I sure hope life is good for all. Latest info i got said papers were all signed by both sides, and the attorneys were finishing up the paper work, that there were surveyors on the ground working, and the closing would be Monday. I also understand that people would be skeptical about Monday since it is a holiday MEMORIAL DAY IN THE U.S. not a holiday in Canada. So i believe it to be so.Someone suggested making phone calls to people in Dawson Creek, and Sha-La it works, more D.D. than you can remember.MCIC is on it way. Thanks to all for you contribution.

I have been in contact with people in Dawson Creek who have credible info., that along with the PR and radio interview spells out closing on property May 15, 2013(no snags seen so far) some surveying and soil samples cores drilled about a month ago (for foundation integrity), no work on property has been noticed since (this does not mean no work has been or is taking place/just that it has not been noticed) also in radio interview it is stated that all the hiway studies are complete. Moving on in the radio interview Mike stated a $22,000,000.00 investment and said that the closing on the property was set for May 15, 2013 but possibly will have a closing on April 10, 2013 (which I believe is in line for the date we recieved the first $10,000,000.00. So I will leave you with MY humble opinion. The project in a go a big GO and is in the works as we speak. The next couple of weeks will be the funnest we have seen, hang in there.

A little birdy on the ground in Dawson Creek said there were surveyors on our 157 acres last week then there was a small drilling rig drilling small holes for a couple of days (probably core samples for soil testing)prior to construction, So we got work in progress. Hope that life is great for all. I cannot read the lot # and sizes on the "Dawson Creek Property Draft Picture" on the Website, so just using my best guess I have come up with this. A couple of months back I post a 10 acre lot about 1 mile northwest of us on Remax for $ 1,350,000.00 asking price thats $ 135,000.00 per acre. Our website says our 157 acres is presently valued at $ 10,700,000.00 and will be valued at $ 24,000,000.00 once changed from farm land to light commercial along with roads, sewage, water, etc. this equals out to $ 152,866.00 per acre. So as I understand it there is 25 acres set aside for the truck stop, 30 acres set aside for commercial use, and 15 acres set aside for the wind farm, this equals 70 acres (my best quess) for Multicorp developements and 87 acres represented is the 32 lots mapped out on the draft that would average out at 2.71875 acres per lot at $ 152,866.00 per acre is $ 415,604.44 per lot times 32 lots equals out to be $ 13,299,342.00 in land sales (for a little over half the acreage) plus the revenue from the businesses. I believe this next week will be fun for all. Thanks to all who post here, I read them all and there is some excellent DD done also thanks to all management for their dedication and hard work to make thing happen.

I agree, 10-acres with no hwy. frontage $1,350,000.00 asking price, That would make it $135,000.00 per acre, MCIC owns 157 acres with lots of Hwy.- 97 frontage. Useing this asking price value that would ONLY be $21,195,000.00. Sounds Fun.

I do not understand your logic. This was filed by the Trustee "after due inquiry, having discovered assets". The trustee does not work for Sam,or Paul. He works for the United States Bankrutcy Court For The District Of Delaware. So are you saying the trustee is in Pauls hands??? I hope not, It could cause you some problems if so.

I believe/hope that the Patents/Bio-Harp are part of the Assets found by the Trustee.I believe this would mean that the Patents/Bio-harp are not tied up with Knobbe and can be liquidated. This I believe (if my assumption is correct) will be telling Sam, and Paul they are running out of time and the Trustee is moving ahead with the Bk. It will also be telling Knobbe their share of assets/liquidation will greatly decrease, So hopefully it will get Knobbe to get more involved in a resolution which all parties Including share holders can live with. Hopefully the focus will change from "I want this" to "We have to do this" and settle. Also the documents are asking the clerk to set an end date, if I am reading it correctly.

What it means is the trustee after due inquiry and having discovered assets changes the case from no assets to an asset case and ask the clerk to put a ending date for claims against the estate to be filed.

Hope all is well for you and yours. The case #5478-VCS, in the Chancery Court in Delaware. I believe Judge Stine is the Judge but I believe he is no longer a VCS he is now a CS. I talked to one of the Court Clerks This morning and she said there has not been anything filed about Mondays meeting and that there probably will not be anything filed. She said the last filings were in September which was a letter to the Judge from Mr. Anderson, concerning a letter to the Judge from Mr.Finger.

Hope all is well for all. I spoke with a clerk in the Chancery Court this morning concerning the Hearing on the 24th. She stated that it was not a hearing but is a (Scheldueing Conference) she stated to call back the afternoon of the 24th to see if anything was Acually scheldued on the Court Docket. I also ask her about a fileing on September 15,2011 From Jeremy Anderson, She stated it was not a filing but a letter updateing the Judge about the bankruptsy ect. I the called Lexis Nexis about the letter and the other papers etc. He said the same thing as the clerk 1-page letter to Judge Stine and 2-pages of comments about the case.
Anyway I still fill like I have made a fantastic investment in XMDC. been here since mid 2008, have not sold any, still buying.

I just spoke to the Office and the phone was answered by a gentleman and he stated that he did not work for XMDC but was answering the phone and telling people to call back tomorrow because there was no XMDC employees in the office, Stated they were all out for training (HMMMM.) makes you wonder (What Kind Of Training?????) He did not know. He had no knowledge about XMDC to pass on.

I must have always gotten a good Lawyer when needed, Because HE DID WHAT I INSTRUCTED HIM TO DO thats what I paid him for (to look after my interest)and then follow instructions. COULD it be that when a MEDIATION is completed and signed by both parties that it would be a successful Mediation ??? I think so. Then one party refuses to abide by the agreement, does not sound like the PR was B.S. IMO.

Hope you and yours the best. I also called the office yesterday and spoke with Paul for awhile. I am not going to repeat what has already been posted concerning talking with Paul. I have not read anything posted that Paul did not say to me also. I really think he would talk to anyone, so give it a try. I ask "WHAT CAN WE AS SHARE HOLDERS DO TO HELP" His reply was we are doing it and that is one thing that has helped all a long is the core shareholders that remain positive through this all. For what is worth I really think thing are in MUCH-MUCH better shape than some think. Things are moving right along.

I spoke to the BK trustees office and was told the bk could not go foward without #1 Who is the actual owner of XMDC's assetts (the patents). #2 What is the value of these assetts. I ask her if she had any knowledge about the addendum or the apa she said no and that type of paperwork does come thru to her, and she had not anything concerning either. I also ask if there was anything tying down either party where they were not able to come to terms and reach an agreement, She not as far as she knows, she said the court system want people to work things out move on. So I sure hope Sam and Paul are in fact still communicating and working together to get Bio-Harp to the market and make life a little easier for people around the world.

Hope all are O.K. with all this ups and downs we have been going thru. Anyway I spoke to a Court Clerk and the hearing ha not been cancelled or postpone and will be heard today 09/06/2011. The only thing she did say is that the court calender has the hearing schedlued at 2:00 P.M. ET, and the Judges calender shows it to be heard at 3:15 P.M. anyway I do not know if this info. is good, bad, or just another 1 hour and 15 minutes of finger nail biting, etc. to live through. I am still here 3-years 2,000,000 shares and will not sell any under $1.00 or I will go down with the ship, Base price .0062 per share.
