So what?

Thousands of devices are "successfully demonstrated" for the Feds monthly but that doesn't mean they are immediately, much less ultimately adopted into the Federal budget for use.
It will take a whole lot more lobbying and demonstrations before anything grand comes from the Feds.
The focus here will be on private and local government use. Not Feds.

MFT detection is not infallible and ultimately that's what will make the Federal interest difference.
The Feds won't replace what's in use if it's a step backwards even if it's "safer" for use.
Accuracy is primary here and safety falls behind it.
