Does anyone have info on HHSE CRIM booth at Cannes

I just went on FANDANGO and found SHOCK WAVE and typed in 96817 zip code and it is scheduled to show starting MAY 12 thru MAY 18

Should this be interpreted as not really a 1:1 ratio since we will receive CRIM shares at a premium valuation vs market price?

As a long with way too many shares, I think this is a positive progression - until today, the partnerships have been with other OTC companies without results or credibility.

This partnership will bring new eyes to HHSE as well since Cinedigm is being considered for buyout by other companies in the industry.

I would like to see the following from Eric:

1. Audit and Form 10 as promised - again, with the delays
2. Real prove of Medallion Releasing ownership

I am HHSE long and have way too many shares and want nothing more than for this stock to take off, but I tend to agree with SLEEPY's logic. I think the audit needed a shady auditor and that auditor got caught or was put on a watch list.

It has bothered me why this audit has taken sooo long and moved from one auditor to another to another --- I know the reasons that have been laid out on the blog, but at some point it makes one skeptical -- ERIC needs to produce audit and Form 10 asap.

I was there a while back before Tom Simms was hired. I did see DVDs on the shelves and packaging ready to go out to Walmart and I went up to the upstairs office that was going to be the area for VODWIZ and they were going to get a T1 internet line run from Tyson foods which was just down the road from their offices.

I don't know anymore, I have a ton of shares and can only hope to come out even at this point -- good luck.

I think you misunderstood my post - I am Pro-NTEK and am saying anyone who has purchased a 4K TV would jump all over UltraFlix - they just need a good way to know about it - we need a big launch campaign

I have seen the reviews where owners of the 4K TVs are upset because there is no content to view and their wives are probably giving them a load of chit for their purchase - so my answer is at very minimum, as many people who have already bought 4K TVs will jump all UltraFlix plus others - as long as their is enough of a marketing blitz.

I think it is critical to understand their global marketing campaign for UltrFlix release

As I understand it - there are some investment groups that will not put money into pinks, but will invest in the OTCQB - I think this is of value to HHSE and its shareholders.

I thought there was a potential option for up listing to OTCQB starting May 1st (with new rule changes) that allowed uplist as long as Pink was above $0.01 for a length of time and was quasi reporting and submitted an attorney letter. This option I thought did not require the audits?

So I hope modifying the Form 10 document does not delay the submittal for automatic up listing to OTCQB which starts May 1st. Has anyone asked Eric if this is just another delay.

I just have not seen many public reviews of the NP-1 so was concerned, but I think the comment was due to not actually testing with any 4K content and therefore, the NP-1 was forced to upscale instead of stream.

Looks like Ingram Micro has been busy setting up e-commerce

Thanks for your comments - HHSE has started reporting on Edgar, but still does not have 2 years audited - this constant delay is making a lot of posters pissed. If a stock does actually make it to OTCQB does the PPS manipulation stop - It seems like PPS is being manipulated by some MMs - (no reason why some sells are going through at well below what transactions occurred just before and just after for much higher price)

Personally, I would prefer to start to see some non-pick partnerships- one of the reasons I invested in HHSE was there solid relations with big name companies like Walmart, BestBay, Target, RedBox, etc.

I guess the only way I would be excited is if eventually we ended up acquiring this division and put it under our umbrella.

This may be why this is going down right now, if there is still short positions in this they want to clear their books by Mar.14th by trying to get people to sell. A lot of other triple penny stocks that were up, are now are getting beat down like this one, charts being broken and manipulated, hopefully this BS will all change after the 14th!
