Yes, I read that as 30 days after "the completion of its due diligence and conclusion of its final proceedings...there will be announcements on reorganization and industry expansion strategies with solid pro-forma of revenue streams for the combined company." But, that is just one person's humble opinion.
Sounds like the agreement is as good as done:
MDGC "provider of wireless broadband Internet solutions today announced the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held, HEXA-2 Corporation for $70M in an all-stock transaction. The conversion price is set at $0.30 per share of MediG3 stock".

With the recent acquisition of Hexa-2, MediaG3 expects a quick launch of virtual products and services worldwide. MediaG3's technologies will become the foundation for new customer acquisition, retention and conversion in which HEXA-2 services shall become value-added services adjunct to current content delivery networks.

Answers to all of these rhetorical questions will be answered in due time. Don't fret, I believe you will be surprised.

Interesting twist on our discussion on the existence of 5G products and services.
I guess you missed Netstairs' other partners Akamai®, Adobe®, Limelight Networks®, Microsoft®, Apple®, Google®, and Real®.
And some of the features Hexa2 actually provides:

Multicast TV broadcasting
Video Player with uni-cast, multicast and broadcast sync
HD broadcast connected to 105,000 servers vide global CDN (Optional)
Ad Wall & splash Ad Page for Sponsorship
Presentation Workflow Panel (PPT, PDF, XLS, DOC)
Moderator Controlled Settings

Intuitive, Click, Drag & Drop
Crash mitigated meeting Halls
Audience / Moderator interact via instant text messaging
Twitter enabled (Moderator & Audience) Meeting Halls
Facebook + 300+ Social Media Networks enabled
YouTube video broadcast. Copy & Paste URL and broadcast
You forgot the word potential too. But, your point about 5G is well taken even though the term is recognized in the industry:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5G
As you suggest, MDGC/Hexa2 will be ahead on the curve and are working on technologies including interactive content delivery networks (iCDN) that will far surpass current ITU standards for 4G and clearly fit better into the designation found in the scientific articles found in the provided link.
However, you should also be aware of Broadcom's 5G Wifi chip sets, which oddly enough encompasses one of the delivery modes MDGC has developed. Interesting, wouldn't you say?

Taken out of context of course. Was discussing claim regarding what constitutes a download with respect to access to Hexa2's platform, but I suspect that was already known.
Sorry, you will need to perform your own research. For my part, I already provided the list of some of Hexa2's features in an earlier post last evening.
Maybe you could be so kind as to provide support for these statements:
netstairs,
We appreciate your visit here and are very glad you decided to join us as shareholders in helping MDGC and HEXA2 together catapult to great success. iCDN is a solid direction for the companies to pool their respective technolgies/platforms for mutual benefit both domestically and internationally.
Once the merger is complete and the companies operate as one, customer growth, partnering and contract opportunities, and diverse revenue streams will quickly build, IMHO. Many thanks to Mr. Westergard and you for your tenacity, hard work, and willingness to make this merger and strong path forward possible.
Many thanks and best regards,
colemano
But, you are probably right. Every website, or webcast, webinar, or video conference platform that uses Flash, which is now a web staple or, as in Hexa2's case, Live Interactive Social Media Platform integrated with Tele-presence providing many-to-many interactive video, VoIP, Instant Text, connected to 300+ social media sites, Content Manager, Conversion Server and more offering Virtual Rooms for consumers and SMB, will simply shut down and cease to exist. LOL!
Wow, that will, in of in itself, certainly solve the spectrum crisis. Who needs more bandwidth? LOL!
I think you are grasping onto a non-issue that has nothing to do with Hexa2's 1Click entry as previously stated.
Are you sure about your claims? They appear to be way off mark, IMHO.
The best part is not the Hexa-2 Interactive Social Media Network Platform, but how it will be used for iCDN:
In addition, the first two links I looked at that you claim do not require downloads actually do especially if you consider Flash to be a 1Click entry download. LOL!
Look a little deeper into:

and
http://www.readytalk.com/how-use/real-time-collaboration
and
https://www.zoho.com/meeting/blog
I think most require Java, ActiveX and/or Flash for video viewing.
By the way, as netstairs pointed out (see link below), the Netstairs platforms including Hexa2 have superior and many more features IMO to those other companies.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79617673
Are you saying the Adobe Flash browser extension can be used as a portal to enter another secure website/platform through the meeting attendee's computer, LOL!
I guess you missed this in the articles as well:
In addition, Hexa2 and Netstairs' platforms do not require downloads.
Hexa-2 Interactive Social Media Network Platform With the recent acquisition of Hexa-2, MediaG3 expects a quick launch of virtual products and services worldwide. MediaG3's technologies will become the foundation for new customer acquisition, retention and conversion in which HEXA-2 services shall become value-added services adjunct to current content delivery networks.
HEXA-2 is a Live Interactive Social Media Platform integrated with Tele-presence providing many-to-many interactive video, VoIP, Instant Text, connected to 300+ social media sites, Content Manager, Conversion Server and more offering Virtual Rooms for consumers and SMB.
With its 1Click entry (No download, plug-in or installs), the company has built an all-in-one interactive digital media platforms for its global clients. In strategic partnership with NetStairs, from its inception, they combined science, art and technology into a platform founded on intelligent media delivery algorithms with a focus on interactive, live, on demand, and streaming, protocols.

That is a bit of a twisted inverse response, but this should answer your question, security is a major issue:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2011/mar/16/skype-security-weaknesses-vulnerable
The key to Hexa2 and and other Netstairs' platforms is peace-of-mind security and end-user privacy.
I really like all of the inaccurate information and analysis in the above posts in the sticky box. It gives visitors a good juxtaposition of fiction to fact.
Just look at this one Netstairs site alone:
http://LatinVisionLive.com
The list of sponsors for the Latin Media CEO Summit that experienced Netstairs' technology is quite impressive. Fox News, ESPN News and Time Warner Cable just to name a few. Now that is positive exposure to say the least.
A very impressive list especially given the many diverse interactive platforms Netstairs has developed over the years and now delivers to its customers:
Looking forward to that time, thanks.
With the conversion price being set at $0.30 per share of MediG3 stock, I'm not sure there is a concern one way or another.
Where does it say that? The link does not go to the info you claim.
Now that is interesting. As I said before, Netstairs' platforms are quite impressive.
That correct, that does not make you a partner. Obviously, the partnership with these companies is much more than simple consumer licenses.
Actually, a fair reading of the Netstairs presentation informs the opposite of you evaluation.
There is still no indication of where you get the "licensing Akamai technology" by Netstairs. And now apparently, Netstairs is also licensing technology from Adobe®, Limelight Networks®, Microsoft®, Apple®, Google®, Real® and other tier 1 data center suppliers.
Would love to know from where you get this info.
In addition, Netstairs' technology partners are also Adobe®, Limelight Networks®, Microsoft®, Apple®, Google®, Real® and other tier 1 data center suppliers.
Not sure where you get the "licensing Akamai technology", but either way the Hexa2 platform is quite impressive.

I don't think that is correct:
As a stand-alone or integrated into existing platforms, NetStairs brings a host of interactive digital social media technologies that exceeds today’s needs and delivers tomorrow’s standards. NetStairs’ interactive iSocial TV, IV8 Media Middleware, Mobile delivery system, C-IV8® many to many media conversion, FlexiView® technology, Cybermercial® VMail, ICE CUBE® Mobile video with SMS gateway, interactive Virtual Town Hall™, Virtual Boardroom, Web video conferencing, Social Networking Live Snap-on™, and Live in 30 Seconds™ (L30) are just a few of our robust and scalable platforms. All technologies are founded on simplicity, security, and respecting end-user’s privacy.

I agree, but only as to those short on MDGC.
I count at least 8.3MM shares on the bid at .0012 or higher at the time of your post. It appears demand for MDGC stock is rapidly rising. I have a feeling most of these bids will have to move up if they want their trades executed. I also have a feeling that demand will shortly outstrip the supply at these levels.
I do not agree. That makes no sense.
Looks like Monday should be interesting for MDGC to say the least.
Nice posts.
I guess that is the best MDGC shorts could hope for.
Would you also disagree with the statements that claim an investigation is ongoing?
And, I would assume if there was no investigation there is no need for the confidentiality you speak of:
So, I take it then that there is actually no current investigation of MDGC by FIRNA, SEC, and any other regulatory agency? Doesn't FIRNA monitor all stocks within its jurisdiction by definition?
Good thought Maybe. Could be.
