No, they were part of the OS. The AS was the same before and after the court trial.
They can't be a part of the AS. You can't just give out shares that would equal figures higher then what the AS is. That'd be like issuing unregistered securities.
The 195 million were part of the OS.
That doesn't make a lick of sense. The shares are being returned and taken off the market. They're part of the OS, not AS.
You complain about pump and dumps, and getting screwed by them in the past... you had hopes up that you were in a great company with a lot to offer, which you are... but now you're attacking them from all fronts?
You're not exactly helping your situation.
I believe you're seriously misunderstanding the situation.
18.6 million shares shorted today. That's 50% of today's volume.
1.7 million shorted today.
DD on the patent for forward osmosis in water...It seems like it is really a big profit generating concept.
I came across this articile and they seem to have filed a patent at same time as what GWTR reported today, Feb 10,2009
http://www.wwdmag.com/QuantumSphere-Files-Patent-for-Forward-Osmosis-Water-Desalination--NewsPiece17389
"QuantumSphere intends to commercialize the forward osmosis technology to address the challenge of growing demand for potable water. According to Lux Research, the world’s water needs are expected to grow 40% by 2030, and today’s stressed water resources and systems are unsustainable. Water cultivation systems are expected to see market growth from $522 billion in 2007 to nearly $1 trillion in 2020."
I have seen several commercials of IBM where they talk about cleaning water...in fact GE, ADM and other great companies depend on clean water for their purpose.
This would be great for ships. They generate a ton of heat as it is.
Doesn't look like it's going below 0034 anytime soon :)
I loaded up on the dip too. This thing can see 0.01 next week easily, and still undervalued at those levels.
Slowly getting boardmarks. I'd love to see this thing come Monday :)
This also means salt water can be turned into fresh water. If this is more available to nations, it would mean saving millions of lives.
Navy ships use this technology.
19 owners of a 20 billion share company? Wasn't it a few hundred owners not long ago?
Wow, this stock still sucks.
I agree with you there.. Its also nice seeing those 195 million shares returned to them. I'd imagine they'd be taken off the market.
Hmm.. there's a lot of companies in pink world making millions.
Do you realize that to be on NASDAQ one of the requirements is having a PPS of over $1.00? So, if this company is still making 80 million, but lets be pecemistic here.. say they're only doing 10-20 million a year. The PPS would still be nowhere near enough to be on the big board.
You're flat out wrong, kiddo. Read the DD that others have posted.
Where do you get pump & dump from? The stock has substance. Its not a fly by night scam like HESG or GVBP.
Guru's buying list does push stocks. Aren't you aware of that?
Look, we've posted DD on this board, so I suggest you read it. Its all good news for GTRW.
So even if they had a crappy year at 10 million dollars, this thing is still undervalued. Worst case scenario

I don't see but 1 5,000 sell and 1 10,000 sell. Not exactly what I'd call walking it down.
Look, even if the company is only doing 10 or 20 million in business the PPS should be 5 times what it is right now.
21 million in volume and this thing hasn't moved up?
That's without this patent they've got. Factor inflation into 80 million since 2003, and I'm sure they're doing more business these days.. PPS should be over 0.10 if we had those figures.
Can anyone factor inflation of 80 million in 2003 to today's price?
5,000 shares bring this beast down? Oh c'mon.. MM games to make entry for others. They were short yesterday and trying to cover today.
This should be trading just under 0.10
Take a peek at GWTR's filings when they were reporting prior to 2003. They had over 20 million coming in quarterly. That means 80 million a year, and this is from 2003!
Their clients? Archer Daniels Midland, British Petroleum Amoco, Calpine (NYSE: CPN), Duke Fluor Daniel, General Electric (NYSE:GE), Kerr McGee, Mitsubishi, Mobil, Shaw Group (NYSE:SGR), Texaco, AND YORK International.
Those are some damn big names and it says a lot about GWTR if they're attracting business from those companies.
There's no ongoing dilution here either, AND they just got 195 million shares back, which would bring the OS down to 805 million!
This company has ASSETS and some mega net worth.. its so damn undervalued. What is there NOT to like about this company?
The current CEO, Erik Hromadka has been a shareholder since 2002, he was appointed in early 2009, and they moved offices to Indianapolis. It looks like he doesn't believe in releasing "fluff PR" as there has not been many updates since he took over as CEO ( this is a good thing).
He is also the President of Blue Sky Circle, LLC which is a consulting firm in Indy. He is a little write up on him http://www.blueskycircle.com/hromadka.html .
It also appears they have a subsidiary Electric H20, Inc. which makes filters and water cooling products http://www.electrich2o.com/products.htm. The lawsuit was filed by former CEO George Kast in which he stated that the new ownership breached the contract they had agreed upon. Does anyone know if they provided any monies to Mr. Kast as apart of the settlement? I didn't see it in the PR. I could not find much info about the patent that is pending, but if anyone has any more info. please post. Let's get as much info. as we can to spread the word in the upcoming days.
0.098 = where it should be if they're still doing over 80 million in revenue.
This is a STEAL!
Just so I understand this, the company makes 80 million a year according to previous filings, and has 1 billion AS, but 195 million OS were returned, and I assume they're not on the market any more.
80 billion into 805 million would mean a PPS of about 0.098.
9.8 CENTS?!?!?
This thing is UNDERVALUED!
They need to update the NV SoS then since its wrong.

Yes, and 4.7 billion is restricted. OS is still the same as per TA.
Its all formalities. They've got a script they follow for each company.
