Just so I understand this, the company makes 80 million a year according to previous filings, and has 1 billion AS, but 195 million OS were returned, and I assume they're not on the market any more.

80 billion into 805 million would mean a PPS of about 0.098.

9.8 CENTS?!?!?

This thing is UNDERVALUED!
