Change your brokerage account to a marginal one and you can do this. Also keep track of your strikes because once you hit 3 you’re done.
E*TRADE also doesn’t have a money limit on when they issue strikes.

I just got one trading XL when it had the big pop and that trade was was 6 figures.

Outside of this, if you really want to trade pennies E*TRADE is by far the best at letting you trade just about anything. Just keep track of those buy and sell dates.
