They have millions on hand, $250k share buy back would be more then enough to lock up/reduce outstanding shares and boost share price and shareholder sentiment

100000% an R/S would hurt shareholder sentiment. They have not done anything wrong yet, unlike HMBL which has crapped on their shareholders a few times now.

They have access to MASSIVE capital and have millions on hand. A couple hundred thousands in buy back would a) boost shareholder outlook/growth/holding confidence when we uplist and b) support the share price to and above $3+

I would argue a) is more important long term, organic growth and continuing as they are with the current SS will still get us to dollars regardless.
