Amazing to me all this new activity and the boardmarks have not moved off 62 in the last few weeks. If you hit the "add board" button you get notified of new posts in your Favorites tab on the top and a free acetate encased tetrapod quantum dot when and if they become available. This is a very friendly group. They don't bite. Anymore. Promise. LOL.
Thanks DD, QTMM doubled in the last two weeks and I thought that deserved some appreciation.
Everyone must have either started their weekend early or they're in a state of shock. Even the shareholders are stealthy.

About Dr. Bob's Msg#5010 - The thing is that he and Squires have both mentioned is that QMC has a lot of other IP that is undisclosed. In that 5010 message is Dr. Bob inferring that LG is using, or has to be illegally using Dr. Jabbours printing technology patent that QMC/Solterra has the exclusive license for? I would guess we are trying to get them to stop or pay royalties. If LG had licensed it, wouldn't we have heard about it? It seems they are trying to settle it peacefully because otherwise we would have heard about a lawsuit. That patent goes back a few years so it would have priority over many manufacturer's printing. I haven't read much about that on this board, but it could be a big income producer. Look at what Rambus did to protect their technology and the money they make off royalties now.

Malcolm has been tried in the Court of Public Opinion
and found lacking. Is he slippery enough to escape
real punishment? Will his board oust him? Will the
SEC or Tasmania investigate? Many questions remain.
The two I want answered are:
Is there oil in Tasmania?
If so, who will swoop in for the license rights?
Exactly!
Edit add:
The Mission:Impossible team always kept their plan secret
and always got the job done! Squires/Phelps?
QMC has a fabled history of not announcing their having reached milestones, and a more glorious one of renegotiating them onward.
What they are doing must really be compelling to string their licensors along like they do. Everyone should be happy that there is no news. In this company's case, no news is good news! I know that goes against everything you are conditioned to believe about penny stocks, but the truth is, if you want to accomplish anything, the less people you tell about it, the more likely you are to succeed. I have attached a great blog article about it here.

Cup and Handle Pattern?
What Does Cup and Handle Mean?
A pattern on bar charts resembling a cup with a handle. The cup is in the shape of a "U" and the handle has a slight downward drift. The right-hand side of the pattern has low trading volume. It can be as short as seven weeks and as long as 65 weeks.
As the stock comes up to test the old highs, the stock will incur selling pressure by the people who bought at or near the old high. This selling pressure will make the stock price trade sideways with a tendency towards a downtrend for four days to four weeks... then it takes off.
Investopedia explains Cup and Handle
A couple points on trying to detect cup and handles: Length - Generally, cups with longer and more "U" shaped bottoms, the stronger the signal. Avoid cups with a sharp "V" bottoms. Depth - Ideally, the cup should not be too deep. Also, avoid handles which are too deep since the handles should form in the top half of the cup pattern. Volume - Volume should dry up on the decline and remain lower than average in the base of the bowl. It should then increase when the stock finally starts to make its move back up to test the old high. Retest (of old high) - doesn't have touch or come within a few ticks of old high. However, the further the top of the handle is away from the highs, the more significant the breakout needs to be.

Terra Energy & Resource Technologies Receives Shares of Shamika 2 Gold and an Interest in Gold and Ruby Production

Terra Energy & Resource Technologies Receives Shares of Shamika 2 Gold and an Interest in Gold and Ruby Production
Terra Energy & Resource Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: TEGR), a natural resource exploration technology and services company, will receive 570,000 shares of Shamika 2 Gold, Inc., a publicly held company whose shares are traded on OTCBB, and 0.45% of the preferred net return from production and sale of gold and rubies derived from the Cambodia mining project which Terra helped discover. In exchange for its satellite-based STeP® analysis exploration services rendered for the project in 2010, Terra received not only fees but also a royalty and a project co-investment right from MIG International Mining Group, the project sponsor. Later MIG agreed for Terra to convert its 5% project co-investment right into a 1% interest in MIG, with no cash payment by Terra. In March 2011, Shamika acquired 85% of the equity in MIG, seeking to benefit from MIG's mining concession in Cambodia, which as noted previously, was a direct result of Terra's analysis of the license area. Shamika's acquisition is a welcome development for Terra, increasing the liquidity of Terra's interest in the project and validating the production potential of same.
"In July-August of 2010, Terra helped MIG create a substantial value in gold and ruby geological resources. Terra completed its STeP® analysis of the area of interest in January 2010. In only six months, MIG transformed a frontier exploration territory into a marketable mining property," said Dmitry Vilbaum, CEO of Terra Energy & Resource Technologies. "In its recent press release (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Shamika2Gold-Inc-Acquires-pz-903296838.html?x=0&.v=1), Shamika's CEO calls the MIG acquisition an historic event for his company. All of us at Terra are excited that we played a key role in such a positive corporate development for both MIG and Shamika."
Dr. Alexandre Agaian, President of Terra Energy & Resource Technologies, stated: "It shows the strength of Terra's exploration methods that it can secure partial compensation in the form of royalties. Subject to MIG obtaining the appropriate mining licenses and achieving a two month production, Terra's shares of Shamika will be released from the escrow to Terra. We recently met with Shamika's CEO Mr. Robert Vivian, who informed us that his current priority is to establish mining and production from the license area. Terra welcomes Mr. Vivian's plans to ramp up production quickly and hopes to start receiving its share of the revenue stream in a short order. In summary, the total potential compensation package in connection with this license area for Terra is now a 1.5% overriding royalty, 570,000 shares of Shamika 2 Gold, Inc., and 0.45% of the preferred net return from production."

No news is good news?
Possible head and shoulders, I hope not.
Hi volatility. People feel strongly
about this stock both ways.
Insiders unloading?
What is going on?
The "Business Plan" is full of large scale targets
like solar grids, the biggest TV's, all sorts of lighting,
anything that can be mass produced in quantity. I think they're
looking for a home run and any deal they make could be it.
They're strictly a slugger with a low batting average but
going for the fences every swing. High risk, high reward.
They are not really "stealth" because their 10K says it all.
You just can't continually talk about your next home run
until you hit it. The game isn't over till the final out.
Before that I think the game will morph into Home Run Derby
jacking one after the other over the fence. That'll be the
day we're sitting on the island around the fire looking
at the stars with our beverage of choice and BFFs.
.03 at or near bottom. Can't wait for news! There are a lot of irons in the fire. GLTA
Spec, very good news. I like that the royalty is so high, because that means high expectations, and I like that it is capped, because that means a fixed cost.
BTW, I got a blank page from the first link to the USPTO examiner page. Do you have a subscription, or is the link incomplete? Would like to know what amendments or changes were made.
BTW, Freegrass, Kudos on the Ibox, looks better than ever!
One more jog down will end a 2 year repeating fractal
and signal a big jump up in March, IMO. Patience. GLTA
The 10k reads like a very detailed business plan in plain english. I like the competitive strengths section. It only shows the company through June 2010 so they are still really in stealth. I would agree that they may be staggering the release of the SEC filings for better effect. It is really strange that a company of this apparent development - the exclusive licenses, the ramp-up production agreement, the alliances with top scientists and universities is, first of all, on the market at all, instead of being a private funding company hoping to an IPO in a few years, and second, that it is only .12 cents, considering all that they have accomplished. Even if this has to be considered a longshot by any standard (just read the market factors in the 10k for them) it is one hell of a good risk for a longshot because of the disruptive tech they seem to have. I can understand the loyalty of the posters on this board. I bought a few more shares today betting the 10Q's will be more informative and break the stealth. GLTA.
Saudi Arabia welcomes peaceful Egypt transition
article-here
RIYADH | Sat Feb 12, 2011 11:10am EST
RIYADH (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia, which had supported President Hosni Mubarak throughout the mass protests that finally brought him down, said Saturday that it welcomed the peaceful transition of power in Egypt.
The kingdom's state news agency said the government of the biggest Arab economy and the world's top oil exporter expressed hope the Egyptian armed forces would ensure stability.
It made no mention of the pro-democracy demonstrators.
"The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia welcomes the peaceful transition of power in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and expresses hope in the efforts of the Egyptian armed forces to restore peace, stability and tranquility," the SPA agency said.
Mubarak's 30-year rule over the most populous Arab state was brought to a tumultuous end Friday after weeks of protests across Egypt. His departure followed the flight of Tunisia's long-time leader Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali to Saudi Arabia.
Both events have fueled speculation that popular discontent with economic hardships and a lack of political freedoms could spread to other Arab states, although the distribution of oil wealth among the wider population remains a key factor for the U.S.-allied Saudi royal family in muting dissent.
King Abdullah had expressed support for Mubarak during the protests against his 30 years of one-man rule.
As recently as Thursday, Saudi Arabia had denounced what it saw as "blatant interference" by foreign countries in Egypt, where the United States had called for a political transition and the lifting of emergency law.
Earlier the same day, British newspaper The Times said King Abdullah had told U.S. President Barack Obama that he would help prop up Mubarak's government if the United States withdrew aid to Cairo. In a January 29 conversation, Abdullah had urged Obama not to humiliate Mubarak, the paper said.
Saudi Arabia controls more than a fifth of the world's crude oil reserves. As home to Islam's holiest sites, as well as the birthplace of al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, Saudi Arabia is also central to global efforts to fight Islamic militancy.

925, thank you for your courtesy. I wish you the best and I had my
say. Just remember the definition of insanity is doing the same
thing over and over and expecting a different result. Bye!
I think your herb of choice is a lot stronger than my tea leaves. Mr. Jogger, ask yourself why this stock has gone down while oil has gone up? If it had oil it would have to be profitable at $100 a barrel, but none of the oil industry studs have sniffed at this dog.
Crazy, if it gets good news and goes to .03 or .04, get out. It's more likely to continue repeating in this range than to break out, like you hope. The main reason I say that is because if the reports were believed by the bankers and Angels and mysterious funds, then it would have already blasted off. That it has not risen while oil in general has shot to over $100, and there is no interest in this property is proof that the smart money knows or suspects this is a con.
It might go up. I'm just sayin' next time
it does, don't take the happy gas, and use
it to get out. it's the "bigger fool"
theory.
EarnestDD, thanks to your vigilance
I was able to cut my losses in this stock.
While I feel for the Longs, this stock is
proof of the need to diversify your portfolio
and not count on just one stock for a killing.
They say "past history is not indicative of
future results" but this stock disproves that
saying, and keeps producing the same result.
There's a chance that this will go back up
to .03 or .04 in the next six months as
Bendall comes up with another scheme, but its
just another con job. If a penny stock relies
on its visionary entrepreneur for its story,
you really have to look at the character of
the person by his actions. If that person
repeatedly shows bad character, that should
be a warning sign to you to get out.
...and sometimes it has narcolepsy and just
drops off to sleep! Maybe someone left the
Gamma Ray machine on too long in the office!
As much as I think long term tellurium
could be a supply problem, I have to admit this is one great stock.
I see a repeating fractal, getting larger. Close to a good time to buy more, may shoot up another $20.
Hi Accumulation was maintained thru the drop period.
Now seeing increased demand pressure as a
result of that. Looking good, weathered the storm.
Worth every penny! LOL
January has been berry berry good to me!
My 0004s and 0005s were worrying me and
it took a long time but this looks great.
This is one I just put away and forgot
about. Now I wish I had more!
That PR is a good reason for the upswing
these last few days. Looking to buy on
the dip.
Terra Energy Announces 2011 Capital Expenditure Plan
Monday, January 31, 2011 9:43 PM
CALGARY, ALBERTA, Jan. 31, 2011 (Marketwire) --
Terra Energy Corp. ("Terra" or the "Company") (TSX:TT) is pleased to announce its Capital Expenditure Plan and Budget for
2011 ("2011 Capex Plan"). Total capital spending on exploration and development is targeted at approximately $29 million.
Cash flow from operations has been forecasted by the Company at approximately $32.5 million for 2011, based upon an
estimated average natural gas price of $3.50 per mcf for the calendar year, an estimated average oil price of $85.00 per barrel
and an average 2011 production rate of approximately 6,800 boe/d.
"2010 saw Terra advance our unconventional Montney gas play into a world class asset. Terra's focus during 2011 will continue
to be on moving this play forward at an accelerated pace of development. The immediate challenge will be to unlock the
tremendous upside in our Montney play, which, in turn, should unlock the potential of Terra's capital stock." said Cas H. Morel,
President and CEO. "What has changed for 2011 is the recognition that the play is now big enough to carry itself going forward.
To this end, the Company will be seeking new capital, from private equity sources or through possible joint venture
arrangements, which will allow quicker development. Not simply to develop higher levels of commercial production and cash
flows, but to continue de-risking the play and proving up the resource. Our ability to raise new capital by finding a partner for our Montney play will, in turn, allow Terra to direct the cash flows from our non-Montney operations towards oilier projects and towards the development of new unconventional/resource plays within our substantial land base across Alberta and British Columbia."
The 2011 Capex Plan has been designed to maintain the Company's current daily average production rate through 2011 and
limit capital spending to cash flows received from operations. The Company will primarily pursue projects having one or more
oil (or liquids rich) targets while continuing to advance its Montney unconventional gas play. Approximately 90 percent of the
2011 Capex Plan is directed at non-Montney operations which can and should foster a new cycle of growth opportunities.
On November 15, 2010, the Company announced that it had engaged GMP Securities LP and Scotia Capital Inc., as joint
financial advisors, to assist the Company in raising private equity for the Company's Montney operations. Successful
completion of the targeted funding will certainly have a significant impact on that portion of the 2011 Capex Plan allocated towards Montney operations, and may also result in the Company re-visiting that portion of the 2011 Capex Plan allocated
towards non-Montney operations. The Company continues to work with its financial advisors in this regard and will provide
appropriate updates to the market during the coming months.
The Montney consistently ranks among the best shale gas plays in North America in terms of technical merits, size and economics.
Re: Tellurium Availability
Tellurium is a Rare Earth Element in CdTe.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, Mineral Commodity Summaries, January 2011, p.164 (google: mcs2011.pdf) Half the production is from China and China has cut exports of REE to the West.Tellurium’s yearly production is allocated among many industries –
Drop this week on low volume.
Maybe this quarter shows the results

Very esoteric!
Very Buddhist!
So, silence and sound are the same?
Black and white, same?
Yin and Yang!
Rebublicans and Democrats, same?
Kumbayah, everybody!
Puravida, you're funny sometimes.
I wonder what's going on in there.
Been studyuing up on this one.
Let me get this straight.
This company has a new way of making solar panels
and the stuff can also be used in other electronics.
I get the lower cost, higher efficiency blah blah blah...
but-
The company has not confirmed
what the cost is
what the efficiency is
if they have a prototype
if they have a factory started in Suadi Arabia
if they have money to do all this
if they can get what they need from Rice, from the standstill thing which I don't understand but is due Dec 1,
from the Suadis, and also get back their 12 million shares
that they did not get paid for!
But the CEO suddenly pops up in magazine articles
and telling everyone that Solterra is the only way to go!
Has anyone been able to contact the company and find out anything?
I called the 604 number - which is vancuouver BC and left a message.
I'm not saying all this couldn't happen, but if something was going to happen, would think there would be more volume and price rising than there is. It could be awhile.
Hey Clay Trader,
thanks a ton for the chart,
this looks like it has momentum now
to keep going. TA and Vol. looking good!
I was in Bidz.com as an IPO and it had

zoomed up. Not so good now, but I got my
profit and got out. These auction sites
get real popular everyone wants a bargain!
