No. Him and I signed the NDA the same day. We argued a lot about what the both of us thought was going on. Toms strung him along just like he did me. SC and I are different people, we didn't see things the same way. I can't and won't try to explain his actions and I won't answer for him.

As far as censorship, SC had no control over censorship of this board. Neither did I. You're barking up the wrong tree. Everyone had a chance to challenge Toms' fraud.

When Toms was asked about these revenues, he said "Please, don't talk about that." Wasn't long after that, the links were dead.

When he was asked about Edwardstone, pretty much the same answer. He was selling CYSG shares and hiding the money there, imo.

I didn't know it at the time but, he was dismantling Cape Systems Group, piece by piece. A lot of it was apparent in the SEC filings but, a lot more went on when the filings stopped, imo. He was selling everything while using Cape's technology to build his own company, DecisionPoint. That didn't work out either.

When I said, a long time ago, that Hugo Biermann called me, he really did. He recorded the conversation. That was the beginning of the end of Toms, imo. He fucked up. He took me for a ride. If he was standing in front of me right now, I'd punch him right in the flippin mouth.

With all the trouble he's in right now, it would be a perfect time to file a class action lawsuit. If that's possible. I wouldn't mind helping out.

FWIW... even if CSG Staffing is a success, it's a last ditch effort to save the investments of the employees that were enrolled in the Cape Systems Group ESOP. Toms screwed them too. All the employees in Texas are SOL. It's not an effort to help save the OTC traders of CYSG past.

Our CEO has been traveling in Europe last month and was successful in having some PhoneSuite related meetings and/or discussion with a few potential end user clients, one of the major chains and at least one very good dealer opportunity for the European market. To that end, we have handed off a ten hotel (10) opportunity with the UK based dealer to see if we can get that sale closed over the next quarter. We met at the dealer’s UK offices last Thursday. All expenses were paid for personally to assist the Company's cash situation.

I've smoked marijuana constantly, on a daily basis, for recreational purposes for at least the last decade, and trust me, it's not the least bit harmful or damaging. I work for the Jesuits full-time, I serve as a Eucharistic Minister (both at daily Mass and at a hospital), I pray the Holy Rosary and Chaplet of Divine Mercy daily (also lead several Rosary groups), make a point to at least go to monthly confession, and make reparation to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary on First Fridays/Saturdays, I run websites that promote prayer as well as the messages of Fatima, Medjugorje and Divine Mercy, and per Our Lady's requests in Medjugorje I also fast on bread and water twice a week. (I share these things not because I think I'm better than anyone else, I'm a sinner like every other human being in need of salvation from Our Lord, but I am focused on deepening my relationship with God across all aspects of my life, which seems in contrast to the fear of what people think will happen to one when he starts to smoke weed.) The only danger here is the "fear" and the "lies" that have been told about this amazing gift from God. Who created marijuana; satan, or God? We have receptors in our brains that only THC binds to, so why would God create us with these receptors and then also create this plant with the chemical that binds to them which produces a pleasurable and medical effect, only to have us be afraid of it and not use it? Take it from me, this plant will not ruin your life. What ruins one's life is not living a sacramental life within the church - or judging others, especially over something as silly as smoking weed. We should be focused on catechizing people (especially the youth) about the truth of God and the church, not scaring them away with lies and fear that pertain to things God has created. Many lies have been told about this plant through yellow journalism from the 1930s on, when it was first criminalized in an effort to increase deportations of Mexican citizens from the U.S. Prior to being criminalized it was the largest cash crop in North America and can also be used for a number of textile goods. As Jesus says "satan is the father of all lies". We need to stop perpetuating the lies and fear that surrounds this plant, relax a bit, breathe.... and #BlazeIt!

Not all of them. In fact, many viable, successful companies began on the OTC. As far as STLK being a share selling scheme, I'd like to see some proof of that because, if it were, Quiros would have raised the AS and issued himself some more shares instead of doing a RS.

I sent an email, about a week ago, to the corporate email contact, not Mr. Quiros directly, and I have yet to receive a reply. I asked if he was taking some, much needed, time off. After not receiving any reply, from anyone, after this long I'm beginning to think JP is just working hard to get this company going. Revenue is a HUGE concern and he's been working on that but, we haven't seen any results yet. The next quarterly will, hopefully, show some revenue. I'm also curious as to the status of our relationship with Tarpon. Seems there may have been a little trouble with Tarpon in the K that needs to be resolved.

I wish I was a fly on the wall inside their corporate office. Some good things are brewing, imo.

Did you ever think there's an issue with Tarpon that needs to be addressed? And that takes priority over issuing a PR to pump the SP so Tarpon can dilute the shit out of it and ruin any kind of possible run?
