I doubt if it’s a US Citizen if in fact these calls come into the money because I’m hoping that in this situation the money would be followed to check out if the buyer was doing insider trading. However if the buyer came through a non-extradition country or the payoff was done through enough shell companies to hide it I guess they could get away with it.
