DD on the patent for forward osmosis in water...It seems like it is really a big profit generating concept.

I came across this articile and they seem to have filed a patent at same time as what GWTR reported today, Feb 10,2009

According to Lux Research, the world’s water needs are expected to grow 40% by 2030, and today’s stressed water resources and systems are unsustainable. Water cultivation systems are expected to see market growth from $522 billion in 2007 to nearly $1 trillion in 2020."

I have seen several commercials of IBM where they talk about cleaning water...in fact GE, ADM and other great companies depend on clean water for their purpose.
