Important gameznflix message about the customer service

Here was the message I wrote to them;

I am paying for a service you are not honoring in a prompt fashion. I currently have the 8 out of a time plan, and I have 20 games on queue. I Had your service for the last 4 years, it has really got to the point where I could be canceling my account. The problem is if I am paying for an 8 out of time plan you should all ways have 8 items shipped at all times. You are totally throttling my account, this past year and I getting to the point, where I might be contacting BBB. You are basically charging me for services you are not honoring. I would get better results going with 3 at a time with a different game company for less then what I am paying. If the problem is you don't have the inventory, that is not my problem, that is your problem. Due to your limited inventory you need to discount my plan, because it is not service I originally payed for.
If there is an issue with that, let me know.
4 years...I should be a VIP....Doesn't seem like I am treated that way. And if there is issues on your end, you should of contacted me with the discount, I shouldn't have to contact you. Lack customer service will always kill a company.

Thank you for your e-mail. Upon review of your account we noticed there have been a total of 24 items that have been shipped out and not returned to us. At this time we have no choice but to close the account. You will have 14 days to get us any outstanding items back or your account will be charged.

For this board,
So the story goes, that they just charged my visa card for 53 dollars in mid JAN and closed my about 15 days later.
There excuse about the 24 titles is complete BS. All titles went back to them throughout the years and there were times where they didn't take the items off my shipped list which I complained. I currently have 2 titles out. Because they decided to close my account, now I am truly paying for service that they are not honoring. What do you think my next move should be ? Need input from you guys.
