PhoneSuite Solutions is also working, and has presented a quote, for a major university installation in Mexico through a new VAR in this country. The quote is in excess of $600,000. We hope that we can close this sale as it would be very good for the Company.

PhoneSuite Solutions will also have implementation discussions with Hilton this week regarding CMP’s worldwide Hilton contract. The purpose of these discussions is to match our dealer development with Hilton PBX needs overseas and begin getting some sales and installations in these areas. This is one reason dealer development is so important.

Our CEO has been traveling in Europe last month and was successful in having some PhoneSuite related meetings and/or discussion with a few potential end user clients, one of the major chains and at least one very good dealer opportunity for the European market. To that end, we have handed off a ten hotel (10) opportunity with the UK based dealer to see if we can get that sale closed over the next quarter. We met at the dealer’s UK offices last Thursday. All expenses were paid for personally to assist the Company's cash situation.
