I received two messages from VirtuaBroker this morning. First one welcomed me to the platform, and a second one telling me to update my account. The latter went to my spam folder. It contains a link to update your password.
Noel definitely did some lasting damage to our stock. I am hoping that the path to profitability we are on will be enough to finally make this the investment I envisioned over a decade ago! Go BIEL!
Art,
Whatever happened to Joe Noel? I remember him from the old days...spoke with him many times. I liked him, but soon found him to be little more than a slick used car salesman!
We are definitely in better hands!
Go BIEL!
You can watch today's CC on youtube with the following link...the CC starts at the 19 minute mark, so scroll through to ignore the chat and charts.
aegis, nice to hear from you. I, too, am hopeful that there may finally be value in this holding. Any other long-time stockholders here?
I have been a shareholder in this company for over a decade since it was known as Timeshare. Back then, the company had big plans for developing resorts, senior living centers, and biomass incinerators. I don't think any of those projects ever happened. I have held my shares even as things went dormant, watching the PPS hover around $.01, give or take. Somewhere along the line, the company changed names and pivoted to the production of hemp. I am happy to see the share price going up, but I am not sure what to make of the inactivity on this board. Anybody here?
I don't pretend to know all the intricacies of cryptocurrency, but I am trying to learn. My objective is to capitalize on the appreciation I expect to see in the value of DigiByte. More and more, we are being offered ways to use alternative currencies to purchase a variety of goods and investments. I don't think we have even scratched the surface on what is possible in this realm. I do know I regret not buying BitCoin a few years ago when it was $18!
DigiByte-USD is a cryptocurrency (Coin). I purchase through Uphold since most stock brokers do not allow such trading. I believe there will be a relationship between Humbl and DigiByte which should be beneficial to both entities.
You are correct! I found KT Recovery + Wave at CVS in Rocklin, CA. I purchased one for my wife who suffers from sciatica. I will report back with her results. Go BIEL!
Ken, I am in this for the long haul, just like the one of which you speak! The other Ken!
Dusty, I also cannot buy NSAV in my Ally Invest account. At least they give me a reason, "This security has a physical trade fee of $300 and is not available for purchase". I am not sure how Schwab deals with that.
Dusty, I had the same problem...had to open a Schwab account to buy this one.
At my age, I have minimum withdrawal requirements, not maximum. I can take it all tax free because I am over 59 1/2 years old and I have had my account for over five years. The downside is that you are limited to a $7000 contribution each year. I have been investing in this way since 2010.
I can't speak for this poster, but I trade tax-free in a Roth IRA. Wonderful invention!
I have had very bad experiences with reverse splits also, but comparing this one to a 1 for 1000 split is comparing apples and oranges!
I rarely post on this board, but I read most of the messages. I think you should know that Gman is one of the most solid supporters of NSAV! If you turn a blind eye to the CEO's previous history, you are not doing thorough DD! Go NSAV!
Not sure if previously posted, but today I saw an advertisement for a one-day sale at Big 5 Sporting Goods which included KT Tape featuring Kerry Walsh. Big 5 is a national chain! Great exposure!
I am new to this board, having heard about NSAV from TSNPD board. It is good to see so many friends here from that board. I tried to place a buy order on TDA, but they indicated that I could not open a new position in NSAV. Can anyone tell me where I can buy? Ken (the other one).
Hello, long-time bagholder here. With the interest I am seeing in this one, I place a buy order on TDAmeritrade and it was accepted.
Hello, Longtime bagholder here, but with the interest I am seeing, justified or not, I placed a buy order with TDAmeritrade and it was accepted.
BigD, some people have been noticeably absent since the PPS has increased!
Welcome back to the board, 3minBandit, or may I call you Bandit? You are a breath of fresh air on a forum that has for too long been monopolized by a few posters who dwell on the mistakes of the past. I particularly appreciate your primer on the timing of penny stocks. Had I known some of this ten years ago, my experience might have been very different.
Welcome to those of you long-suffering shareholders who have recently posted after holding NNLX for years. You are bringing a buzz of excitement that is long overdue! It is good to read your optimistic posts!
In 2010 at age 67, I took time out from part time retirement work to try my hand at day trading. I opened a Roth IRA with TD Ameritrade and began buying what I thought were promising small stocks. I bought into companies that made lightbulbs, electronic bandages, and even experimental aircraft, all of which failed miserably. I bought NNLX for reasons similar to all of you. I didn’t expect an overnight success, but I didn’t think it would snooze for nearly ten years before showing signs of life. After about a year of deluding myself that I could actually be a successful day trader, I turned off my computer and went back to work. I never forgot NNLX, but did not ever check on it over my nine-year absence.
Fast forward to this spring as the coronavirus took hold. I decided to fund my Roth IRA again and invest in beaten down big-cap stocks that should produce nice returns when the pandemic is history. In doing so, I noticed a couple of my left-for-dead pennies still had a pulse. I have been following NNLX quietly since. I truly believe we are on the brink of great success, and like many of you, I am glad I held on to my shares.
I hope more of you old-timers share your stories on this board as we wait for the anticipated run. It would be nice to hear from more of you from the old days!
Good luck to us all!
Nice to see our company getting some long-overdue respect. Now let's hope the selling is over!
Ponder all you want, but I am sure Jeff is not selling. I, for one, will stick with the one who brought me to the dance!
"Comparing the previous share structure of the dead shell with current is like comparing a bicycle to the space shuttle."
I am pretty sure pangeatech's statement refers to the initial dilution. He is not in denial. It makes sense to most that the initial dilution was necessary to turn the shell into a viable company. The only share structure changes that have been made since are reductions.
There is no dilution, just some selling that will end when the foolish sellers run out of shares. Even the acquisition of Mineseeker did not require dilution. So, who is in denial?
NHSH announces acquisition of Mineseeker Operations:

Ten million share sell just now?
Actually, Quasar is incorporated in CO...not quite as foreign as NV!
Only if it is factual!
I'm surprised, samples, I thought you were smarter than that!
Further clarification of the announced "record date" of May 18th means settled shares! TODAY is the X-date, THE LAST DATE TO BUY SHARES for conversion so that they will be settled by the record date. You won't have to decide on conversion for a while yet, but you must hold settled shares on Wednesday to be qualified.

While you are keeping an eye on the new company and its conversion rate and PPS, you might keep the other eye on the future of QASP. Do the terms "cellar-boxed" and "grey sheets" mean anything to you? It's just what your boss wants!
Yeah, GeneO...this is what simplecave calls massive dilution! Don't forget to mark his post!
Bald, when someone comes across as intelligent and articulate, there is a danger that some will believe what he writes is the truth. Don't expect this one to produce any regulatory requirements as he has no clue! In my twenty+ years of investing, I have never seen a "prospectus" for any stock I have bought, for any reverse merger, or for any other equity-related offering (mutual funds excepted)! When one throws crap against the wall just to see how much sticks, there is no proof, just crap!
Bullstocks, nice to see you and Jessica posting again! ken
Gattes, you need to keep up with the rest of us. We all know Quasar is not merging with anyone...that ship has sailed! You know the merger everyone is waiting for is the one where Centacom merges with Newco. That is the signal that QASP shareholders await to let them know help is on the way! Please don't add your confusion to the mix!
Tex, only the moderators of the CC are on camera. The audience remains somewhat anonymous, signing in with whatever name they choose. You should check out one of them...very informative!
They can't even get the filings straight. Colorado SOS says 3B as of January 31st, pinksheets says 3B as of May 5th. Both are result of bogus BOD meetings! I wouldn't count on either filing holding up when court rules!
