetic spectrum are microwaves, infrared light, ultraviolet light, X-rays and gamma-rays. Frequency determines the type.
Since 2007, TSA piloted state-of-the-art advanced imaging technologies that can detect a wide range of threats to transportation security in a matter of seconds at airports across the country to protect passengers and crews. This imaging technology is an integral part of TSA's effort to continually look for new technologies that help ensure travel remains safe and secure by staying ahead of evolving threats.
TSA
Currently, there are 40 millimeter wave imaging technology units in use at 19 airports. Six machines are used as primary screening at six airports and 34 machines are used for secondary, or random screening, as an alternative to a pat down at 13 airports.
TSA has tested both millimeter wave and backscatter imaging and announced that it plans to purchase an additional 150 backscatter units.

What makes this a great investment is it's low cost, apparently near or equal detection ability and safety factor when compared to higher cost equipment currently available.
There is an open, public market with a need, waiting for this device at this price.
But there's also a window of profitability.
Nuff said
[IMO]
Rush to multi penny range!!!
"The original prototype was successfully demonstrated..."
So what?
Thousands of devices are "successfully demonstrated" for the Feds monthly but that doesn't mean they are immediately, much less ultimately adopted into the Federal budget for use.
It will take a whole lot more lobbying and demonstrations before anything grand comes from the Feds.
The focus here will be on private and local government use. Not Feds.
MFT detection is not infallible and ultimately that's what will make the Federal interest difference.
The Feds won't replace what's in use if it's a step backwards even if it's "safer" for use.
Accuracy is primary here and safety falls behind it.
"It's called patent....look it up!!"
I'm confused by this remark so I'll address it as I think I you mean it.
As I've said before, passive scanning is a science like sunlight.
You can't, and DTII Didn't, patent "passive scanning".
They patented the scanner which uses magnetic field theory to accomplish what is more commonly accomplished by radio transmission.
You can't patent Magnetic Field theory, just the item or process that you use to accomplish the result that you use it in.
Anyone can produce a "Passive Scanning" MFT device, they just can't copy the device or process that DTII makes that utilizes MFT.
All they have to do is find a different way to achieve the same result.
Thermal resonance scanners are an alternative "passive scanner" and are currently being developed with their own patents.

Dyson patented the "cyclone technology" of a vacuum cleaner but that didn't stop others from building devices that still vacuum equally well and equally efficiently. Nor did Dyson infringe on the rights of his competitors.
"The High Court ruled that Hoover had deliberately copied a fundamental part of his patented designs in making its Triple Vortex bagless vacuum cleaner range."
Note the term "designs".

In United States patent law, a method, also called "process", is one of the four principal categories of things that may be patented through "utility patents". The other three are:
2) a machine,
3) an article of manufacture (also termed a manufacture), and
4) a composition of matter.
None of these are theories. All are based on matter.
proc·ess
1 'prä?ses,'pro?ses/Submit
noun
1. a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end. "military operations could jeopardize the peace process"
"What does it mean to patent a process?"
A type of utility patent reserved for manufacturing processes in which a material is treated in a certain manner in order to change its characteristics or functionality for a particular application. The holder of a process patent has been granted the exclusive use of that particular manufacturing process.
Defense Tech is the first to produce a device that utilizes the "passive Scanning" technology

Interesting parallel information...
HOUSTON, TX, -- August 08, 2017 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Bitcoin Crypto Currency Exchange Corporation (OTC PINK: ARSC), formerly known as American Security Resources Corporation, announces today that it has acquired 100% of Kachingpay.com Incorporated (“KaChing”), in cash and stock transaction. KaChing will be merged in to ARSC as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Investors Hub.
You're just repeating what I already said.
"BTW. All the pumping in the world..."
"Spit in one hand..."
All the hype and pumping in the world is not realistically likely to push the price over .004 for any significant period of time, till positive sales results are announced.
If it does hit that point it will be short lived as a great number of investors will dump for profit (that's the pattern) and buy back in when it corrects again below .004
Common sense.
[IMO]
"Nice opinion hit piece..."
First off, this isn't a "hit piece".
I see some value in this company but I'm apparently more realistic than others.
2nd. There isn't a post on this entire system that isn't an opinion piece.
Even yours is an opinion.
3rd. Your response is exactly my point.
They DO need to be like Honeywell to ascend to and sustain share value of similar value.
Assuming they manage to "sign up a few schools, airports, sports venues", so what? They're still a one trick pony and all they'll manage from it is a share of the market place.
People who throw around the words "we're gonna be millionaires" are typically either misguided or are scamming.
Look to this company to rise to maybe a dollar or two a share at most and then fall right back to penneys (Unless they follow my previous suggestions).
BTW
Unlike others here, I have always prefaced my arguments (my opinions) with the statement that they are in fact, my opinions, AND, I have also given what I consider to be factual supporting background material as well to aid others in making their own decisions.
I applaud those that do that as well since you don't see that much here.
"Make us all very wealthy shareholders"
Despite what the self proclaimed gurus are pumping (for their own benefit?), I would tend to disagree with that sentiment (unless you hold millions of shares anyway).
This company is a one trick pony show. Realistically speaking, unless they develope more than just one scanner, they won't see the success of company's like Honeywell.
Prices of maybe a buck or two a share out the gate might be realistic but I don't think even that will last long.
Despite the banal chatter about patents, the patent in question here is not a fail safe for passive scanning technology. You can't patent "passive scanning" technology. That would be like trying to patent sunlight as a source of power.
The patent is their actual scanner system and there are already other company's currently working passive scanning just like this.
Bottom line here is they're just a "competition" company to those already marketing the passive scanning technology. No more, no less.

While airport security may be the most visible and public use of body scanners, companies have opted to deploy passive employee screening to help reduce inventory shrink from key distribution centers.
The UK Border Agency (the predecessor of UK Visas and Immigration) initiated use of passive screening technology to detect illicit goods.
As of April 2009, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration began deploying scanners at airports, e.g., at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). These machines have also been deployed in the Jersey City PATH train system. They have also been deployed at San Francisco International airport (SFO), as well as Salt Lake International Airport (SLC), Indianapolis International Airport (IND), Detroit-Wayne County Metropolitan Airport (DTW), Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP), and Las Vegas International Airport (LAS).
Three security scanners using millimeter waves were put into use at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam on 15 May 2007, with more expected to be installed later. The passenger's head is masked from the view of the security personnel.
Passive scanners are also currently in use at Fiumicino Airport, Italy. They will next be deployed in Malpensa Airport.
The federal courthouse in Orlando, Florida employs passive screening devices capable of recording and storing images.

Regardless of what you read here, don't look to this company to make you rich. It ain't gonna happen unless, as I've stated before, you own millions of shares or the company is absorbed by another company like Honeywell AND the stock is transferred.
Invest wisely but beware free advice.
It's usually worth exactly what you paid for it.
[IMO]
CRCO didn't go dormant. It flat lined...
The company breathed it's last breath shortly after the split then flat lined.
It is my firm belief that they never had any real intent to pull up from the dive.
There is absolutely no potential in CRCO.
All the creative talent has jumped ship and what's left has cut its losses and walked away leaving abandoned what ever stock is still there.
No leadership, no creative talent, no investment money. You would have to be really challenged to place any additional faith in Carolco.
[IMO]
The limiting thing about DTII is...
Their product line.
As far as "AS" is concerned, I agree with Dig.
Now is not a good time for changes that could lead to dilution.
However, I personally still see this as an "all about the detector" company.
All the eggs are in one basket and everything hinges on the fast production and sales of the detector as that's their only claim to fame and they are positioned financially well to do this.
The problem as I see it though, is that even though their product is "slick", it's still just one item based on relatively new technology and certainly not something that anybody else can't copy or produce economically, as competition.
That makes their day in the sun, a short lived term span before company "B" releases their version of the same product and sales react.
I'd like to say "long term" but ultimately I really can't see this stock as a "big buck" stock unless the product is bought out by someone like Honeywell or Mcdonnell Douglas and the stock is absorbed (which I still think is possible).
Meantime, I think low dollar values after good sales figures are possible.
Too bad they didn't put it on Shark Tank considering the crap those people buy and finance. It would have been a step up.
[IMO]
Dig: You should ask Fina...
It appears that she feels she has all the right answers and the rest of us (me anyway) are just idiots with opinions and thoughts that don't count.
"Start for production. I don't think so"
I agree for what it's worth.
If I were running the company I wouldn't sink much of the investment into production. I'd stock maybe 50 units or so and sit on the balance of the drop for costs.
I'd also have a sales force in place by now making phone calls to independent, distant resellers and to a few local potential buyers that I could make some headlines with upon their purchase agreement.
Profits from the newly generated sales would then be plowed back into new reseller agreements and new local buyers for additional headlines. Govt sources would be groomed as all of this is going on.
If they're sharp, they'll be doing something like that now and we should start hearing about local buyers shortly.
That's when the numbers should get really exciting.
I'm personally disappointed in their I.T. department.
Never liked the I.T. prima donnas anyway. Most are idiots with more ego than common advertising sense.
Their investor information site is painfully void of progress reports and the new company site is confusing when you happen to run across the original website (apparently abandoned but not forwarded) that has the prime location in Tampa, Fl along with names that don't exist anymore.
You'd think that would be important to the marketing division much less the I.T. weenies.
"What marketing division? They have a marketing division!?"
"Yea! Right next door to the sales division we haven't seen or heard from yet."
[chuckles]
We'll see.
[IMO]
Nothing more than a movement blip.
I personally, don't think there will be much substantial advancement until DTII comes out with production or contract figures.
This movement is all knee jerk based on the release of a "funding source" and not production.
Handful of people rushing to buy in.
I'd be surprised if it hits .005 based on this
I wouldn't be surprised if it falls back under .004
Real advancement that actually sticks should occur only after sales related figures are announced.
Then I can see a break into penney territory.
[IMO]
Dude. Chill. That really means nothing...
It was at #4 a couple days ago. So what?
It didn't make anyone rich and it didn't mean anything in regards to the company's profitability.
All it signifies is that a lot more people are posting a lotta useless crap about DTII than the next post in the order.
Read the post script:
Interesting ascension...
Ask went from .0031 Tuesday to
.0034 Wednesday to
.0036 Today.
No. It's a bit frustrating but...
I guess it's understandable.
I seriously doubt they would have given me (Joe Whoever) any real details that are not or would not be available to the general public.
Too close to Insider issues.
It was comforting however, to receive the response nonetheless. There is apparently at least one person manning the office email address anyway.
Here's the doc I received from DTII
In response to my inquiry last Monday on sales.
[img src="http://www.mikeshomerepairs.com/images/2017-06-22NR58-TheCompanySignsFundingAgreement_Page_1.jpg"]
Oddly... In an email I received...
From DTII today, responding to an email I sent to them asking for any additional info on sales, I got this.

"Ludlow Research DTII"
Again Dig, all due respect.
In my admittedly limited experience, Ludlow is a really bad way to judge value on a stock. Seems to me they base their reports more heavily on how the stocks volume is moving than any other fundamentals and people buying and selling now are moving exclusively on ZERO product production, P&L volume. They're Guessing.
I'm encouraged to see the report as good news is always better than bad news but frankly I think it's way too early to be predicting increases in value without a product or service line.
I'd have had more faith in the report if it premised the increase with attached product production assumptions rather than simple stock values.
[IMO] Any change in price now would be temporary and at best, benefit only those that sell short and wait for the ultimate drop back to the realistic 0.003 level to buy back in again until the product line resolves and the company can be more realistically judged by production and P&L assumptions.
If it raises to $0.02... Why would it stay there now???
Bottom line is this company is now and will continue to operate in a loss condition regardless of cash infusions, stock purchases or price increases, until they have something to generate profits.
That makes it a HUUUGGGE risk for any steady pricing.
