I am HHSE long and have way too many shares and want nothing more than for this stock to take off, but I tend to agree with SLEEPY's logic. I think the audit needed a shady auditor and that auditor got caught or was put on a watch list.

It has bothered me why this audit has taken sooo long and moved from one auditor to another to another --- I know the reasons that have been laid out on the blog, but at some point it makes one skeptical -- ERIC needs to produce audit and Form 10 asap.
