POPNJOE- The management, to answer your question, or lack of ? To me if this is truly a money maker for everyone involved. Per contract, each cup of popcorn sold 20% goes to the owner, 20% cost, 20% to the placement (the schools), 20% to POPNGO, 20% to vendor maintenance, the placement for this income should outweigh the idle time. Its a win win situation for everyone involved. Not quite sure, but it sounds like either, they are making money on the side with my merchandise without consent, or poor management. Have no idea, however IMO the lack of communication from the management overshadows the integrity of this company to where owners are left clueless, which makes no sense from a financial standpoint.

True Statement to a certain degree.
I bought my machines back in NOV and have all the serial numbers. The contract stated they will place the machines within 90 days into various locations. Its now JULY and they still have not placed these machines....Don't ask. ???
However, I am receiving 10% APR intrest every month on this money till these machines are placed.
I have witnessed the success of these machines at FRYS Electronics. It its truly amazing, to see a chain reaction of people at the checkout, go right to the machine. Perhaps the cool Neon Colors or the aroma draws them to it.

trading day so he can disclose the OS share count to make money on it.

Here was the message I wrote to them;
I am paying for a service you are not honoring in a prompt fashion. I currently have the 8 out of a time plan, and I have 20 games on queue. I Had your service for the last 4 years, it has really got to the point where I could be canceling my account. The problem is if I am paying for an 8 out of time plan you should all ways have 8 items shipped at all times. You are totally throttling my account, this past year and I getting to the point, where I might be contacting BBB. You are basically charging me for services you are not honoring. I would get better results going with 3 at a time with a different game company for less then what I am paying. If the problem is you don't have the inventory, that is not my problem, that is your problem. Due to your limited inventory you need to discount my plan, because it is not service I originally payed for.
If there is an issue with that, let me know.
4 years...I should be a VIP....Doesn't seem like I am treated that way. And if there is issues on your end, you should of contacted me with the discount, I shouldn't have to contact you. Lack customer service will always kill a company.

At this time we have no choice but to close the account. You will have 14 days to get us any outstanding items back or your account will be charged.

So the story goes, that they just charged my visa card for 53 dollars in mid JAN and closed my about 15 days later.
There excuse about the 24 titles is complete BS. All titles went back to them throughout the years and there were times where they didn't take the items off my shipped list which I complained. I currently have 2 titles out. Because they decided to close my account, now I am truly paying for service that they are not honoring. What do you think my next move should be ? Need input from you guys.

I would of not even attempted to honer those three BS checks, it would not only buy GNF more time but weaken the case. I would of let the collection agency deal with it. For one thing it would give them more of a ding on there biz credit rating. That there is worth more.

3. How many machines were there at that time ?
4. How many machines TOTAL do you think that warehouse can hold?

Im sure with the rev share program being set in place will reverse that debt in the near to far future, since they get a cut of 20% on the profit on each vend of popcorn without having the assets. It is only a matter of time if they continue on this new path. Meaning say they sold 2000 machines to all investors, they will get 20% of all profits. Watch and learn, if they can hang on LOL.

01/13 01/15 24194048014540312572906 GAMEZNFLIX INC 888-542-6817 KY $53.75 LAST MONTH, This amount was charged to my credit card for a quarterly military 8 movie/game rental plan . After 11 days past, I complained that they are not honoring my contract like they use to. I had selected 20 games for the WII console and more then 5 shipping slots out of 8 were empty for more then a week. I told them if they are having issues with inventory, to please comp me. They stated that I did not return 24 titles from account review which is not true and they canceled my plan without my consent. During the past 3 years there were multiple times where they never took the items off my shipped item queue even when I returned them in the mail. I complained to them and they settled the issue for me and closed the complaint and that was the end of it. they had no right to close down my account without my consent. I was charged 53 dollars 15 days ago and now I have no service.
Your Desired Resolution:
open my account back up reinstate my plan with a discount due to the lack of inventory to fulfill my 8 out of a time contract.
