Greetings,
Hope all is well for all. I spoke to the office earlier and was told paper work sent back to Sam yesterday evening and hopefully will get it back this evening. I must have always gotten a good Lawyer when needed, Because HE DID WHAT I INSTRUCTED HIM TO DO thats what I paid him for (to look after my interest)and then follow instructions. COULD it be that when a MEDIATION is completed and signed by both parties that it would be a successful Mediation ??? I think so. Then one party refuses to abide by the agreement, does not sound like the PR was B.S. IMO.
