Hope this note finds everyone in the best there is. New document filed and is on Pacer today. It is Title: "JOINDER TO DEBTOR'S RESPONSE TO MOTION TO FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY"

Knobbe, Martins,Olsen & Bear, LLP ("Knobbe Martens"), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby joins in the Debtor's Response (the "Response") to the motion for Relief from the automatic stay (the "Relief From Stay Motion") filed by U&I Bio-Tech, Inc. and Sang M. Lee a/k/a Sam Lee. By this joinder,Knobbe Martens supports Debtor's request in the Response that the Relief from stay motion be denied.
Knobbe Martens is a secured creditor holding a validly perfected, first priority lien in and to the debtor's intellectual property assets. Knobbe Martens reserves all claims, rights and defenses in connection therewith.
