QMC has a fabled history of not announcing their having reached milestones, and a more glorious one of renegotiating them onward.
What they are doing must really be compelling to string their licensors along like they do. Everyone should be happy that there is no news. In this company's case, no news is good news! I know that goes against everything you are conditioned to believe about penny stocks, but the truth is, if you want to accomplish anything, the less people you tell about it, the more likely you are to succeed.
