bio Pio is where it is because they are sleaze bags. It is possible that we could partner with them but I am confident that the good doctor would want full control things might be interesting if Christopher personally knows these rescue guys from Switzerland. It Hass to be a small world of people at the top of banking and biology in Europe
So they sold out the country LOL but boy they built some amazing beach houses in Rehobeth
Many of us long timers came here through Patrick Cox. There’s another way beaten down company that many of us are in because of the same guy. They are also being looked at by a subsidiary of Mark Allergan. When all is said and done Marc should put Patrick Cox on the board
OK so the good doctor was wrong about the deadlines in 2017 and 18. He’s a straight shooter and he was probably given some assurances by decent people at the top of the food and drug in ministration. Namely possibly Dr. Gottlieb. I believe the doctor Gottlieb was blindsided and shocked by the deviousness, hatefulness unprofessional Ness and callousness of the resistance with a R in the rank-and-file and probably up to the C suite of his agency. If an American had of an agency can be fooled how do you expect the German to believe that an entire agency can be brought to a grinding halt for years by its callous and caring employees who care only about pursuing their mindless hateful political agenda. The Germans are famous or in some cases in Fitness for obeying rules it’s my understanding that even during Street fighting between the right and left in the Weimar Republic both sides would a pay these stay off the grass signs. For Miss Ted lines from the FDA are most certainly not the responsibility of the good doctor and actually are indicative of his decent character and Dr. Gottlieb is decent character that they were in capable of seeing and understanding evil and insanity and unprofessionalism and hate in so-called medical professionals in the rank-and-file of the food and drug in ministration maybe they should call it the food and drug defenestration
The shorts hate us more than you even think. They hate companies that do initial public offering‘s by skipping Wall Street and just buying a dead company that already listed. According to Patrick burn of overstock they never forget and they never forgive. If you bypass them but he’s a terrific CEO and the company was the first to take bitcoin and has major upside potential in that space. The trick in a stock like this is to load up at $.10 I did that and already got my money out and now I am sitting on a bunch so I’ve got half a load which is way more than my regional investment which was very sweet at four bucks. I sold some up there and not enough. But whenever I have a major run I sell a bit and I go and buy a new suit. So I still have a very nice blue wall suit from the run up to four
I think this post is right on about the potential stock price. That does not mean that I am not very enthusiastic about the science and the timeline for the science.
Perhaps your timeline is a bit off. The other company that many of us are invested in thanks to Patrick Cox looks like it’s getting things done in less than a year in a much more complicated disease Parkinson’s dementia and a trial of only 100 and some odd people. Because the population of the disease is limited accelerated approval is available to go directly from face to be to phase 4. Both IBD and 0M or similar in that the measurement criteria are pretty clear the druggist seems to work very well in the early trials and at least for IBD it’s going to Europe where the regulatory apparatus is not in deep-freeze it looks like our potential partner is in Europe and wants us to proceed there or maybe we don’t have a partner and the management here learned from the other company that that’s the place to be for now con these are not like cancer trials in the old-school way where it took for ever and it’s not like child’s where the drug barely worked and you had to have large numbers or trails for you wanted to see if you could move a large population and then had large numbers. These are clear cut indications of clear-cut measurements are relatively clear cut with small populations and therapies are already have significant confidence from very small number trials so no we could have approval within a year
If you were a great big Hoover in machine with thousands and thousands of little Hoover and machines Hoover and up pennies you don’t care if every once in a while one of the Hoover’s gets run over by a steamroller
You’re right about Rick, he was a decent guy in a twisted world. But the winnings we’re going to the casino owner pretending that he did not have gambling going on in his casino it’s a more perfect analogy then I first realized
I am shocks shocked that there is naked shorting going on here
Sir here are your naked shorted winnings
There is a great article tonight on zero hedge about a guy who has just swept the floor of all the contestants in history by using a different strategy in the game of jeopardy. For 25,000 contestants people did things a certain way. He just flipped a strategy instead of starting at the top of the board he started at the bottom of the board and moved across. It was simple and elegant if you’ve got control then go ahead and make as much money as you can if you’re good at answering. Pretty amazing if one guy can do this after 25,000 previous contestants did not that explains a lot about what is happening with the one guy running our company.
I doubt if it’s a US Citizen if in fact these calls come into the money because I’m hoping that in this situation the money would be followed to check out if the buyer was doing insider trading. However if the buyer came through a non-extradition country or the payoff was done through enough shell companies to hide it I guess they could get away with it.
Could be a pump and dump operator making sure that his pump doesn’t get out of control before he turns around and shorts never forget what Adam fierce teen did to us what is it three or four years back running it up to 14 just to run it down over time to a buck 75
Dr. hair to FDA
Resist this!
I would say that at least in the US Pharma prices I have gone way up from there. A lot more than 160%. I’ll give an example one of my trucks is Creon. It is light a digestive enzyme. Backc back in the day you could get it for about $30 a month as it was made from the enzymes in Cal stomachs. Somebody convinced the FDA that they could manufacture it the Novo with crater purity. The old stuff was removed from the shelves and now my stuff cost $2400 a month which you suckers out there are paying because I’m an old fart on Medicare part D so that’s $24,000 a year just for some tights just sent trucks that’s digest drugs so assuming some political changes I think and a LC drug could easily fit $1000 a month for those diagnosed so that’s why $5 billion a month $60 billion a year just in revenue from those diagnosed? And that’s just the US of course and the rest of the world the stuff would go for a lot cheaper so that might be another $30 billion in sales. And then you get the preventive uses and then you get the epilepsy and then you get all the orphan diseases and then maybe you get the heart and then maybe you get the kidney then maybe you get the druggies and the mathematics that’s funny I mean meth and feta mean Adickes God Siri is an idiot and this is why I think Dr. miss laying kind of wants us to go it alone but he may want to sell out to a relatively small or big Pharma that we could make into a gigantic Pharma
It is impossible to regulate what is legalized fraud. The banks take your deposits and claim that you can get them at any time but then they go home loan them out. Therefore your deposit isn’t there. Then they get the government to promise you you’ll get your money. Now we got the government involved. They can be bought by the people who they are supposed to regulate The money the banks went out can then be deposited in that bank or another bank and Henry loan each time increasing amount of money in the system in the amount of debt. It’s a completely insane system the founders knew it that’s why article 1 section 8 of the constitution says that the states show except no thing in payment except golden silver coin. There is a tremendous brainwashing operation that tells everybody this was a horrible system. The system worked beautifully from the fall of Napoleon until the governments just started issuing plain old paper to pay for World War I and the millions of deaths and resulted. We are now on our third or fourth depending on how you look at it national banking system that was the first national bank which was unchartered by Jefferson. Then the first Democrat Jackson got rid of the second national bank he campaigned on that. So from Jackson until Lincoln we had completely free-market banking. I want to ounce coin was gold miners would take their goal to the meant and get back there coins. The coins were deposited in the banks and the banks could issue $20 notes for each pound each banknote had the banks name on it holder of the note go to the bank and get the goal if the bank was in Wyoming and you were in Boston you could go to the Suffolk back which kept an eye on the banks in the backwoods and had them leave some Gold so that you could get your gold for your bank note from Wyoming. The Suffolk Bank basically was a market clearing bank. The ability to redeem gold in the world the legal system that severely punished banks that printed more paper than gold allow the system to work beautifully in the country to prosper massively from 1837 to 1862 canals were built railroads were started telegraph lines for Ron and it was the beginning of the development of the middle class System worked and could work again but there’s so many dollars out there and there’s so little gold behind them that in their system might start at $10,000 an ounce. Or better yet and this is probably the way it’s going to go they have to keep printing more in more money to pay all the debt to the government and to rescue all the banks from dad investments that eventually the world will decide or not people will start to understand that eventually the money is going to become worthless once that process gets firmly attached in peoples minds they tried to get rid of the cash as quick as possible. Thus we may have a run to Gold or in my opinion most likely a run to bitcoin. Hopefully this will be a peaceful transition Big coin hey save us from the fate of the Roman empire which was basically destroyed by unlimited issuance of near worthless coins with almost no precious metal in them The coins were backed by crucifixion in the end it didn’t work in 1000 years of dark ages in suit. Hopefully this time bitcoin will save us from that state
Unfortunately the free market under the rule of law which means the Constitution the Magna Carta and the common law, has been crippled by regulation and legislation inspired by the false belief that centralized control under an enlightened bureaucracy can yield better results. Thus you have banking regulation and the security and exchange commission which have really made a mess of the financial system and the securities industry and you have the FDA which is made a mess of the process of balancing risk and reward in the exploration of new drug technology Nice in the world as it exists Australia Canada and Europe have better incentives to allow Innovacion in order to save the socialist medical system from the weight of an impending epidemic of age related diseases The good doctor being a terrific businessman as well as a brilliant scientist is smart enough to see the world as it is and take it vantage of the reality.
The regulators in Canada and Australia have a very different political incentive structure. Regulation is essentially a socialist enterprise. In both those countries a medical industry is socialized. Those both the regulators and the medical system her run by the same people and philosophy. To some extent Van both have the same interests in keeping the system and philosophy they work under functioning. A Z with its tremendous material needs threatens to drown the system. That’s the regulators the researchers in the health system are all aligned in seeking out a functional solution. It is the tremendous wisdom of the entrepreneurs that we are aligned with to see and to act on the fact that Australia and Canada and her company all have mutual interests. The same applies to Europe. I believe the regulators in all three places will be well motivated to move forward rapidly towards accelerated approval
Patrick Bernie the CEO of overstock has demonstrated the absolute corruption of the Wall Street machine especially when it comes to shortselling. The machine according to Patrick never ever ever ever forgets if you bypass them and don’t do the usual baby unicorn to giant unicorn to IPO route where they make buck all the way along on each round. The press is generally idiots about science and all you need to do to be convinced of it is watch how they never ever put decent confident scientists who have read the papers no the evidence and can intelligently discuss the science or lack of science or proper methods in scientific investigation of the global climate change hypothesis. Note they never even use the word hypothesis. Almost to a man there idiot hacks. And dad is if they’re not on the tag. Our CEO is doing a tremendous job navigating these treacherous waters getting the Australians to pay for most of our studies getting the Reds foundation on board getting Michael Fox on board and just one question for the board did I miss an announcement at the Fox foundation is paying for the study in Spain??
This was not Leo’s fault the fault is with the insanity in Washington that has infected and paralyzed the food and drug in ministration. The resistance with a R inside the FDA is strong. Change would be resisted naturally but in this environment change will be resisted absolutely dr. Gottlieb made a great deal of progress but they were him down in under two years. It is not the fault of our management that the FDA has so totally failed. Another company many of us are invested in saw the writing on the wall about the FDA and move to Australia and then out to Spain. The Europeans are really moving things along there. Perhaps the other company was smarter because the CEO is from Europe and saw the dysfunction in the FTA with foreign eyes. But now finally her management here understands and has been working now for what is it already six months to establish a beach at in Europe. Things could be moving along here. It’s a great time to establish a huge position on the cheap
How long does it take in any individual patients to show prevention or a mediation after cancer treatment. How many patients would be needed to show affect. How much is that other company that Patrick Cox recommended spending four 100 patients in Spain for a phase 2B that could conceivably lead to accelerated approval. I believe they’re doing that trial for something like $5 million in Spain. How likely is Exceller rated approval for a drug that is only switched and spit and us is very likely to be extremely safe and meets a critical unmet need. My humble answer based on what’s going on with that other company is $5 million and nine months seems to me this is doable without a partner but I’m betting there’s a European partner that will have geography limited to Europe. Could the clinics already be being lined up?
Time is on our side. Time will tell. It is possible that the valuations will be reversed in two years and the process could begin soon
How much will it cost to do a 10 week trial at 100 people for BOM? Will the stock price go up when the trial starts?
Actually you might not be that far from the truth about a week ago I discussed an interview with Patrick for the CEO of overstock. Overstock has a small division that is seating what is SEDING enqueue A bunch of very small block chain start up’s. One of the start ups he talked about was a company that has an option on a moth board General Motors plant and what we Siana. The company has a design for an 84 mile per gallon car that will cost under $7000. The company needs just a few hundred million and start up money to get going. The company came to Patrick to see if he would help make a block chain coin to help finance the start of the company. The holder of the coin could claim or wine Car I am very sorry for Siri screwing this up but I’m doing the best I can so to repeat each coin could be used for one car. The coins would be good for a one out of every seven cars once everything was up and running. The coins could be traded on a block chain. Early investors might be able to buy a coin for a steep discount. Portions of coins could be divided and sold in the market. All of this could be done on a public block chain. Now why am I talking about all of this. Because and I don’t know if anybody else could have caught this but I am saying this because Mr. Patrick burn of overstock went on to say that he had been approached by a company in the Alzheimer’s space to see if a similar capital raising device could be used to finance the development of an Alzheimer’s drug. I wonder if the person that approached mr. Patrick Byrne spoke with a funny German accent and had a funny hair do?
Maybe the good doctor was watching out for our interests. He hast to curb his enthusiasm. The last time he wet his enthusiasm show The short cabal ate it up and spit us out. So now he bites his tongue and keeps it close to the script. This is the world we live in and the World that he is navigating us through. With military bearing like the captain on a nuclear submarine he knows that millions of lives are on the line and he respects that
Yup
Bottom Line
The FDA will want to
Feel good
And make sure that all
The pieces Are in the proper place
Before they give you
Accelerated approval
How many million dollars does it cost to do a trial for 10 weeks on 100 people? I don’t think it’s $40 million I don’t even think it’s $10 millionOral M is an acute condition. It’s interruption by an effective drug can be quickly demonstrated in any individual patients. Drug trials can be measured in weeks not months or years or decades. Any treatment will be an orphan drug with all that special status. It is an unmet need in an indication that has severe consequences The phase 2 trial has already demonstrated statistical significance in efficacy given these factors it is my humble opinion based on my experience then we could expect a phase 3 trial in Europe of approximately 100 people or even a phase 2B Trail. This would be placebo controlled could go on very quickly and would not be that expensive and may be taken care of by a partner or perhaps by the family office. Or given our higher price perhaps we can go back to a less diluted trough. Hey placebo controlled phase 2B given the urgency would probably allow accelerated approval in Europe. That would bring in some revenue could pay for trails in the US or maybe the FDA could just look at the European phase for data. One could look at the other board and many of us share through Patrick Cox in the Alzheimer’s base to see how this is done
I got a new microwave and plenty of popcorn. Is another part of the plan the million dollars worth of drugs? In the discussions I’ve read about accelerated approval the FDA wants to make sure that if they give you the reach around that the chemistry is correct that you’re up to making the drug that you’re up to making it in quantity and that you’re up to making it impurity I mean in space purity. Or another words pure. So there we have it I guess it takes 1 million bucks of the stuff to keep the FDA properly lubed
Continuation of phase 4 press conference…QqBecause of his hair
And now I introduce A great doctor yet us that really terrific doctor… Ignore his hair his hair is too long but we don’t care
Air pump air pump air pump thank you for that terrific introduction…
How long after the Australians go into phase 4 will the FDA be forced to follow? Is there somebody nerdiest enough on this board to know the rules for when you can go from phase to directly to phase 4. Could they share it with us. And now to the speech that just P might be made once phase 4 is initiated
My friend Bernie he likes to say people are gonna die… People are going to die… People are going to die… Bernie he’s a really great guy he’s a terrific guy I like him a lot he’s from New York I’m from New York. But Bernie is wrong people are going to live lots of people are going to live thanks to our great FTA and his great company from New York yes from New York there from New York I’m from New York now I got this guy behind me. He’s a hero. Maybe not as much is me but he’s a pirate he’s a hero a bummer he’s from New York I’m from New York his company is from New York. I look at his hair we don’t like his hair his hair is too long but it’s OK because a lot of people are going to live great Americans lots of great Americans are going to live because of his hair how I’m going to let him tell you how many Americans have been getting better over the last six months since our great FDA open the floodgates
This comment is written in the style of somebody you all probably know. Some hate them some Love him It’s all part of the plan
Or in the words of the indomitable Q Trust the plan
I don’t think we’re going to need to many barrels of popcorn before the plan comes together. In my humble opinion the Australia addition to the Parkinson’s dementia trial is a big chai Ganic piece of the puzzle. Huge really huge it’s a beautiful plan Nasim Telab Author of the black swan he’s a terrific guy really terrific guy. I really liked his books. You should read them. He says and N of one can be more important then in N of 100 I heard him say that on YouTube yes on YouTube in an NYU seminar terrific guy now this Parkinson’s dementia trial it’s got 100 really good people in it yeah those people they volunteered they got big problems they don’t know whether they’re getting the drug or placebo aesthetics just might be really really really terrific I mean just really clear cut because the people getting the dose will be getting the proper dose based on individualized venison and the people get in thrown under the bus but just get the placebo. But then lucky them those good people still get dragged out from under the bus and given a really terrific drug. Then we can see if they get better too. Put all that together and are great friends down in Australia now that they’ve got some Australians in the trial to go probably just say oh to heck with it let’s just go straight to phase 4 and start giving it to her people are great people down there in Australia
Did the Australians take on the Parkinson’s dementia trial in order to demonstrate efficacy in kangaroo poachers? Will having Data from the local population enable them to move quickly on approval subject to phase for testing? Does that mean we could have approval have leased in Australia this year for Parkinson’s dementia? And one final question for any of you posters down under, does the Australian public health service permit off label prescribing? Do they have a process for that? Or do they allow individual positions with in the service prescribe off label? Another words once the Aussies jump to phase 4, will the PHS Val prescribing for a LZ as well as Parkinson’s dementia?
Would they have announced and started recruiting for theRets trial in Australia if the American trial was not going well? Is that why they made the American Trail open label so that they could look at it in process? Have they looked at it in process? Is it going so well that they could in good conscience get moving in Australia?
The last time the monkey was banging his drum I could still see. Is the monkey back? Please let me know
Meanwhile in the veterinary intensive care unit The comatose monkey suddenly opens one eye
Perhaps Wall Street still hates us because we didn’t do a proper IPO. Patrick burn the CEO of overstock talks about this in an absolutely must listen to video of that will only be up for this weekend to get some buzz before it’s behind a pay wall The video was suggested by Tom Woods at Tom Woods.com I can’t do the actual links because you know I’m blind and it’s complicated but so if you go to tom Woods and look for him talking about Patrick burn in these other videos you’ll find it it’s long but it’s worth it for two things that directly apply to our company first of all he talks a little about how Wall Street has a very long memory for companies that avoid their services. But the very most interesting part is near the end where he’s talking about an interesting business model using block chain. He talks about a company where the guy has an idea for a $7000 car that gets 84 miles a gallon. The guys already got a deal with GM for a piece of a mothball plant to make it. He’s got the design. He just needs the capital in the ideas you can buy a coin that will give you a right toone out of every house the first seven cars to come off the line. That way people who want the car can buy the coin and wait. Or people just want to speculate on a car I can buy a coin and wait. Now imagine taking that business model to our little company suppose you have early Alzheimer’s and you live in a place that might not ensure the drug you could buy a coin that would give you free access to say one out of every 10 doses it gets sold. Imagine the capital that could be raised from that just from the bus from the Australian TV. My description is a little too short and garbled because of Siri but it’s worth having a listen to. But there’s a little bit of a hand there that’s a really really interesting near the very end he said that he was approached by a company interested in neurological diseases that is interested in using the platform that is being developed to raise capital this way. Could that be our little Doctor long hair?
Just imagine the capital they can be raised it wouldn’t even be diluted of the current shareholders except for the marginal cost of producing the doses
Question about the heart patent… When a patent for a new uses filed does it have the full length of protection as an original patent or does it just strengthen the original patent without adding any time to it??
Yeah but she’s a pretty hot Instagram model. Plus doesn’t she have a PhD in biochemistry? My first job was in DC. And I was the science guy in a small industry lobbying group. We were in Crystal city which is a giant complex of pentagon contractors and lobbyist. Most of my floor was taken up I have a very very large defense contractor. I bet a third of the floor and most of their space is taken up by a giant lobby with one small podium about 25 feet from the glass doors and at that podium sat a supermodel receptionist all day long. And I bet she did not have a PhD in biochemistry
You nailed it. Correlation is not causation in many cases. It boggles the mind that all these very smart people do not look further up in the regulatory stream a path though genesis to ultimately show that the sigma one receptor is the key. We are simply living in a time where belief is held in evidence is produced to reinforce that belief. This is been a problem with humanity in politics and in science for a very long time. Fortunately for us at least the musicians keep moving on taking the best from the olden always adding new I am so lucky to a found this board and found an FX thanks to Patrick Cox. Every day I can wake up with the realistic hope that my blindness will be I am improved and my Parkinson’s perhaps be gone. Every day is one day closer. Good idea to listen to the original London cast of Les Miserables‘s there are a few songs in the show with the same one day more one day more one day more. One day closer. There was a famous investor who made millions and in the depression I forgot his name but he said he made most of his money sitting on his arse just sitting One day more
Apparently the drug mentioned that protects the retina is prescribed for pain relief. I am going to my eye doctor as a ASAP to see if I can get this prescribed. Perhaps we have already discussed this but is this drug a potential serious competitor?
