Looks like its never going to end is it?
That image looks more and more like how the SEC is going about its business lately.
Does the crime fit the penalty or punishment I ask over and over?
So if someone writes a press release that is accurate one day and inaccurate the next, but is unable to correct it in a timely and inexpensive fashion, and is fined $600,000 for it, shouldn't the Federal Reserve Bank also be fined accordingly, such that to the number of false and misleading notes it has published, printed and circulated during the past 100 years would cause it to become nothing more than an illusion gone bad?
I am asking because I truly believe that the dollar is about to take another serious tumble to levels not seen since, well, not since ever in history.
Didn't the Bush family get its "learned experience" from the mistakes of the Hitler regime?
I am glad it hurts you Nan, Lord knows you have hurt enough others to warrant a karmic run in with the devil himself, if he ever existed, for it was you who put him there for the world to condemn and view as a spectacle of your own delusional imaginary psychotic imagery that is caving in your worlds all around you.
Your moral fabric was already torn, you're too late, and for you to even know how to spell the word honesty is what is left of the infinite light that you and others have carefully destroyed for yourselves, but not for others.
Live and let live, and we will let you rot and die in your own con-cock-ted corny capers of chaos and confusion. I dare where others have not even begun to think about the meanings behind their lives such as yourself.
I care where others know not even what it means to live, and I am a free man to write what I perceive is right for the right to write.
Without the right to write what we perceive to be right there would be no America, there would be no humanity, there would be no god in anyone's world, and my advice to you, the skinheaded, homophobic, metrosexual ignoramic idiot who knows not why idiots are so stupid such as yourself, is to go bang on someone elses door for your entertainment and pleasure.
Otherwise you might find yourself jacking around for some missing body parts, like a few fingers, a tongue and both your ears, which would be nothing less than a major contribution to society were it taken upon some noble soul to dish out your karma for you.
But since there isn't one that I know of who would honor humanity with such a gallant achievement, may you bask in the inglorious words that you have portrayed and learn some day to love your fellow man, and forgive those who ignored you for so long and who are now sending these beautiful words of love at the same level of your playing fields as your own.
I have no "aganda", but you must have meant "agenda", of which also I have none. Your personal rants and raves and inability to spell even the simplest of words reeks from the ravaging rivers of rotten rivulets of rumor 'round your own rueful yet risque rigitiy of rightousness.
My ego died before you even knew of my existence, yet I am growing a new crop of them for your own edification, as I am acting as the mirror for you and the corrupt bankers who rule this planet with the labels and words you so ineptly assigned to my being, which is not being, and to my life, which is far more rich than any amount of sarcastic bombasts of belligerent beggardly brilliance that you can belt out while lying on your belly with that long branch of buttressed balsa that protrudes out of your belly button!
Look yourself in your own eye and say to yourself, "I am an honest being" and maybe someday you will quit with the wit and the wacky and get to know who I really am.
You are a mouse for your faceless leaders to burn with nuclear arsenals of assinine alchemical atrocities against all angels around the argonauts of academia.
If I really needed help, you would be the first to offer it?
Spontaneously written by the sovereign so called sex crazed money man who anxiously awaits your ill attempt to communicate with one that is so far above your level of intelligence that I had to become temporarily stupid and silly to sully forth my sad words against your sinful songs of sickness which you so strategicly spread across space.
May you continue to sow them so they can grow and make me even more famous, or in your perception, infamous, yet I seek neither of these gifts which you have so carefully bestowed upon me.
I am more than honored either way!
The more you say against me, the greater I become, for I am daily learning to love even my worst critics such as what is left of your good self, despite their hateful lies and deceptions of which they incessantly accuse me of, and yet even today your words feed the fires of free expression for all to read as you have now read this sample of some seemingly silly social sarcasms in return to you as a favor to your admirable yet sickly syllabilized sorry songs of suppression.
What happened to you?
Excerpt from the Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech
"I choose the poverty of our poor people. But I am grateful to receive (the Nobel) in the name of the hungry, the naked, the homeless, of the crippled, of the blind, of the lepers, of all those people who feel unwanted, unloved, uncared-for throughout society, people that have become a burden to the society and are shunned by everyone."
THE MAKING OF THE PENNY KING, a ten minute short digitally produced, audio video production presented to MTV Networks as a submission for the coming reality televison show, "What's your obsession?"
In taking the above quotation from Mother Teresa, we are going to change the words around a bit and attribute their brilliance to The Penny King, a fictional character, whose nature is based upon a real human being.
His protaganist is The Penny Wizard. The main message to the audience should be focused on the subject of talents, and their use thereof. The target audience is the 10 billion people who will inhabit this solar system during the next millennium.
The Penny King is not the main character in the story. The Penny Wizard, who has the ability to play the game of life at nine different levels simultaneously, and is bored with the silly games that human beings tend to get themselves trapped into, is speaking through the Penny King and actually helping him to cause his Kingship.
There are many ways to make a king which can be covered in further historical research as an adjunct work to this treatment, but for now suffice it say that multi-layered, multi-tasking, multi-wavelengthed high powered lazer fire from the ninth dimension would be one way to lop off the head of every nation in this world and start over with a single global election.
That is the advice of the Penny Wizard to the Penny King.
The Penny King makes a speech to 50,000 people at a Rainbow Gathering, in which he states the following:
"I choose the uplifting of poverty of our poor people for our rich people by our rich people. Therefore, I declare all pennies to be worth one dollar each, and thereby commend you and your armies of homeless to gather up all the pennies left in the whole world, and thereby trigger the collapse of the global economy.
"But I am grateful to receive this Universal Noble award in the name of the Kingdom of Hungary, by the hungry, for the hungry, for the naked, the disillusioned homeless whose home is this earth and all lands in all places and times, of the crippled, of the blind, of the lepers, of all those people who feel unwanted, unloved, uncared-for throughout society, people that have been told that they have become a burden to the society and are shunned by everyone else, "
[The "Universal Noble" is an award invented by the Free and Clear Foundations to present to the most talented person on the planet on any given day at any given second at any particular point in time and space. ]
[CMOS Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (also used to describe the area of RAM memory used to store configuration data in PC computers) ]
The technical challenge in making the first ten minutes of "The Penny King" is more along the lines of how to weave the reality of life into what passes off as fiction while that which passes off as reality is, in all truth be told, a total fiction.
There are not, never have been, and never will be any weapons of mass destruction. There are only weapons of mass construction, and those weapons when used, tend to destroy everything in the path of anyone oppossed to the lone single man who has access to the most talented army of mass constructionists ever in history.
There are secondary subjects which the movie will go into such as that of the issue of homelessness, a highly overated misnomer.

Focus on Economic Espionage
The Cold War is not over, it has merely moved into a new arena: the global marketplace. The FBI estimates that every year billions of U.S. dollars are lost to foreign competitors who deliberately target economic intelligence in flourishing U.S. industries and technologies, and who cull intelligence out of shelved technologies by exploiting open source and classified information known as trade secrets. Foreign competitors who criminally seek economic intelligence generally operate in three ways to create their spy networks:
1. They aggressively target and recruit susceptible people (often from the same national background) working for U.S. companies and research institutions;
2. They recruit people to locate economic intelligence though operations like bribery, discreet theft, dumpster diving (in search of discarded trade secrets), and wiretapping; and,
3. They establish seemingly innocent business relationships between foreign companies and U.S. industries to gather economic intelligence including classified information.
In an effort to safeguard our nation's economic secrets, the Economic Espionage Act (EEA) was signed into law on October 11, 1996.
How to Protect Your Business from Espionage: 6 steps
1. Recognize there is a real threat.
2. Identify and valuate trade secrets.
3. Implement a definable plan for safeguarding trade secrets.
4. Secure physical trade secrets and limit access to trade secrets.
5. Confine intellectual knowledge.
6. Provide ongoing security training to employees.
Definitions
Economic Espionage is (1) whoever knowingly performs targeting or acquisition of trade secrets to (2) knowingly benefit any foreign government, foreign instrumentality, or foreign agent. (Title18 U.S.C., Section 1831).

"Trade secrets" are commonly called classified proprietary information, economic policy information, trade information, proprietary technology, or critical technology.
Theft of trade secrets occurs when someone (1) knowingly performs targeting or acquisition of trade secrets or intends to convert a trade secret to (2) knowingly benefit anyone other than the owner. Commonly referred to as Industrial Espionage. (Title 18 U.S.C., SECTION 1832).
A Foreign Agent is any officer, employee, proxy, servant, delegate, or representative of a foreign government.

Chief, Office of Internet Enforcement
TLXX in violation of the following rules:
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently issued final rules intended to be responsive to the "real time issuer disclosure" mandate in Section 409 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, that requires public companies to disclose material information on a "rapid and current basis". The new rules expand the number of events that are reportable on Form 8-K by adding eight new items, requiring disclosure of two items on Form 8-K that are currently required in the company's periodic reports, and expanding the disclosures required under two existing Form 8-K items. Public companies should begin reviewing their disclosure controls and procedures and implement any changes necessary to ensure that all appropriate company personnel are informed of the new reporting requirements and accordingly assist the Company in meeting its new "real time" reporting obligations. Companies must comply with the new Form 8-K requirements effective August 23, 2004.
The eight new disclosure items are:
Entry into a material agreement outside the ordinary course;
Termination of a material agreement outside the ordinary course;
Creation of a material direct financial obligation or obligation under an off-balance sheet arrangement;
Triggering events that accelerate or increase a material direct financial obligation or a material obligation under an off-balance sheet arrangement;
Material costs associated with exit or disposal activities;
Material impairments;
Notice of delisting or failure to satisfy a continued listing rule or standard, or transfer of listing; and
Non-reliance on previously issued financial statements or a related audit report or completed interim review (restatements).
The two disclosure items transferred from the periodic reports are:
Unregistered sales of equity securities; and
Material modifications to rights of security holders.
Expanded disclosure will be required in connection with the following items:
Departure, election or appointment of directors or principal officers; and
Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws and change in fiscal year.
The amendments shorten the Form 8-K filing deadline by replacing the current deadlines (5 business days for some items and 15 calendar days for other items) with a new 4 business day filing deadline for substantially all items. Recognizing that many of the new Form 8-K disclosure obligations require management to more quickly assess whether or not an event is material for purposes of triggering the reporting obligations, the SEC adopted a new limited safe harbor from claims under Section 10(b) and Rule 10b-5 for failure to timely file a Form 8-K in connection with many of the new reporting obligations.1
The full text of the SEC's release (Release Nos. 33-8400; 34-49424) is available on the Internet at http://www.sec.gov/rules/final/33-8400.htm, however, the most important provisions are described in more detail below.
Discussion
The following is a detailed discussion of disclosure requirements relating to items reportable on Form 8-K that are the subject of the new rules.
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
This new item requires the disclosure of material definitive agreements entered into by a company that are not made in the ordinary course of business. A company must also disclose any material amendment of such material definitive agreements under this item. A company should also disclose a material amendment on Form 8-K even if the underlying agreement was not previously disclosed by the company, if the agreement as amended, would be reportable under the new disclosure requirements. In connection with this item, a company must disclose the following information:2
The date of the agreement or amendment, the identity of the parties and a brief description of any material relationship between the company or its affiliates and any of the parties; and
A brief description of the terms and conditions of the agreement or amendment that are material to the company.
Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
This new item requires disclosure if a material definitive agreement of the company not made in the ordinary course of business is terminated, other than by expiration of the agreement or as a result of all parties completing their obligations under such agreement, and if the termination of such agreement is material to the company. In the event of such termination, the company must disclose the following:
The date of the termination of the agreement, the identity of the parties to the agreement and a brief description of any material relationship between the company or its affiliates and any of the parties;
A brief description of the terms and conditions of the terminated agreement;
A brief description of the material circumstances surrounding the termination; and
Any material early termination penalties incurred by the company.
No disclosure is required under this item during negotiations or discussions regarding termination of a material definitive agreement - disclosure is only required if and when the agreement has been terminated.
Item 1.03 Bankruptcy or Receivership
This item retains the basic requirements currently included in Item 3 of Form 8-K regarding a company's entry into bankruptcy or receivership. The SEC, however, adopted minor changes to make the item more readable.
Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
This item contains most of the requirements included in current Item 2 of Form 8-K. It requires disclosure if a company, or any of its majority-owned subsidiaries, has acquired or disposed of a significant amount of assets, other than in the ordinary course of business. The SEC has recognized that there will likely be a relationship between the disclosure provided under this item and the disclosure required by new Item 1.01, which the SEC resolved as follows: "a company will report its entry into a material definitive agreement ... under Item 1.01, and then later disclose the closing of the acquisition ... under Item 2.01."
Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition 3
New Item 2.02 is unchanged from the requirements of current Item 12 of Form 8-K regarding public announcements or releases of material non-public information regarding a company. However, in the adopting release, the SEC announced that it, together with the Department of Justice and representatives from the Department serving on the President's Corporate Fraud Task Force, have confirmed that the certification requirement of Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act does not apply to Form 8-K.
Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant
This new item requires a company to disclose the following information if it incurs a material direct financial obligation:4
The date on which the company becomes obligated on the direct financial obligation and a brief description of the transaction;
The amount of the obligation, including the terms of payment and, if applicable, a description of the material terms under which it may be accelerated or increased and the nature of any recourse provisions that enable the company to recover from third parties; and
A description of the other terms and conditions of the transaction that are material to the company.
In addition, if the company becomes directly or contingently liable for an obligation that is material to the company arising out of an off-balance sheet arrangement, it must provide the following information:
The date on which the company becomes directly or contingently liable on the obligation and a brief description of the transaction;
A brief description of the nature and amount of the obligation of the company under the arrangement;
The maximum potential amount of future payments (undiscounted) that the company may be required to make; and
A brief description of the other terms and conditions of the obligation that are material to the company.
If the obligation required to be disclosed under Item 2.03 is a security, or a term of a security, that has been or will be sold pursuant to an effective registration statement, the company is not required to file a Form 8-K.
Item 2.04 Triggering Events That Accelerate or Increase a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement.
This new item requires a company to disclose a triggering event causing the increase or acceleration of a direct financial obligation of the company if the consequences of the event are material to the company. In such case, the company must provide the following information on Form 8-K:
The date of the triggering event and a brief description of the transaction under which the direct financial obligation was created, is increased or accelerated;
A brief description of the triggering event;
The amount of the direct financial obligation and the terms of payment or acceleration that apply; and
Any other material obligations of the company that may arise, increase, be accelerated or become direct financial obligations as a result of the triggering event or the increase or acceleration of the financial obligation.
Also, if a triggering event occurs causing a company's obligation under an off-balance sheet arrangement to increase or be accelerated, or causing a company's contingent obligation under an off-balance sheet arrangement to become a direct financial obligation of the company, and the consequences of such event are material to the company, it must disclose the following information:
The date of the triggering event and a brief description of the off-balance sheet arrangement;
A brief description of the triggering event;
The nature and amount of the obligation, as increased if applicable, and the terms of payment or acceleration that apply; and
Any other material obligations of the company that may arise, increase, be accelerated or become direct financial obligations as a result of the triggering event or the increase or acceleration of the obligation under the off-balance sheet arrangement or its becoming a direct financial obligation of the company.
Disclosure is required if a triggering event occurs in respect of the company's obligation under an off-balance sheet arrangement and the consequences are material to the company, whether or not the company is a party to the transaction or agreement under which the triggering event occurs.
Item 2.05 Costs Associated with Exit or Disposal Activities
This new item requires disclosure when the company commits to an exit or disposal plan or otherwise disposes of a long-lived asset or terminates employees under a plan of termination described in paragraph 8 of FASB Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 146 Accounting for Costs Associated with Exit or Disposal Activities (SFAS No. 146), under which material charges will be incurred under generally accepted accounting principles applicable to the company. Specifically the company must disclose:
The date of the commitment to the course of action and a description of the course of action;
For each major type of cost associated with the course of action, an estimate of the total amount or range of amounts expected to be incurred in connection with the action;
The company's estimate of the amount or range of amounts of the charge that will result in future cash expenditures.
If at the time of filing the company is unable to make a good faith estimate of the amount of the charges, it need not disclose an estimate at that time, but must nevertheless file the Form 8-K, and amend the filing within 4 business days after the company formulates its estimate.
Item 2.06 Material Impairments
This new item requires disclosure when a company concludes that a material charge for impairment to one or more of its assets (including impairment of securities or goodwill) is required under the generally accepted accounting principles applicable to the company. Specifically, the company must disclose:
The date of the conclusion that a material charge is required and a description of the impaired asset or assets and the facts and circumstances leading to the conclusion the charge is required; and
The company's estimate of the amount or range of amounts of the impairment charge; and
Any estimate of the amount of the impairment charge that will result in future cash expenditures.
Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing
New Item 3.01(a) requires a company to report its receipt of a notice from the national securities exchange or national securities association that maintains the principal listing for the company's common equity securities indicating that: the company or a class of its securities does not satisfy a rule or standard for continued listing on the exchange or association; or that the exchange has submitted an application under Exchange Act Rule 12d2-2 to the SEC to delist such class of the company's securities; or the association has taken all necessary steps under its rules to delist the security from its automated inter-dealer quotation system. In connection with this item, the company must disclose the following information:
The date that it received the notice;
The rule or standard for continued listing that the company fails, or has failed, to satisfy; and
Any action or response the company has determined to take in response to the notice.
In addition, if the company has notified the exchange or association that maintains its principal listing that the company is in material noncompliance with a rule or standard for continued listing, the company must disclose:
The date that the company provided such notice to the exchange or association;
The rule or standard for continued listing that the registrant fails, or has failed, to satisfy; and
Any action or response that the company has determined to take regarding its noncompliance.
Furthermore, if the national securities exchange or association, in lieu of suspending trading in or delisting the company's securities, issues a public reprimand letter or similar communication indicating that the company has violated a rule or standard, the company must state the date and summarize the contents of the communication.
Finally, Item 3.01(d) requires that, if the company has taken definitive action to cause the listing of a class of its common equity securities to be withdrawn from the exchange, or terminated from the automated inter-dealer quotation system, the company must describe the action taken and state the date of the action. This requirement includes disclosure of action taken by a company to transfer such a listing or quotation of its securities to another securities exchange or quotation system. The definitive action taken by the company may also include the adoption of a resolution by the board of directors, or committee of the board, to delist the class of securities.
Item 3.02 Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities
This new item requires a company to disclose the information specified in paragraphs (a), (c), (d) and (e) of Item 701 of Regulation S-K regarding the company's sale of equity securities in a transaction that is not registered under the Securities Act. This disclosure is currently required in Item 2(c) of Forms 10-Q and 10-QSB and Item 5(a) of Forms 10-K and 10- KSB.
Item 3.03 Material Modifications to Rights of Security Holders
This new item requires a company to disclose material modifications to the rights of the holders of any class of the company's registered securities and to briefly describe the general effect of such modifications on such rights. The substance of the disclosure is currently required by Items 2(a) and (b) of Forms 10-Q and 10- QSB.
Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant
This item is substantively the same as current Item 4 of Form 8-K, requiring disclosure of the resignation, dismissal or engagement of an independent accountant. The only revision made to the substantive requirements of current Item 4 is to delete the phrase "and the related instructions to Item 304" as a company routinely needs to consider and comply with the instructions to all disclosure items containing instructions.
Item 4.02 Non-Reliance on Previously Issued Financial Statements or a Related Audit Report or Completed Interim Review
This new item requires a company to file a Form 8-K if and when it concludes that any of the company's previously issued financial statements covering one or more years or interim periods should no longer be relied upon because of an error in such financial statements as addressed in Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 20 (APB Opinion No. 20). This item requires the company to disclose the following information:
The date of the conclusion regarding the non-reliance and an identification of the financial statements and years or periods covered that should no longer be relied upon;
A brief description of the facts underlying the conclusion; and
A statement of whether the audit committee, or the board of directors, or an authorized officer or officers, discussed with the company's independent accountant the subject matter giving rise to the conclusion.
Similarly, if the company is advised by, or receives notice from, its independent accountant that disclosure should be made or action should be taken to prevent future reliance on a previously issued audit report or completed interim review related to previously issued financial statements, it must disclose the following information:
The date on which the company was so notified;
Identification of the financial statements that should no longer be relied upon;
A brief description of the information provided by the accountant; and
A statement of whether the audit committee, or the board of directors, or an authorized officer or officers, discussed with the independent accountant the subject matter giving rise to the notice.
The company must provide the independent accountant with a copy of the disclosures it is making under Item 4.02(b) no later than the same day it files these disclosures with the SEC. The company must also request the independent accountant to furnish to the company as promptly as possible a letter addressed to the SEC stating whether the accountant agrees with the statements made by the company and, if not, stating the respects in which it does not agree. The company must then amend its previously filed Form 8-K by filing the independent accountant's letter as an exhibit within 2 business days of the company's receipt of the letter.
Item 5.01 Changes in Control of Registrant
New Item 5.01 retains the basic substantive requirements currently included in Item 1 of Form 8-K regarding a change in control of a registrant, however the new Item 5.01 streamlines the language for purposes of clarity.
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
A director resigns or refuses to stand for re-election due to a disagreement or is removed for cause
Paragraph (a) of Item 5.02 broadens the scope of current Item 6 of Form 8-K which requires disclosure only if a director departed as a result of a disagreement, provided a letter to the company describing the disagreement and requested that the company publicly disclose the matter. Under the revised item, if a director has resigned or refuses to stand for re-election to the board of directors since the date of the last annual meeting of shareholders because of a disagreement with the company, on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices, or if a director has been removed for cause from the board of directors, the company must disclose:
The date of the director's resignation, refusal to stand for re-election or removal;
Any positions held by the director on any committee of the board of directors at the time of the director's resignation, refusal to stand for re-election or removal; and
A brief description of the circumstances representing the disagreement that caused, in whole or in part, the director's resignation, refusal to stand for re-election or removal.
If the director furnishes the company with any correspondence relating to his or her departure, the company must file a copy of the correspondence as an exhibit to the report on Form 8-K. The company must provide the director with a copy of the disclosures it is making in response to this item no later than the day that the company files the disclosures with the SEC.
The company must also provide the director with the opportunity to furnish a letter addressed to the company as promptly as possible stating whether he or she agrees with the company's disclosures in response to this item and, if not, the respects in which he or she does not agree. Finally, the company must file any letter it receives from the director with the SEC as an exhibit to an amendment of the previously filed Form 8-K within two business days after receipt by the company.
Certain officers retire, resign or are terminated; a director retires, resigns, is removed or refuses to stand for re-election for any reason other than as a result of a disagreement or for cause
Paragraph (b) of Item 5.02 requires disclosure when the company's principal executive officer, president, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer, principal operating officer or any person performing similar functions retires, resigns, or is terminated from that position. The item also requires disclosure when a director retires, resigns, is removed or declines to stand for re-election in the case where the company is not required to provide disclosure under Item 5.02(a).
The registrant appoints certain new officers or a new director is elected
Paragraph (c) of Item 5.02 requires disclosure if the company appoints a new principal executive officer, president, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer, principal operating officer or person performing similar functions. The company must disclose the officer's name, position, the date of the appointment, information regarding the background of the officer and certain related transactions with the company, and a brief description of the material terms of any employment agreement between the company and the officer.
In addition, if a new director is elected to the board, except by a vote of security holders at an annual meeting or a special meeting convened for such purpose, paragraph (d) of Item 5.02 requires disclosure of the new director's name, the election date, a brief description of any arrangement or understanding pursuant to which the new director was selected as a director, any committees to which the new director has been, or at the time of the disclosure is expected to be, named, and information regarding certain related transactions between the new director and the company.
Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
This item requires a company to disclose any amendment to its articles of incorporation or bylaws if the company did not propose the amendment in a previously filed proxy statement or information statement. The item requires the company to disclose the effective date of the amendment and a description of the provision adopted or changed by amendment and, if applicable, the previous provision. If the company determines to change its fiscal year from that used in its most recent filing with the SEC by means other than a submission to a vote of security holders through the solicitation of proxies or otherwise, or by an amendment to its articles of incorporation or bylaws, the company must state the date of that determination, the date of the new fiscal year-end and the form on which the report covering the transition period will be filed.
U.S. Mint targets piggy banks, seeks pennies
WASHINGTON -- A penny for your thoughts? Maybe not.
The U. S. Mint and the Federal Reserve Board report that the nation is experiencing a penny shortage. Demand so outstrips supply that the Philadelphia and Denver Mints -- the largest mints in the world -- are manufacturing pennies at least six days a week, round-the-clock.
"Demand for pennies is increasing dramatically, which has led to instances of temporarily low local penny inventories at commercial banks and financial institutions in several regions of the nation," according to a statement by the U.S. Mint and the Reserve Board.
Over the last 30 years, the Mint has produced more than 312 billion pennies. That's more than 114 billion pennies circulating in the United States -- more than 426 pennies for every man, woman or child in the country.
But not all those pennies are being used.
According to published reports, businesses have temporarily run short on pennies in places including the Philadelphia area, Charlotte, North Carolina, Cape Girardeau, Missouri, over the last couple of months.
The problem is that people hoard coins, and also, demand surges, especially in the summer or around holidays, coin experts said.
"Most members of the public stash them away in coffee cans and desk drawers. So it's really a reycyling problem," said Donn Pearlman, spokesman and legislative liaison for the Professional Numismatists Guild.
Pearlman said demand for pennies and other coins rises in summer when people are on vacation and traveling, and during the holidays when people are shopping more.
Shipments of pennies from the Mint to the Federal Reserve are running 33 percent higher than last year, said the Mint and the Reserve in their joint release.
From January through April, the Mint shipped 3.6 billion pennies compared to 2.7 billion pennies shipped during the same period last year, the Mint and Federal Reserve said.
This year, projected demand for all coins is running 21 percent above the all-time high demand of 1994, officials said.
The Mint and Reserve are encouraging banks to accept coins from the public so the coins can be recirculated.
What the Fed and the Mint do not realize is that one man has been buying up pennies for a nickel each from the homeless around the country for the past decade, giving them a 500% return on their savings, a return higher than any bank has ever paid, as a way to combat the spiraling costs of everything and teaching stupid idiots and ignorant bankers how to undo the evil they have done for the past 100 years.
As part of a socio political protest against the capitalist imperialist government run by the military financial industrial media complex, backers of the Penny King, the man so called by the homeless for his ability to turn pennies into nickels, have called for the assembly of thousands of people in front of 13 Federal Reserve Banks in this country to chant "Show us the money" until interest rates reach zero and until then, when at least a thousand have assembled at any given banking location, the Penny King's will appear and buy pennies for a dollar each, thereby driving both the penny and dollar to new heights, causing the collapse of foreign currencies, and speculators to have the biggest field days in the history of currency trading.

The Penny King's Blog Thursday, June 17th, 11:35 P.M. PST.
June has always been a very good month for me for as long as I can remember. My mother, Marika Acs, was born in June.
Her name translated from Magyar (Hungarian) [Editors* Notes*: look up Hungarian-American online translator and translate many names such as "Due Dillinger", "Jurispur", "Nanuck" from English to Hungarian and insert in this paragraph] literally means Mary or Maria which has a Spanish origin.
Most people do not realize that names have interesting histories. [Research the History of the name Maria, Marika, Mary...was the name common before Christ was supposedly born?
Did Christ really exist?
Why I like Philosophy ----Subjects of two articles the Free and Clear Press Corps is researching.
Both articles will feature those subjects from the perspective of a Protestant raised, converted Nazarenne, who defected his faith at the age of 17 and joined the Church of Scientology for seven years, escaped that faith in 1980 and continued his own personalized and independent search for truth, wisdom and happiness for the next two dozen years.
The pen name of the author of those two articles is g! Alex Gabor, not to be confused with G! Alex Gabor who is the author of "50 Ways to Leave Your Landlord" a fothcoming book subtitled "How to cause the collapse of the United States Economy and Get Rid of the Entire Military Industrial Financial Media Complex and replace it with Freetocracy" and will be released through the next issue of the Free and Clear Intelligence Review, Steven Bird has assumed the role of editorship of that weekly publication which will be forward gratis to every non profit foundation and foreign central banking organization in the world... coming soon.
It is said that the best books are written in jails. I feel fortunate enough to be in jail because I still enjoy the fruits of my labors such as access to a cell phone, use of a vehicle, access to the internet, two additional phone lines, a garden that is growing very nicely with the cucumbers already sprouting and the strawberries growing profusely.
I had savored the taste of the tiny first ripened strawberry last Thursday. You could say that the IHUB jail is the best jail in the world.
Speaking of jail, Matt has not answered so I am going to insert this bitter bit of blog into this version of todays brilliantly written edition, also edited by Steve Bird, who will in short order take over as Chairman of the Free and Clear Press Board here at IHUB.
Of course before that can happen I will need to get out of jail so I can access that Board and change the access permissions so he can contribute to our growing free and clear societies on the world wide web.
Many have asked what the Free and Clear Press is so I will attempt to define it now.
"Free" means it doesn't cost anything to read it, distribute it, market it, promote it, hype it, pump it, dump it, do whatever you want with it, but don't trash it, even if it makes an error or two once in a while, for at least some good Editors and Writers know, that to really get the best stories out there you need lots of drama, excitement, entertainment and pizzax (not a typo, to be defined later)... and in order to be timely sometimes a mistake or two can be corrected at a later date when and if brought to the Editorial Board's attention.
The word encompasses "Freedom of the Press" which is a constitutional right while Clear implies, conciseness, thoroughness, accuracy, timely delivery, easy to read or understand with full duplication and redistribution by a world wide audience.
It is not difficult these days to promote anything to an audience of a milion people. We think the Free and Clear Press and Free and Clear Intelligence Review are both noble efforts on the part of several independent writers and editors who prefer to remain anonymous at this time, but who have a message for the entire world.
It used to be very difficult to invent or create a new subject and then have it catch on.
Authors of a hundred years ago used to have to wait till after their death in order to become famous and widely read.
Some of them gained their notoriety only after experiencing great difficulties in their earlier lives.
To celebrate and commend Tim Berners-Lee, who received a $1.2 million cash prize this last Tuesday for creating the World Wide Web and who said he "would never have succeeded if he had charged money for his inventions" we are going to officially change the venue of the "Penny King's Blog" and rename it "The Penny Kings Blithering Blathery Blog" or the "BBB" and its new location will be sent out to the electronic mailing list of the Free and Clear Foundations of Earth International.
The prize committee outlined the award to be given to Berners-Lee for "an outstanding innovation that directly promotes people's quality of life, is based on humane values and encourages sustainable economic development."
He fleshed out the core communication protocols needed for transmitting Web pages: the HTTP, or hypertext transfer protocol, and the so-called markup language used to create them, HTML.
By Christmas Day 1990, he finished the first browser, called simply "WorldWideWeb."
Although his inventions have undergone rapid changes since then, the underlying technology is precisely the same.
His recent project -- which experts say is potentially as revolutionary as the World Wide Web itself -- is called the Semantic Web. The project is an attempt to standardize how information is stored on the Internet and to organize automatically the jungle of data found today on the Net into a "web" of concepts. By attaching meaning to data behind the scenes, computers can do a better job of searching for information.
"It is an exciting new development that we're making," he said.
In his acceptance speech, Berners-Lee focused on technology as an evolving process that was just in the beginning.
"All sorts of things, too long for me to list here, are still out there waiting to be done. ... There are so many new things to make, limited only by our imagination. And I think it's important for anybody who's going through school or college wondering what to do, to remember that now," he said.
We have begun conducting a public survey to determine whether we should change the name of the screenplay to "The Penny Wizard" instead of the "The Penny King".
Some of our readers have a preferance for a King over a Wizard while personally I am also leaning toward acting like a wizard and doing a disappearing act.
The world has turned into an oyster and my burning hunger is calling me home by way of Saint Kitts, London, Amsterdam, Vienna and Budapest, a tour I plan to take upon completion of the pre-production phase of the film project.
I have been invited by the Prime Minister of Saint Kitts to make a presentation to he and his fine outstanding cabinet members on how to refinance their entire national debt with zero interest free and clear bonds issued by the Free and Clear Foundations of Earth, International.
After that meeting, a small group of businessmen have invited me to visit Nigeria and meet with their President on the same topic.
Some of our special agents are lining up appointments for "The Penny King" to meet with the heads of state of India, Pakistan, Isreal, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
Officials from high up in these countries have expressed a strong desire to understand the mathematical mechanics of becoming the first free and clear nations in what we are promoting as a race to a free and clear planet.
On another note we have been researching the weaknesses and fragility of the corporate and economic system in the United States and will soon publish to a very wide audience the results of our homework.
Lastly it is fitting here to shed some light on the story of Jason Dallas, one which I have not shared with too many people who know me because mostly it is none of their business, but since it has been bandied about I thought I would put the matter to rest once and for all.
I met Jason Dallas at the Vancouver Hotel in British Columbia circa 1981. Some folks seem to believe that I still have some connection to the man and his former partner Robert Palm.
At the time they were both looking to get involved in some currency speculation as was I and the three of us formed Advanced Capital Services in Victoria B.C. I lived in Seattle at the time and would fly Lake Union Air once a month just to check up on how things were going.
The business went very well and after several years I was approached by Jason and Bob about their buying out my one third interest in the company. I had agreed to sell back to the company my one third interest and we worked out a very favorable financial arrangement.
Unfortunately, after several years of not really following up on their activities and minding the store so to speak, a day came when I needed to withdraw a large chunk of cash from the Trust Account that Jason had established for me personally to pay a tax lien and I was told there was no more money in the account.
That was the last time I spoke with Jason and don't even know what happened to either he or Bob but certainly there are as many more floating false stories out there on the web about the legends of Advanced Capital and the men who were behind it as there are about me, particularly from uninformed ex wives who do not have a clue on how to add two plus two to make six or who make a living selling their bodies to the devil.
June has always been a good month. It is the same month I maried my first wife and disconnected from the suppressive second.
The Penny King's Blog, Wednesday June 16th, 2004 5:35 AM
It feels great to be back on line and communicating with my growing national audience who keeps saving more pennies each day. This last week we launched the biggest fund razer that might go down in the Guinness Book of World Records as the most pennies raised by any single organization in the shortest possible time in the history of the planet.
We are out to round up the remaining 80 billion pennies still in circulation.
Thanks for the book refs from Jurisper, however, as many of you migh already know I am in the middle of about 20 books right now and don't really have time to take on any more.
My blogs should give you an idea of what I am going through lately, but at the least I am a free man, both from a social standpoint as well as a marriage standpoint.
I do appreciate hearing from all of you both your positive and negative comments on my writing style, my talents as well as the content.
In recent telephone conversations with MTV pre-Production Execs, MTV has asked for a ten minute dvd production covering the prelude to the making of the Penny King.
Lately TPK has has been buying pennies from a few select volunteers at a community we are building for a dollar each and they in turn have been scarfing up all the pennies they can get their hands on and paying a nickel for them from half their profits. Some are calling it the greatest reverse ponzi scheme in the history of global finance.
Point being one doesn't have to buy up all the pennies in any given city in order to start the process snowballing once again in the second wave across the nation and even stretching the value of the Canadian penny.
Wheat penny prices have already skyrocketed and those shiny mint conditioned steel pennies could fetch as much as ten bucks in the not too distant future!
Some people are making astronomical consistent returns of between 500% and 10,000% on their pennies, a rate of return even the worlds best money managers on every financial corner in every financial capital of the world couldn't figure out how to generate. And there are still rumors circulating along urban legend web sites that there is the rarest penny still floating out in circulation some where that is worth a million dollars.
We won't tell you which one it is, but some of the State run Lotteries are getting their undies up in a bunch because the gamblers are going for the steady potential returns from saving their pennies as opposed to the risks associated with pissing their money away in an electronic poker machine.
Some say that the entire State of Nevada and its heavily weighted bets on the gambling business are about to get raked over the coals by an army of penny pinchers set to invade Las Vegas and Reno some time after the 4th of July, all led by their fearless Penny King whose whereabouts have been rumored to stretch from Saint Kitts, where he is rumored to be planning on refinancing the entire nations $500 million in high interest debt with a zero interest coupon rate and jamming it down the throat of the World Bank and the IMF, to as far away as Moscow, where he is said to be advising the old communist lines that they must start importing US pennies if they are to maintain any sort of equilibrium in the exchange value of the Ruble.
"A ruble wouldn't be worth a penny if a penny wasn't worth a ruble," so decreed TPK just last weekend while at a Summit for the Roses, an annual event that draws over 500,000 people from around the country to celebrate the beginning of summer in the Pacific Northwest.
The other recent good news is KBOO radio is going to start announcing auditions for 1,000 extras who will appear in the vid when its shot and we have already rousted up on any given Sunday about 700 homeless people who are gathering pennies for the day that he shows up in front of the Fed Res Bldg and buys up their pennies for whatever he decides on that fateful day.
It could be the trade heard around the world ----Penny King buys one million pennies from thousands of homeless for a million dollars, homeless are shocked and awed at the power of saving their pennies.
The other day in fact, one person showed up in front of a local federal reserve bank building who had been asking for spare change in other parts of his city and stood in front of the building for several hours with a sign that read "Throw Change at Me!" which TPK thought was quite original of him.
He was waiting for the Penny King to show up to buy his pennies for a nickel each and he had over three hundred of them weighing him down as he had managed to scarf them together in a matter of a few days after hearing about TPK being back in town.. But alas, unfortunately the Penny King was tied up in preproduction meetings and shuttling people around various locations in the city setting up angles and shots for the pending shoot.
After his failure to appear before the man who was told by others that TPK would show there to buy up pennies for a buck apiece when a thousand strong were assembled, but who was willing to sell all his pennies for a nickel apiece, and who waited for over five hours and trekked several miles through the city to get to the front of the building, the man gave up thereby selling the whole idea short, TPK put out an all points bulletin to the local crew and volunteer teams to track the man down so he could at least buy 15 of his pennies for a dollar each for his valiant patient effort and for not throwing the pennies in a rage at the front door of the building violating a city littering ordinance.
It is against most city ordinances in this nation to throw pennies back at the front doors of the Federal Reserve Buildings in each respective jurisdiction.
Props are underway and logistical support is expanding at a rapid clip. An army of shopping cart pushers and skaters is being delegated the duty of engaging in civil disobedience by blocking off various sections of each city where a Federal Res building is situated.
This is starting to drive the FBI and Homeland Security Agents a little batty because they don't know when TPK will give the signal to advance and begin the march on the Fed. Apparently the Fed owns over 600 buildings around the nation, many of which are simply satelite or branch offices.
The MTV new reality show will be titled "What is your obsession?" and the Penny King has been obsessed with pennies since he was twelve years old in 1967 during the riots in Detroit when he used to rob banks for a living only to later become one of the top mortgage bankers in the Pacific Northwest during the late 1980's.
To find out how he became the youngest bank robber in the history of America and who never even remotely got got close to being caught, and what it had to do with pennies will require you to watch the vid clips on MTV if and when they pick it up for syndication.
Proceeds from the sales and promotion of the up and coming feature film are all being allocated to buy up more pennies at prices between a nickel and a dollar depending on what level your volunteerism is being applied.
So far no corporate sponsers have been willing to pony up to the table to help fund some of the expenses but officials close to the situation have said that a very large property owner is in talks with TPK to put up enough capital to launch the Meals for a Penny Program through various locations throughout various cities across the country.
The program will sell breakfast, lunch and dinner to anyone who shows up for a penny, and during those meals you will have to listen and watch video clips of TPK talk about Freenomics while you eat.
A sort of usurpation of the methods practiced by the likes of the Union Gospel Mission network and various other "faith based initiatives" that have not solved the poverty or houseless situation for millions of Americans for the past fifty years, and is unlikely to solve it in the next fifty.
Tests are done at the end of the week and by Monday graduates are hitting the pavement, garnishing the pennies from any unaware passerby who hasn't yet heard about the rapidly escalating national penny shortage which last reared its ugly head in 1999 according to press reports from that all but bygone era.
Those who don't throw up from the rigors of a thorough freenomic education are allowed to graduate and become part of the growing and rapidly expanding army of volunteers hell bent on bringing down the global military industrial financial media complex without war, without bloodshed, without a single shot being fired even into the air as any kind of sudden warning of what is preeminently being called by some very savvy experts the greatest pending financial coup in the history of global finance.
The question remains, will TPK pull it off? Will he reach his goal of becoming the worlds first trillionaire before his death and can he top Soros all to hell by making a profit of $1 trillion dollars in less than one week after almost a decade of organizing and planning?
Getting crowned TPK is sort of a misnomer because no crowns were involved. It was much simpler than that and how he got his name is published elsewhere on the net, but in case you didn't catch it, someone who had heard he was buying pennies for a nickel from everyone he could on the streets of Portland in 1995 dubbed him "The Penny King" after showing up with a whole napsack full of pennies. The man had been hunting for him for three weeks and finally found him not far from the Fed building.
Lately he has been appointing Lords, Ladies and Counts who sell him pennies for a dollar each with the understanding that half their gain is to be used to buy pennies from others on the streets of Americ's cities for a nickel each, thus keeping the reverse supply lines going.
Some of the Penny King's bankers are said to be burying the pennies in various strategic locations around the country pending an order from TPK to dip them in solid gold and then sell them as collectors items with his initials stamped upon them for between five and ten dollars to people who are still wondering what is going on with our money system.
A gold backed penny is an interesting concept indeed to those who understand the mechanics of the laws of supply and demand. This might turn out to be greater, better and bigger than the entire pet rock industry, although TPK does advocate using rocks and sand from the nations beaches as currency if the bleeding becomes too severe and a fixed medium of exchange needs to be stabilized under the auspices of the new government coming into power come January 2005.
There is a tremendous amount of trust given when one is honored by TPK through his gifts of abundance and infinite persuasion to go forth and use half that 99 cent gain to buy more pennies at a nickel a pop.
Many people are now scrambling to find him so they too can sell their pennies for a dollar a pop but these same scramblers don't really have any clue what is going on and why.
"Chasing dollars is a sure way to permanently lose money, one is better off saving every penny that touches one's hand. In the end, the bankers will be forced to buy back all the pennies so as to make justice of the mess of economics which they have foisted upon the world", said TPK in a recent speech to a crowd of passersby at a suburban shopping mall.
Most people just glanced at him and walked on by, but a few here and there have been beginning to see the light on the horizon and were already packing their empty penny rolls into their napsacks ready for their trek to the streets for the penny gathering, where 50,000 people are expected to show up to hear him speak at Mount Shasta, which he is dubbing the upcoming "Sermon on the Mount Shafta".
What is the ultimate alterior motive in all this penny flipping money changing? Its very simple...he wants to drive the penny's value to a dollar and fix it there, demand that the government stop printing and minting all forms of coinage and currency until the dollar is at its original value of $1.00 purchasing power on par with its value circa 1904.
In the meantime, TPK is all for digital money, debit cards, and doing away with all forms of interest bearing credit including those accruing or being negatively amortized on our homes - a bill that has mushroomed to $7 trillion dollars on 90 million American's homes in less than the past 24 months.
Half of all Americans surveyed are struggling with their monthly mortgage payments since the refinance boom came to a screeching halt just a few months ago, and the international economy is being swayed by microeconomics applied at the macro level by TPK and his ever multiplying cast of coinage characters.
One survey in a large metropolitan city conducted by members of the Free and Clear Press Corps found that 25 out of 25 people consequetively surveyed not had not heard about the national penny shortage but also did not have a penny in their pocket.
It's as if somehow this Penny King fellow has magically stolen, right out of their pockets and under thier very noses, their every last penny, and when they finally look for a penny because they are asked if they have heard about the penny shortage, they are amazed and even completely dumbfounded that they cannot afford to give a penny to a houseless person who is asking their fellow human being for charitable relief of their fixed conditions created by the government for the government of the government.
They just didn't have the pennies to give, even though the US Mint has been working overtime for the past five years to keep up with the huge increases in demands for pennies, punching out 65% of all coinage in the form of Lincoln Head Cents which is nothing short of ironic, paradoxical and outright infinitely cosmic to some who can understand what is being written between the lines.
So how does he keep this reverse ponzi schemed weapon of mass construction going and how does he afford to buy literally hundreds of pennies every week from his closest most trusted allies for a dollar each?
Read "The Greatest Salesman in the World" by Og Mandino and you might find the answers there. Or try the "Richest Man in Babylon" by George Clason. Or some even suggest "How to Be Rich" by J. Paul Getty, the long dead prime benefactor of the new $5 Billion Getty Museum in California.
The Penny King lays claim to all the titles and labels above by the oft repeated decrees of his growing mass of supporters whose last count exceeded over 250,000 around the country.
The US Government is watching what he does like a hawk because his army of volunteers is greater than the number of U.S. forces stationed outside the country, putting the nation at a very severe national security risk.
Anything could happen any day now. Even the currency markets, oil markets are starting to respond to this national underground putszch that has all the popular support of a national revolution of homeless, jobless and old retired folks who are really sick and tired of the money system taking advantage of the masses at the expense of every individual in the country whose lineal familial purchasing power over the past 100 years has declined in value by over 10,000%.
"All we are doing is reversing the process gradually instituted by the government and the Federal Reserve and sending the value of the dollar soaring.", said TPK who is still organizing a campaign to bring the 12 Richest people on the planet to a secret conference a la Jekyl Island for the purpose of getting them to kick in $8.8 billion dollars for a global hedge fund that will use a very large penny pinching punching bag as a storage unit for its phenomenal investment strategies.
His advice to Soros, Buffet, Gates, Allen and Turner here in America, "if you don't get into the penny appreciation fund soon enough (double pun intended) go long the dollar, short the Euro and Yen, and the rest of the world's currencies against this play of the microcosm generated by this micro god of infinitismal infinity against the Goliathian international banking establishment.
No one seems to understand where his real wealth comes from, but TPK recently put the value of his physical body on his balance sheet at about $2.2 billion based on the cost of the R&D it would take to replicate his purely bred, darkly complexioned, bald headed, big twelve inch footed, highly hairy Hungarian body.
To the entire world he is worth much more alive than dead, that is why he has not been officially terminally assasinated by any of the foreign governments who shudder to think what he would do if he set foot in their lands.
Even the FBI agents who dog him around the country don't like inflation and high mortgage payments, no matter how low the rates go, they see the vision and value of a freed and cleared society, lock, stock and barrel.
And to clone his Royal Hairiness would probably cost another billion, but a billion here, a trillion there and pretty soon we are talking some real money.
Some members from the local press, using infinity valued logic instead of Plato's or Aristotles limited valued logic, put the value well over ten trillion for his mind.
But you have to give the man credit, TPK refuses to sell his soul for any price and despite the governments' recent $600,000 highly unfair and distorted judgement against him and his Penny King Holdings Corporation, (the lawyers kept typing it up as Penny King Holdings Inc, and truly there is no inc on the Penny Kings paper corporation for he issues not a single dollar but yet collects pennies by the bucket load on a daily basis.)
Some say he has a true negative net worth of over ten million dollars (it could run into the billions if he starts to borrow in the European markets and from the Japanese to finance his not for profit zero interest mortgage operations, the whole rhyme and reason behind all his theatrical antics, the global hype campaign for the rising tides of disappearing pennies off the face of the earth, and his heroics in dealing with the international debt and banking crisis under the legal auspices of Jubilee 2000, one among dozens of global debt relief campaigns he supports verbally, publicly and with his own two cents worth of contributions from time to time.
He is rumored to be contemplating having his body cast in copper after his demise as part of his will. But others think that after his character assisination by the government recently, the mainstream media is getting ready to have a field day with his prior track record as an investor and money manager.
It was penny piss poor yet the pennied poor are cashing in their pennies daily for 500 and 10,000 per cent instant returns on investment, and if annualized like a bank certificate of deposit it puts every banker in the entire universe to shame, blame, regret, and utter total failure.
Do the math, trust us, it's really happening all around the nation and even in such far off lands as Australia where globe trotting Aussies are returning to their native lands and spreading the word to save every American penny that comes across their counters.
There are at least a dozen versions of the theme song for the planned four hour feature length motion picture which will come out in two parts. No recording artists have yet been named to lay down the tracks, but there was some rumor that Carole King, the legendary folk singer, was very interested in not only the story line but also in meeting her nemesis.
The joke that the Penny King has been pulling on the U.S government for the past decade is beginning to irritate the homeland security people.
If he pulls this international financial coup de etat off, it might be that national and international security will be threated by a sudden sharp rise in the value of the dollar, a collapse in oil prices (some are predicting that if a penny becomes worth a dollar then a gallon of gas will then settle down around 2.2 cents a gallon), and groups who plan to put on publicly assembled demonstrations might get unreasonably rowdy when he makes his appearances to cash in all those meek, mild and motionless peoples pennies for a dollar each.
Many people heard about TPK almost a decade ago when he first started pinching poor peoples pennies.
"Spange the spangers" was his philosophy and then "teach them to spange better than ever by not asking every passerby for all the loot in their pockets, but to ask for but just one penny and let the goodwill of the benefactor be his own conscience, and teach them to earn a living by exchanging their hard won and studiously learned talents and thereafter making their money work for them instead of their badly bruised and beaten bodies doing it for them, thus ruining the fun and spirit of living a life and losing that freedom which is not anywhere near another word for nothing left to lose no matter what Janice sang in the sixties".
Only the 210 soveriegn governments left in this world make money", says TPK, "everybody else has to earn it, invest it and make it multiply by using infinity valued math."
"What is a human soul worth really", says one cleric who counsels TPK on such high matters as how many souls are coming and going from the planet and where the balance of the next population explosion is going to occur so that plans for global food allocations and distribution can be accurately and timely managed. "The only thing wrong with our global unjust and unfair economy is bad management", rants on TPK.
"And bad managers eventually become houseless, honorless, hopelessly helpless, harried human beings who deserve to live in the hell hole they created for their future heritage, lest they do proper penny penance and free every debtor nation of this enormous great earth and thereby unleash the boundless infinite abundance with which this planet and our entire solar system has been blessed with a trillion times a second, for at the very least, during the past 100 years, while the bullish bankers who played ever larger and mounting goo goo games of monopoly with our eyes pulled wide shut over our lips so that we were unable to cough up the truth, these moronic madcap measures of make believe money within the delusional equity in our homes, and buried within our entire global multiple monetary money management technology systems, our illusory and yet ultimately illegal but "proper" taxes, and our methods, means and mediums of exchange and talents, which these last three we eventually must always, without failure, fall back on when the proverbial you know what hits the fan, we must each in our minds personally execute, under a just and fair universal unalterable law, these badly bungled, bruised and beaten bankers who are all too soon to be buried beneath their badly run bunkers of bailing Bushes and all their globally and universally politically incorrect cronies.
In the movie version, (giving away part of the plot and the script) hundreds of thousands of public demonstrators scatter around the nation when the national guard is brought in to stop all the penny pinching.
The scatterers race around every major city in the country letting the air out of almost every parked vehicle's tires so that the vast majority of the people in this country cannot get to work, and therefore they engrossingly enmasse, ceasing to buy billions of gallons of gasoline each and every hour, on the hour, for hours on end, day after day, week after week, month after month and after a year, those whose oil parents would therefor cease and fail in making such simple steady streams of solid illusory fiat cash flow payments to the bankers who lent the oilmen the money to mill the mud that makes the crude look rude to any dude whose life has become so screwed that even the lewd would consider those bankers unglued if their bunkers had been hit by a simple but sassy smart bomb coming out of some weapons of mass construction invented by the one and only multi-mannered magical magyar magician, who in his spare time writes novels about those billions of his own past lives which he has totally recalled through his fleeting memory during the spare seconds between the out takes on the shooting set of a film financed by the feeble follies of the forlorn and featureless funsters whose labors have finally come to fruition forever.
America finally gets its' wake up call as the five hundred trillion of interest bearing debt that had prior to the air letting been globally increasing at the rate of fifty billion dollars a second, is completely and utterly vanished into that very same air from whence it was let out, and a national "week off" holiday is reluctantly declared, and thereby a truce is finally called whereby the government finally settles any damages and corrects everything falsely accused or ever incorrectly written about TPK, whether uttered on tape or written by them, their agents or plain vanilla idiots wrapped in their boxer shorts, with a tie died and designed for bosses who could quickly yank the executive by tugging away and afar upon his neckpiece, all apologies are accepted and the past lies forgiven for the sake of the future of the entire human race and TPK in the final end enters the witness protection program after bringing to justice the largest bank fraudsters in the history of the planet.
But all this is merely quiet precedent for the portending proprietary proof of power potentials that lie in his pretty paws as he gears up to rethink the entire universe with his ThoughtWars.
This then is really only half the beginning of his half life of enduring accomplishment, and he must bring even greater things than himself to the fore of his pilgrimage through this planet of foolish forgiven yet forgotten foragers who have all at once lost their funism to the fear of falling down the funnel of future failure.
There is a whole nother brother peanut butter nutter bar to gobble up out there somewhere in the galaxy because someone is not being fair in our mutually agreed universal sandbox of stars and galaxies spread like drops of honey lustred love across the spaces and times of ad infinitem, and justice always in the end prevails, and henceforth thus shall begin another newer and better age of science fiction at such higher levels that not even the secret thoughts of any single one lonely human being could exist by being withheld from any other human living being on any planet in the entire universe without the detection of the ThoughtStimator, such is the great magnitudes of the powers of the ThoughtWare technology that it ultimately leads to the supreme advanced technological ThoughtWars that ultimately defeat the ThoughtMongers who had turned themselves into a series of common every day "boring everyone to death" realities which as always are more easily borne, bred and butchered by the brave mind of the mojo'd magyar magi who is made completely of mighty yet mild and meager magical magicians moxy, and yet he who is no longer marooned by moronic minds who meld together meekly for money matters making us mete more than our morbid share of the most and hath made many out of each one, a moment of millennial motion moving mountains with a momentary mingling of miraculous multitudes .
Over 150 trillion in money laundering profits exposed by his crack team of private intelligence officers.
The bankers were using phony gold backed certificates of deposit issued by some of the biggest names in banking history, to not only guarantee the debts of some of the most financially troubled countries in the world, making the illusion that something was really behind the value of the money and the credit was there, that it was good to get right to the heart of the matter, which you can only figure out when you see the entire plot unfold all the way to the end of the screenplay in San Jose.
The Penny King is directing the crew to assemble the production company and should you and your friends need or want to get onto the bandwagon and be a larger part of the crew you are more than welcome to add as many of your own two cents to the mixture of maturing material as you are possibly ready for or are willing and able to contribute.
Studio space is set up, the rides for a penny project is in full swing with several other vehicles and drivers being trained after their initial briefings and recruitment.
The meals for a penny program is also being piloted with a facility already located which will feed two hundred people an hour and teach twenty five chosen and willing free students on a daily basis on the subject of Freenomics.
Graduates will then go on to become staff members of the not for profit orgs run by the Penny King.
The Fifty Ways to Leave Your Landlord book is also being revised, edited and updated to reflect current statistics in the housing market, the current asset values of the US government and its holdings of national forest lands, as well as its recent acquisition of over a trillion dollars worth of oil in the ground in Iraq through various contracts being let to the oil companies that have vied for that business for the past three decades.
Not the least of which good news has come that the Penny King has been invited to speak before a crowd of 50,000 people on July 4th and demonstrate his power of thoughtware by causing an electrical storm in the mountains which results in a triple rainbow effect in the sky, proving once and for all that he is truly a master artist on the big screen of life.
Hook us up with all your friends and save all your pennies in the meantime, there are now less than 80 billion of them left in circulation according to surveys conducted by the Free and Clear Press Corps and by the time November rolls around, the entire nation will be penniless and Bush will go down as the worst defeated president in the history of American Democracy.
Send us your journalists, your writers, your private investigators, your government agents, your police officers, and your Federalies and we will enlighten them on what impact one small group of freenomicists can have on the entire global economy just by starting all over again with a penny and doubling it every day for the next 90 days, a talent TPK is teaching exclusively to those selected chosen few who have not previously betrayed him through distrust, disbelief, and dishonorable denial of just and due diligence.
"As the world turns", according to TPK's teachings, he tells us that "thought precedes all actions and any final results in the markets" and the "steady buying of pennies (over 500,000 bought over a ten year period by TPK alone at last accurate count) over the years" has made him not only loved by the entire multi trillion dollar global underground economy and their major players and ThoughtLeaders, but has elicited an eerie emanating hatred from the established internationally monopolistic maddog bankers whose interests are beginning to feel the crumbling impact of their own outmoded, outdated surely outlandish policies and procedures which they have been so strictly and competently operating under for the past 100 years, so they now must learn to blame not the innovator and harbinger of messages that shape the future of our common reality, but to look inward and cave in on themselves for it is they who made all these slaves that TPK must now enlighten in order to set free with freenomic intelligence of the highest order of magnitude.
The lawyers do not know what legal action they can take. There are no laws against buying up pennies for a dollar each and rightly so, it was we the people who delegated to congress the rights and privelages of regulating the value of our money over 200 years ago, a job at which they have miserably failed and utterly lost sight of just over 30 years ago. Its been fiats and bloodletting ever since.
And the latest twist is that the Penny King is becoming known far and wide as a tantric healer after his many public healings at various gatherings around the country and his private practice of providing tantric healing massages to the withered, the impaigned, the hurt and the downcast, only to raise their dead lives to a new hope for the future and a brighter prospect on the way for the purchasing power of their pennies. Massages for a penny anyone?
Talent scouts and agents have been very busy, particularly with his latest work and getting permission from Peter Tork of Monkees fame to rewrite Peter Perceival Patterson under the following lines:
Peter Percieval Patterson's Pet Pig Porky loved Pennies!
He saved his pennies when he bought breakfast.
And he always asked for all his change at the cash register to be paid in pennies after every lunch, and he saved all his pennies after dinner.
Peter Percieval Patterson's Pet Pig Porky loved Pink Pennies, Purple Pennies, Pineapple Pennies, Pumpkin Pennies and Pretty shiny new pennies, and he saved every one that touched his perty porky hands.
One day Peter Percieval Patterson's Pet Pig Porky saved so many pennies you know what the global economy did?
It popped!
g! I love you...all you adoring, aware and understanding fans...remember, it was TPK who said only a stupid idiot doesn't know why heshe is a stupid idiot, and god blesses even the stupid idiots a trillion times a second....think about it!
Saaaavveeeee allllllaaaa yooooooouuuuuuus pennies!
In 1879 the Rev. Charles Francis Powys became curate of St Peter's Church, Dorchester, moving from Derbyshire with his wife and five children. During his residence in Dorchester three more children were born, and after his move to the living of Montacute in Somerset in 1885 the Rev. Powys and his wife had three more children. All the eleven children in this remarkable family showed some literary or artistic talent, and three of them have become novelists, essayists and poets of lasting reputation. These are John Cowper Powys (1872-1963), Theodore Francis Powys (1875-1953) and Llewelyn Powys (1884-1939).
Dorset features in the writings of all three of the brothers to a great extent, and all of them lived in the county for considerable periods of time. The Dorset Collection in Dorchester Reference Library has copies of all the main published works including many first editions. There are also published writings by the lesser-known members of the family - Phillipa, Albert Reginald, Littleton Charles and Marian Powys. Some of Llewelyn Powys's books are illustrated with woodcuts and engravings by his sister Gertrude. The wives of two brothers were also published authors whose works are included in the collection because of their close association with the family. They are Elizabeth Myers, the second wife of Littleton Charles Powys, and Alyse Gregory, wife of Llewelyn Powys. Two members of the younger generation also feature - Littleton Alfred, son of John Cowper Powys, who became a Roman Catholic Priest, and Francis Llewelyn, son of Theodore Powys who published poems under the name of Laurence Powys.
The Powys Collection also includes works of biography, criticism and appreciation, bibliographies, theses, periodical articles and journals of the Powys societies.
Access to the collection
The Collection may be consulted at any time that Dorchester Library is open, without prior appointment. All material is for reference only, although copies of many of the books are available for loan in libraries throughout the county. The staff are pleased to help with enquiries.
The Penny King's Blog Saturday, June 5th, 12:05 A.M. PST.
The private driver business has brought me into contact with a very broad cross section of society.
The Penny King's Blog Sunday, June 6th, 4:05 A.M. PST.
Started a candle manufacturing company today with a new partner. It is going steadily well and forward.
I feel on the one hand that I have lost 10 years of my life due to a serious error on my part. The error was marrying a young 24 year old hot blonde American woman whom I did not get to know well enough the first six months we were together before making such a long term commitment.
And after ten years I don't know who she is any better than the first day I met her. It would have been better if I had just taken her for a roll in the hay, but hey! When shit happens, flush it and find another bowl.
Some people make mistakes, correct them, and then move on. Some stupid idiots like I was at that time make the same mistake twice and marry the same American woman twice and you still wonder who the hell she is after three attempted murders upon my life by her. Face it, I tried to love her despite all the reasons I should not.
On the other hand, I wrote my two male children she bore us the following letter on May 12th, 2004 at 11:50 A.M. while I was contemplating my children's and my futures. It was never sent but it is being published here now for the world to see.
I am certain the American woman to who's children it is addressed will read it sooner or later, and perhaps when my children get old enough to start asking what happened to their papa they will find the answers starting here:
Dear Christian and Connor,
As you know I have been trying to call you for the past week and a half from jail. The reason I am in jail is because many years ago, around 8 to be exact, a friend who had told me I could borrow his vehicle reported it missing, even after I left him a note advising him of the fact that I needed to borrow his truck to visit my uncle in Canada who was getting old and very ill at the time.
He was my only uncle that lived close enough to me for us to ever have shared space and time together when I too was a young child and I knew it would be the last time I would ever get to see him.
The man who once told me "if you ever need anything here from my home and I am not here, help yourself until I return and we will work it out," unfortunately put the value of his vehicle ahead of both friendship, love and truth. This is typical of American business men, particularly those who work in the funeral parlor business like my former friend.
Needless to say, when the truck broke down in Toronto after a seven day drive across Canada from Chehalis, Washington, I spent the night in jail because the man wanted his insurance money so he could get a new car.
I obliged the man by not saying anything or objecting too loudly to the charge of "taking a motor vehicle without the owner's permission," when I returned to the U.S.
What I did object to was getting arrested and spending time in jail three times for the same offense. Once in Canada and twice in America.
The judge in Toronto understood the situation and figured that one night in jail was plenty under the circumstances, but in the U.S. it was quite different.
It didn't matter to me about the insurance money, I wound up paying back the insurance company $3,500 in restitution so ultimately that is what the trip cost me, and no one really lost anything.
I didn't have insurance myself at the time so I couldn't cover the loss of the transmission anyway. For the owner of the vehicle it was better for me to admit that I had in fact taken his motor vehicle without his permission so that the insurance claim could be settled quickly and he wouldn't have to pay for the towing charges from Toronto to Washington State. Something which would have cost more than the truck was worth.
Now if I had left the same note for my Uncle, he would have waited long enough for my return before reporting me to the police in which case he would not have anyway because he would know in his heart that my borrowing his car had no malice aforethought and if I broke anything I would sooner than later fix it.
In any event, having plead guilty to a Class C Felony for the blunder, I was barred from talking to the owner of the vehicle for five years, did 100 hours of community service, and was put on probation for three years.
Unfortunately, when I got back with your mother, I left Spokane, Washington and failed to report to my probation officer who asked the judge to issue a warrant for my arrest.
But what brought the attention of the police to me while I was driving around in Portland was the fact that your mother called the police to advise them that I had the warrant because she knew that I could not be extradited from Nevada, but I could from Oregon.
But it was quite a bit more bizarre than that for I had been working on making the film "The Penny King" for the past ten years and living with you and your mother was just not allowing me time to devote to actually getting the film done.
Instead all my time was mostly devoted to figuring out ways to make enough money to give both you and your mother a very good roof over your heads, lots of food in the refrigerator, and enough to take trips and give you guys something better to do all day long than just sitting around watching videos and DVD's.
For ten years the script had not changed and around May 9th, I changed the script from one of no violence anywhere in the story line, to one of which there is a scene where a silver SUV backs into a parking spot in front of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
In the back of the vehicle is a loaded, armed and ready to detonate limited nuclear weapon about the size of a briefcase that was stolen from the broken up Russian Federation and purchased for $2 million dollars in the black markets of Europe.
There were only two people in the whole world at the time who had read that part of the script and one of them was your mother. What she did next was something that I may never be able to forgive her for and which I and you should never forget.
She called the FBI and told them that I was planning to blow up a Federal Reserve Bank building in Portland, Oregon.
During this time the country was at war with terrorists around the world. There had been reports from various quarters about the limited nuclear weapons the Russians had built and the fact that after the fall of the Berlin Wall, about 80 of these briefcase sized weapons of mass destruction had become "unaccounted for".
Thus the entire government and all their little sub governments around the nation were in a constant state of alert and paranoia when it came to reports such as the one your mother made.
During the one hour long interogation after my arrest outside of the Roxy at gun point, the female homeland security officer and the Special FBI Agent for Terrorism and Counter Intelligence in the Portland area were laughing with me.
I told them honestly that I wouldn't have the first notion or inclination to either build such a weapon or even the patience to go about learning how to construct one. "I am about weapons of mass construction and a movie is the best construction I can think of to express my views and opinions about our society as an artist, writer, director and producer."
The only problem was that because I had that warrant outstanding from Washington, I would have to now be extradited to Chehalis and face the judge, and my car was parked in a five minute zone on Stark.
Fortunately the FBI agent was kind enough to take it upon himself to deliver my car keys to a very good and close friend who managed to move the car the very next morning so as to avoid additional costs for towing which gets rather expensive these days.
It is amazing to me how one person can make up a lie and get another person arrested and put in jail as a result of the obvious preposterous assumptions made by such purely stupid people.
Some of those assumptions include assuming that I am of Iraqi or Middle Eastern decent just because my facial features resemble or approximate that of an Arab, but in fact, when I explained I was Hungarian to the Homeland Security Special Officer, she rolled her eyes slightly, indicating to me that more was said behind my back then was being let on.
By the time you get this letter I will be out of jail (in fact I was released a week later but never sent the letter because I was told you would be moving to Florida by your mother) and we will have talked on the phone. (We last talked about two weeks before you got out of school and your mother has refused to allow me to talk to both of you since then.)
There is a sad thing that you should know about your mother. One is that she is extremely jeoulous about the pure love that exists between us as father and sons.
The other is that whenever we have split up in the past she never got a restraining order or prevented me from communicating to you until this last time which has resulted in us being unable to talk to each other openly, freely and honestly.
The main reason I want to talk to you as often as I can is that I want you to always know that I love you both very, very, very much. I don't think there is a father in the universe except the one we share in our own heavens who could love you more than I.
I know that you both miss me and I too miss you both, and in reading these words over, often times I start to cry because of how much I really do love you two.
As you go through your lives you will be faced with many choices. I too have had to make some very difficult decisions that resulted in choices being made not only for myself, but for you my two sons, and even the rest of the human race, for what one drop of water does sends ripples through every ocean.
Sometimes, and always in hind sight, we make some bad choices. When we make bad choices we can always correct them, but when others begin to judge you for the choices you have made in your past, let them and try to forgive them, no matter how difficult, and do not judge them back for they are but ignorant of your true feelings, thoughts and reasons behind your choices and can never come to fully understand you unless they are willing to fully listen and hear you out.
And even then they may misinterpret your reasons for the choices you make in your life, but in the end, they are all your own choices that only you can make, not them. The easist thing to do in the world is change your mind.
When we make wrong or bad choices we must eventually pay the consequences of our actions that resulted from those choices.
Unfortunately the choices I have had to make lately include consequences that have affected both of your lives and the impact on your future could be good or it could be bad, depending upon the choices you both make from here on out.
One of those impacts is that I have chosen to no longer be with your mother and this has resulted in us being unable to live together as a traditional family any more.
Sometimes when you let go of something that you have been holding on to for a long time, it comes back to you in a different form and in huge quantities unimaginable while you were hanging on.
There are many different types of families in the world, ours being only one of them. What was once our family that we shared is no longer in existence and you will eventually decide on whether to live the rest of your lives with your mother, or if you ever wish to come visit me or live with me for any length of time, you are welcome always in my home.
By the time you become old enough to leave home, my family will have grown tremendously and you must understand that no matter how many wives and children I have or live with at that time, both of you always have a very special place in my heart.
To be continued...

A week ago would have been my 25th wedding anniversarry to my first wife who now goes by the name of Aerial Tiger Long who was formerly known as Kenny Lynn Cartozian when I first seduced her away from a former Armenian very highly paid marketing executive who worked for the Black Angus Steak House chain which was eventually bought out by a fortune 500 company and he lost his job some time in the mid 80's.
When he found out we were having an affair before their divorce was actually final he threatened to cut off my balls in a Church. Ironically, he helped advise our newly formed mortgage company in 1990 and gave us the recommended name, Source Mortgage whose logo was a triangle inside a circle. This should send the PI's some more fodder. His name was Haig Cartozian. His son became my step son in 1977 and almost a decade later we made peace.
That Church was of course the Church of Scientology where I had met this most gorgeous, stunning blonde haired 34 year old genius and very talented lady who I to this day liken to Gwenivere of Sir Lancelot and King Arthurian legend. I was 21 at the time.
I met her during a "word clearing" session and asked her out to coffee. She had been crying in our session due to the stresses of her not yet final divorce at that time.
I broke the first cardinal rule of spiritual counseling. Never get sexually involved with one of your clients. It's a big no no and it will never work out, no matter how much love there develops between both of you.
There is enlightenment in my words if you understand them. I will not go into any greater detail about my first marriage, it is pretty much being re-written from what was originally published about it in "Confessions of a Sex Crazed Money Man", a book that every lawyer in the country who has read has told me that I should never have started a new genre of writing called "Kiss and Tell on Yourself", something that many celebrities of late have chosen to do in order to keep the facts of their rise to star power as accurate as possible.

Today it is my deceased mother's birthday. She died at the age of 38 in a Detroit hospital of cancer of the breasts.
I'm not sure that I had any causal relationship in that unfortunate disease, however I do know that I put my mother under a severe amount of stress as a child.
I used to burn mice in the field behind my house in empty five gallon paint drums, mixed with paint thinner, gasoline, lighter fluid and the left over oil paints from the hundreds of model cars I had built from plastic. On occaision I would throw in a few plastic models with some engine oil to make the effect look more charred.
I would watch them burn and loved it but the dead mice and their spirits eventually came back to haunt me.
I never made the connection until just recently that several months later I was first accused of rape as a 14 year old boy whose date didn't tell him she had a 9pm curfew from her parents.
Her twin sister, who I was also attracted to and fond of, became so jeoulous and enraged that she made up the story that I had held her sister against her will during a football game, in the back of which a field did lay with the both of us doing some very heavy petting in a fort I had built for just such a purpose about a hundred yards from the visitors goal posts.
My mother used to get very enraged and angry at me for my evil ways and evil intentions and the more she pounded me and screamed bloody murder at the charred remains I would show her on occaision, the more mice died.
I even used to sick my dog on them after I would lift up a huge piece of plywood out in the far reaches of the grassfield behind my Sterling Heights mid suburban home in 1970. I would thoroughly enjoy watching my female bitch, who had been properly neutered by my mother and father, chew up a mouse with its guts flying out of its mouth.
Yes, Buffy was a very ravenous dog, especially after tasting the delectible leftovers of pheasant we used to eat every other day during the winters there.
The same ones I used to catch in rat traps with a bit of corn hiding the trigger that sets off the head-smacking club that knocks them silly long enough to ring their necks with my bare hands.
Fortunately, I believe I handled those evil intentions not much later in life and by the following year, my mother then had to deal with the smoking habit which I taken up for the very first time.
It is also the year I first got laid, how sweet those precious freeing moments of fleeting wind were.

There have been some interesting developments in my life lately, and of course my whole life has been anything but dull.
Take my recent visit to Las Vegas where I must return on July 12th, 2004 to appear before a judge to explain what happened when my soon to be ex-wife bought a round trip ticket from Reno to LV in order to seize what she believed to be stolen property that belonged to a public company which I still control but now have to prove in court so people are not damaged by the massive fraud that she and three other co-conspirators have been and are continuing to be involved in.
It is really quite true that you really get to know who your real friends are when the chips are down, or in this case, when your entire life and empire are being blackballed and hog tied.
I happened to be staked out at the Las Vegas lounge, a place where a lot of drug dealers, cross-dressers and trannies hang out. In some cases, unless they were naked, you could not tell which ones were really men underneath.
I was always fascinated by the big deal many people in our society make out of a man changing himself into a woman and becoming just as bitchy as most American women tend to be, particularly just before that particular time of month when their natural body functions are expelling the dead.
While I was talking to one of these cross-dressers in the back seat of my car about the philosophy of transvestitism, I observed a hand reaching for the door handle of the drivers side where I was positioned behind.
We were just both commenting on the fact that many native American tribes had many of their clansmen dress up as females and become Shaman's in the process, and how the word itself once meant "Male Medicine Woman".
This was fascinating to me, but just as the heshe was about to explain to me why heshe liked to don women's clothing and make up, I spotted that hand attempting to open my car door with a key and instantly I flew into a rage.
The main reason for the rage I suppose was that this was not the first time that my soon to be ex-wife had taken my car or left me stranded in the middle of no where, taking away my freedom of choice as to who I would talk to, who I would befriend, who I would associate myself with, or how I would conduct my transporation needs.
My mother had a tough time with my freedom as well and had frequently enough banned me from hanging out with certain "people".
I had never met a woman as mean, cruel and ornery as my mother until I met Sandy, or Sandara as she endearingly likes to be called by her soon to be ex-husband.
The other factor in my sudden moment of temporary insanity was perhaps the fact that while we were in Oakland visiting Paul Mataras, she came up with a plot to accuse him of molesting my son as a way to get some of the property he had stolen from the public company back.
This was also something she had said about me in previous police reports which cost me about $3,500 in legal fees to get certain charges dropped, and she was terrified to testify because she knew she had lied to the police on at least three other occasions.
I never agreed to such a conspiracy but apparently after I left her in Reno with the children for what I thought would the last time, she decided to conspire with the other side of the fence.
In any event while we were there I got angry because she didn't like the multi- million dollar house I was trying to buy and resell from a Hungarian Doctor friend who was kind enough to let Paul live there while he transferred to Beverly Hills at a new medical practice he was to become a partner in.
Before then Paul was living in downtown Oakland in a back room about the size of a King sized bed and running a newstand and a candy store out on Webster.
Once when I went to visit him to discuss his proposed $50 million wi-fi technology for baseball stadium score keeping, he mentioned that the technology owned by the public company which I had hired him to become Secretary of after my wife couldn't get a clue on what needed to get done, would fit right in with his needs. That should have been my first red flag!
When I returned from that one of many trips to Oakland from Reno and back that good old melodramatic Sandara began insinuating that I was having an affair with Paul.
Despite his bragging to me about his manliness and his often easy conquests of attractive and seductive women, I was not impressed or in any way turned on by his presence, his mannerisms, or his general highly overweight appearance.
It was during that argument that I discovered she had a key to my $777 a month car, which was sort of a bargain when I bought it because I didn't have to make any payments for a year, wasn't being charged interest on my loan, nor did I have to put any kind of down payment on it.
When I turned around from my anger I demanded the key back. She insisted that she had thrown them in the bushes and I spent a good ten minutes rumaging in the Bushes next to Dr. Levay's house. I took her at her whining words.
An obvious lie designed to play me the fool and manipulate my life once again by playing her pissant power poker games, I was now enraged by the fact that some hand which by then I recognized as her's was attempting to open my car door which was in fact unlocked.
Imagine her surprise when I lept across the front seat in an attempt to lock the doors, but which by then I had failed because she realized the door was open and was pulling it about half an inch ajar, wherein I then lept out of the back seat and grabbed her by the shoulders as she attempted to climb in and take my car right from my presence.
Later she would claim that she was only trying to keep me out of trouble, but what happened next is even more bizarre.
As I pulled her out of my vehicle by the shoulders while she tried to climb in, she spun around and smashed the edge of the car door into my left lower rib cage.
Despite the pain, I managed to drag her away about five feet from the door as she concurrently bear hugged me (something she has done do our 8 year old son when he gets into a rage at her incessant nagging, criticism and complaining about his behaviour) and as I pushed her away from me she dramatically, as if it had been preorchestrated and acted out just for this big scene in front of the Tranny Lounge as I like to call it, she fell to her knees and grabbed hold of the back of my upper thighs and hung on for dear life.
From a distance it could have looked like she was giving me head but she hadn't done that in over a year, despite her incessant demands I go down on her between those 16 inch diameter thighs, something that has always thoroughly disgusted me about her.
Anyway, as I tried to pull away from the bear hug around my upper legs, my pants were torn so you could see half the crack of my ass cheek and a good portion of my right leg. I guess you could say I was willing to give my right leg to maintain control of my own vehicle.
Next thing I hear her screaming for "Help! Help! Help!" at the top of her lungs as I am trying to pull away from this animalist premenstral anti-hedonist and her knees start scraping the asphalt five feet away from the front door of my vehicle. But she hung on to the back of my ass for dear life. She knew I was determined to end our relationship and this was her way of saving it I suppose.
I looked at the open door of my car, my keys in my hand, and quickly thinking if I can only jerk this bloated ass chick off my legs I can escape her evil clutches one more final time.
But it wasn't to be, because as I looked beyond my car toward the front door of the Tranny Club, two of the security guards who worked there, (they were actually bouncers) started heading toward my vehicle. Try as I might, I could not escape the scene that was about to unfold.
I made one last ditch leap backwards and as I pulled away from her, she lost her balance and smacked her forehead on the pavement. Nothing serious really, but a nick enough to appear that she may have been stricken by something other than the desire to keep the person she supposedly loved from getting into trouble.
As I was free of her tenious grip for but a second, she did finally let go and stopped her incessant cries for help when I told her the security guards were coming.
Fortunately for the both of us, there were no witnesses to this big scene that certainly will wind up in someone's movie sooner than later.
What happened then, even I could not have imagined or made up, but nonetheless it happened to me and it has taught me one very valuable lesson.
The security bouncers called the Las Vegas Police Department. Five minutes later I was telling my version of what had just happened to three police officers who arrived in three different cars. All together about six vehicles showed up.
By then, Sandara had told her version of the story with grievous drama and lots of tears. Her story was that I had stolen some property belonging to a public company and I was planning on selling it and she was there to recover it on behalf of the company.
Now what business she had with that public company is very interesting because she didn't do a darn thing for it, owned no stock in it, was never really formally hired to do anything for it, and even after this incident she tried to distance herself from it by asking me to sign something that would state she was never an officer or director of the company.
She she did manage however to engage in certain acts that assisted in causing the stock price to collapse, driving my indirectly controlled net worth from over $60 million to a $2 million negative net worth within a 60 day period.
That aspect of the story will need to come out later but for now, suffice it to say that at the very least she will get caught in all her lies when she is forced to testify in front of a grand jury for all of the high crimes of the past ten years that she committed since I have known her, starting with the money laundering she did even before I met her.
After being handcuffed and further discussion between the officers and Sandra Leigh Sargent Gabor Acs (one of several different aliases she uses) it was determined by a vote of no confidence in my side of the story (he was in the back seat of a car with a Tranny who bolted the scene of an attempted crime) that I should be booked into the Clark County jail.
Now some people know my sleeping habits and she in particular can, if she is honest enough and willing to cooperate for the sake of her two children who may well wind up in a foster home if not allowed to see their father again, attest to the fact that I sometimes run a 24 hour on, 4 off and 24 hour on again shift on my research and writing career path.
It so happened that I had been contemplating becoming a cab driver, an undercover police officer, or a private investigator depending on my qualifications and I had been seeing how good I could get at finding a meth lab and a cook.
By then I had given enough of the local trannies, most of whom use crystal meth in their prostitution operations, rides home that I had learned quite a bit about the underworld in Las Vegas.
In fact I had not had any sleep in about 24 hours and was planning on getting some sleep after giving this cross dresser a ride back to his wife at his room at the Sahara.
The officers had asked me why I kept rubbing my left rib before they had handcuffed me and I explained to them that I had a hernia and had been smacked hard by the front door of my car in the struggle that had just taken place.
As I was being led to the squad car, all I can remember is the extreme excruciating pain I felt as my hands were being crushed by my back as it slammed against the asphalt and my legs went into a sort of involuntary sideways jiggish dance.
I had passed out and landed on my back handcuffed. When I was finally able to turn sideways to get my hands out from under my back, I passed out again, such was the magnitude of the pain.
I remember floating above my body, seeing it lying there with a crowd of people now standing in front of the lounge with more people pouring out to see what all the horrible sounding painful screaming coming from a male was about.
I could barely make out the whimpering sounds of my wife as she stood off in the distance watching her half dead husband finally get loaded onto a guerney, face up but still handcuffed, and shoved into an ambulance. I heard the roaring thunder of a fire truck in the background as it drove off.
The medico's inside the ambulance were a riot. As one of them shoved something way up to the back of my nose while joking with two others about whether I was a crack head, speed freak or a faggot, (I am none of the above) it felt like someone was jamming an ice pick up both my nostrils when I slammed back into my body once again in excruciating pain.
As I writhed my hands away from the front of me toward my face I managed to yank whatever felt like a six inch double plastic tube out of my brain and nostrils while the medicos and the officer laughed and cried, "He's not unconscious!"
I then passed out again only to realize when I began to come to that I had vomitted all over the guerney which then renauseated me further to the point that I was coughing and gagging so hard I passed out once again.
I came to slightly as one of the arresting officers who apparently followed the ambulance to the hospital grabbed my hand and said "This is to make sure you show up in court" and proceeded while using my hand with a pen jammed into it to sign my name on the citation which charged me with "Minor assault against my wife."
This was not to be the end of the ordeal, it was merely the beginning. When I arrived at the hospital they poked me full of holes and put me on intravenous feeding. Blood samples were taken.
After catching up on about 8 hours sleep I awoke to a nice meal after which I had asked one of the nurses for various things like towels, soap, and hot water so I could get the vomit off my chest.
After bathing myself, I was cold and asked for another blanket so I could go back to sleep. I was still half dead tired.
I began to criticise the nurse who was rudely looking at me every time I asked for something and was reluctant to act on my requests in any manner close to prompt and courteous.
I believe my statement to her was "maybe you should get out of the nursing profession with that kind of attitude" and after repeated polite requests following that snide comment by me and her continuing to ignore me deliberately I finally yelled "You're fired, now can another more responsible professional nurse please bring me some water."
Apparently the entire floor and patients there in the emergency wing heard me, and some even snickered and chuckled, and moments later "Nurse Wratchet" showed up with a security guard who locked me down to my bed with some sort of straight jacket.
She seemed to take great joy while injecting me with some unknown sedative that knocked me out against my will for another what seemed like 24 hours.
When I finally awoke I was told I would be released to a safe house and would be driven there for further recovery.
Fortunately for me I didn't see nurse Wratchet around any more thank goodness.
Then to top off the entire wasted weekend, (I was booked into the hospital on Friday night and got out Sunday afternoon), while I was sitting in a wheel chair in the out patient area, waiting for what seemed like hours, I passed out again and slumped onto the floor.
What brought me to concsciousness was an orderly who had grabbed the fatty part of my underarms with his thumb and forefinger and proceeded to lift me off the floor and slide me back into the wheelchair. The pain left two huge bruises under both my arms that made it look like someone had blasted me with a softball.
When I finally arrived at the safe house hours later, I was interviewed and told that because I did not have a drug problem and had not done drugs recently I could not stay, and after obtaining a clean pair of pants from their lost and found bin, I left there and proceeded to walk 8 miles to the airport.
No one in Las Vegas picks up hitchhikers, I didn't feel like taking the bus and after that nightmarish ordeal I needed a very long walk.
My wife had taken my car back to Reno and when I told her on the collect phone call that Sunday about what had happened in the hospital she must have felt sorry for me and she made a flight reservation for me to walk.
By the time I got to the airport however, we had had an argument over the phone and she had cancelled the flight. That's when I started buying pennies for a nickel and got myself situated in Las Vegas.
I managed to walk back to the Crown Plaza Hotel on Paradise Road, a fitting place for a Penny King who is as hedonistic as they come.
A woman who was using their free internet service like I was and who was without a house or a place to live told me that the sauna stayed open for 24 hours a day and I could sleep in there without being detected by security for the building so that is where I spent the next six nights, in the sauna of the Crown Plaza Hotel.
And she was right, I was never detected. Las Vegas gets very cold at night being in the desert around April. It is amazing to me what some of us must go through just to survive in what used to be the greatest free nation on earth.
The same woman told me about the food at the Residence Inn just up the street.
"Just walk in their like you own the place and help yourself to all you can eat, they usually have good breakfast and dinner varies between chile and stuffed baked potatoes."
I had purchased several pennies from her for a nickel each and she loved the reasons I was doing it.
She even gave me a long rundown on all the free shuttle services between various casinos after she observed the giant blisters on both my feet.
So I must thank the Residence Inn and Mr. Marriot for his thinking about people and their welfare and allowing me the opportunity to be fed while I was down on my luck in Vegas.
And thanks to the management and security of the Crown Plaza for the free internet and warm 8 hours for six nights suana given to a man who could have half frozen to death on the streets of Vegas.
Most people who know me understand that I am not a gambler but after gambling the past ten years away on this relationship I think any man and even the majority of women would agree that this relationship is over and should have been over ten years ago. Some of us just get love and sanity confused.
It is better to love someone from a distance than to subject oneself to the insanity and psychosis of an abusive relationship. That is the great lesson I have learned from this incident. I hope you the reader learn from it as well.
P.S. If you like my writings, feel free to pass this story on to other men who might be having similar problems with their spouses. My legal team is open for additional business. You can never have too many trusted friends and loyal partners in this world when the time comes to execute your business plans.
To be honest, I really have to admit that I guessed at his age, and yes, I am blessed and surrounded by some very talented people who are looking out not only for their own interests first, but mine last. Refresh my memory, what is IMDB? International Movie Director Bureau?
Is that a real compliment or sarcastic hyperbole?
Not a chance, old habits are hard to break. Study Tesla and you will understand better if you try a little.

I once did some research into my own genetic, geneologic and ancestral heridities. This led me to believe that I was once or still am related somehow to royalty in Hungary, my birthplace in 1956.
The first year of my life is a whole chapter that covers events that unfolded in my homeland. The private investigators have not covered that territory quite yet, but suffice it to say they will get to it soon enough.
Let us go back to 1909 and look at the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy as originally written by Dr. Albright Penck, a Hungarian author who contributed to The International Geography originally published in 1899 and updated ten years later by D. Appleton and Company.
The book was written by 489 authors. Uncanny as there are at least that many political parties in Hungary as this history is rewritten, edited and updated once again by this Author.
Penck's work was translated and edited by Hugh Robert Mill who was a Fellow or Honorary Corresponding member of the Geographical Societies of London, Edinburg, Paris, Berlin, Budapest, Brisbane and Philadelphia.
Penck was Formerly Professor of Geography at the University of Vienna during part of his lifetime.
During his time, and at his writing the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy lay in the latitude of France, between 42 degrees and 51 degrees North., but farther east, in the interior of the continent, between 10 degrees and 25 degreees East. Long.
Whilst France had the sea on three sides and had longer coast-lines than land frontiers, Austria-Hungary had only been touched by an arm of the Mediterranean, and its land frontiers, towards the German Empire, Russia, Rumania, Serbia, Turkey, Montenegro, Italy and Switzerland were five times longer than its coast-line.
No other part of Europe had so great a variety of geographical features, climates and nations.
It embraced the greater part of the Eastern Alps, with their high, snow-clad summits, the greater part of the then Boian or Bohemian plateau, nearly the whole chain of the Carpathians, with a large part of their northern forelands, the nearly level plains of Hungary, and a part of the Dinaric Mountains of the Balkan peninsulal. Its western parts are the the climatic influence of the Atlantic Ocean; in the East a continental climate prevailed, with hot summers and cold winters; the south had mild winters and dry summers of the Meiterannean, whilse the highest summits in the Alps and Carpathians had the mean annual temperature of the Arctic regions.
This what what was left of the invasion of the Huns and the travelling of the Magi's who became the Magyars or Magicians who conquered nearly all of Asia and Europe 1500 years earlier and dominated those regions for almost 500 years.

I have been asked by many people to write things down as they happen in my life. Sometimes my life changes so fast I must sometimes pause to reflect on conditions not only in my life but the lives of others.
If I had my druthers, my chosen profession would be that of a full time writer if only I were to be paid at least a dollar a word for it, but alas, in this modern techno age it is only those with degrees in writing and or journalism who get the privelage of writing for the masses under the best pay, unless you have an agent which at this point in time every agent I ever hired in the past three years has failed the supreme test of a human being.
In that light I too have failed not only them, but all of society, including humanity. For this subject nothing further need to be said for the definition of success which I have learned is "to get up one more time after you have fallen down."
Some people could not stomach losing a billion dollars in one day. There are few on this planet who could.
There are those who have worked closely with me who know that I have a talent to earn a trillion dollars in one day, but I will pass this talent on to George Soros if only some of the agents who have wondered what happened to "The Penny King" care to pass it on to him.
Many of them know that I have guaranteed the defeat of George W. Bush in the November 2004 elections, but that despite attempts to meet face to face with Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, George Soros, Ted Turner, Paul Allen, and 8 other internationally known billionaires, non of the agents who had worked with me during the past three years were able to reach them to set an appointment, this despite the high rewards being offered.
I will not say how many agents were willing to put in a little time and effort in reaching certain celebrities across the nation, and even members of the Church of Scientology, despite the fact that their private investigators have been conducting a ruthless campaign to discredit not only me, but anyone who has ever associated with me.
The public should be aware that I have not been expelled from the Church of Scientology and I am still under many bonded confidentiality agreements, any one breach could cost another $500,000 for each occurance.
Whether or not the information I have about Hubbard, the Church, the Sea Orgy (as some have so chosen to label it here at IHUB and Raging Bull) is of interest to the FBI, CIA, or other anti-terrorist units of the US Government remains to be seen. It is available for a very high price indeed, in fact it would require several millions in legal fees just to defend against the onslaught which the Church has already begun against me.
This is not not paranoia, however the Chairman of Intel once said it rightly so, "Only the paranoid survive", and certainly the United States Government is one paranoid bunch right now.
They do not have the uncanny ability to predict when or where the next big one will hit and how, but they have gathered so much data that the entire mind of the U.S. Government is now jammed with information overload, in such a great quantity that not even five million government workers which eat up $100 billion a month and counting, (this would include all military personnel) can process it fast enough to stay ahead of the speed of thought travelling around the planet as I write this.
What most people do not realize is the power of talents excercised when coupled with the talents of a thirteen internationally recognized billionaires.
Now recently some private investigators and character assasins have given me certain labels and recently I have enjoyed the publicity, both negative and positive. It is a fact that I gave these writers doubling as PI's the leads privately, but not confidentially to track down two of the biggest crooks on the planet and they have not taken credit yet for what they have uncovered, but suffice it to say that "The Penny King" probably has more leads that could be shared for the right connections, sort of fair trading and bartering talent for talent instead of cash for cash etc. After all, that is the oldest medium of exchange in the universe.
From the private investigators who are doubling as writers of my history and many financial failures, I can only attest to the historical fact that Abraham "Honest Abe" Lincoln failed at least a dozen times in his life in business as well as his personal life before going on to become the President of the United States.
I have three children, and like Joseph Kennedy, the first corrupt Chairman of the SEC, who was also a mentor of mine and from whose mistakes I have learned much, at least one of my children might become the President of the United States by the year 2042, the year of my predicted death.
This means that I have approximately thirty eight more years to finish my work that started back when I was twelve years old and had collected my first penny. I didn't know at that time that every penny I ever had might some day become worth a dollar each.
This leads me back on track going back a few paragraphs. How would one make a trillion dollars in one day?
It would be very simple actually, but this is a trade secret that I would only pass on to George Soros in person if he would only reach out to me and track me down for a face to face meeting.
There was one agent who nearly put me through to him but I only managed to speak to someone who was represented to me as "Soros direct contact person". This I could not truthfully corroborate independently, but the person who acted as the agent should be given credit, or perhaps character assasinated as I have been done to, and he goes by the moniker, MMAYR here at IHUB. If he wants to give out his real name that is his choice. I can only respect his privacy so much at this point after his remarks on the TLXX Board.
Certainly by now all those agents who read the prospectus must understand that I can still be contacted, however at the risk of being further monitored by the Government, please be advised that all of my emails are being intercepted by several governments due to my ties to Africa, India, Jordan, Hungary and her seven surrounding nations, China, Hong Kong, Isreal, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and some smaller island governments where trillions of dollars annually is laundered through their financial systems by International Bankers and destroyed in order to maintain control over inflation and deflation globally.
I recently heard that a meeting of the G8 was taking place. I am not following that story at this time due to my tight production schedules ahead of me. Suffice it to say that a meeting of the GB13 would be in order if those who are members of the GB13 were willing to organize such a closed meeting with my good self acting as host.
Some do not know who the GB13 are, but those who are members of it know who they are and that is all that needs to be said further about that except in the closed company of the GB13.
Speaking of governments around the planet, I am amazed that certain governments are willing to pay me $3,600 per hour to advise them on the direction of the U.S. dollar.
It seems that the one of the main things I learned from my ordeal in trading in the penny stock market was that I could predict the direction of the U.S. Dollar despite any attempts by the G8 to alter my predictions.
This to me is quite a powerful talent, certainly worth far more than $3,600 per hour, particularly when it only takes me a few seconds to say "Buy or Sell". I have also been able to predict the movement of certain stocks when I have been provided with enough due diligence on a company.
One of the best ways to do due diligence on a company is to offer to buy it. There are certain caveats to this approach. Make sure you have the capital to back you before you make your final move and make sure that capital backing you is covered three ways to Sunday lest you experience drastic changes in the middle of your merger or acquisition talks due to the ruthless nature of the business climate in America or in any part of the world for that matter.
If you are an unknown quantity trying to break into the big arena of Wall Street Finance, you better have a good pedigree or you will be blackballed for life like I have been. Alas, I am banned from trading in Penny Stocks, despite the violations of my first amendment rights to freedom of free speach and free press, and the right to assemble, I must admit I have been permanently barred from trading in Penny Stocks. But my education has bode me well for I may yet still trade in stocks trading above $5.00 per share, the penny stock threshold under SEC Rules.
My schooling with the SEC cost me $600,000, and despite at times my uncooperativeness I wanted that judgement amount to be known far and wide in the investment community because it has made me very infamous not only with the Over the Counter Markets, but all over Raging Bull, Silicon Investor (now owned by IHUB) and quite a few thousand stockbrokers internationally who also want to know my every move because of my radical ideas.
I once read a book called the "Magic of Thinking Big, I forgot already who wrote it and certainly any intelligent person can find the book over the Internet.
Needless to say, in America, there is a suppression afoot against big thinkers if those big thinkers are planning to turn international financial pyramid ponzi schemes upside down and shake down every banker in the nation.
I'm not sure if that is against the law, but certainly someone will look into it and advise me directly from a legal standpoint.
The psychiatric profession has been quite elegant by creating new words and concepts such as "Megalomaniac, Delusions of Grandeuer, and Pathologic. Unfortunately these states of being and thinking only exist for those who agree with them and choose to believe that such conditions of existence exist.
I beg to differ, and even the greatest actors can act out their lives using those three character traits according to the professional definitions of their meanings, yet I choose not to have them as part of my character, despite those labels being given to me by my growing number of critics.
It is good to have critics, they give you a reality check once in a while, even if they don't get all the facts behind the truth all the time.
On an entirely different matter, In this old center of stargazing where I went recently, as in much of the world, thousands watched a rare heavenly show Tuesday: the black dot of Venus inching across the blazing face of the sun.
"Ecco!" gasped one matronly woman as the big screen at Piazza VIII Agosto showed a tiny perfect circle edge into view. "There it is!"
When scientists first worked out Earth's distance from the sun, the Venus eclipse was crucial. "This sight is by far the noblest astronomy offers," Edmond Halley, of comet fame, declared in 1691.
Now mostly a curiosity, the celestial rarity still had excited crowds lining up to peer into telescopes from Australia to the American Midwest.
Bazuki Muhammad / Reuters The planet Venus is seen through a filtered telescope over the skies of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Such transits are so rare that no person living today has seen the previous one, which was recorded in 1882.
"It's a brilliant opportunity to know the mechanics of our solar system," said 14-year-old Shereeza Feilden at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, England.
"Spectacles such as this reinforce my belief that there is a Creator, and we are just tiny specks within this universe," Zulkarnain Hassan, 26, said in Malaysia, a mostly Muslim nation.
Reactions were similar from people who shared a faith-straddling religious experience to those who marveled at a universal phenomenon.
"Imagine," said Bologna astronomer Corrado Bartolini. "We can't even tell when a car will reach Zamboni Gate in traffic, but we know to a fraction of a second when Venus meets the sun every 122 years."
Venus makes two passes across the sun, eight years apart, every 122 years; the next one will be in 2012. As the sun is 30 times bigger, the planet is barely visible through special dark glasses.
My women and love'
Nicolo Reale, an art student in wild dreadlocks, forgave his roommate for dragging him out of bed to see Venus at the piazza. "Stupendous," he said. "It makes me think of man and woman and love."
In Oslo, Norwegian astronomer Knut Joergen Roed Oedegaard proposed to Anne Mette Sannes on a viewing platform, and the 2,000 people who gathered there thundered their applause when she said yes.
When Venus is close to the edge of the sun's disk, it appears to stretch like an ink droplet.
American experts worked at opposite ends of Greece - on the island of Crete and at Thessaloniki - to study the "black drop effect," which shapes Venus into a teardrop as it approaches and leaves the sun.
"It's like a fine French wine for the people who know about it and enjoy it," said Jay Pasachoff of Williams College in Massachusetts, who watched from Thessaloniki's Aristotle University.
The eclipse seemed to have a particular significance in northern Italy, where astronomy took shape in the Middle Ages.
"Think of what this meant to people who spent their lives trying to solve these ancient mysteries," said Flavio Fusi Pecci, director of the observatory at the 900-year-old University of Bologna.
Dante Alighieri studied the stars here in 1287, and Nicolaus Copernicus, a Pole who came to Bologna in 1497, refuted Ptolemy's ancient belief that the sun did not move.
Then Galileo Galilei, in nearby Florence, devised a telescope to reduce the guesswork.
The German Johannes Kepler calculated Venus' path, although he died a year before the 1631 transit.
Public fascination
In cities from Sydney to New York, observatories set up telescopes to give the public a closer look.
Sixteen 4-year-olds from Elisabetta Simonella's Bologna kindergarten class appeared puzzled at all the fuss over a black speck on a big orange circle.
But Teodoro Bernardino, a Spanish scientist, knew what he was seeing.
These days, he said, scientists have taken astronomy into deep space, and monumental puzzles are solved out of sight. "But it is important to build the public's interest, to share the fascination."
Worldwide collaboration
The last Venus transits visible in Europe, in 1761 and 1769, brought what Fusi Pecci calls the first worldwide scientific collaboration in history.
Harper's Weekly Harper's Weekly ran this illustration of a man and a woman observing the transit of Venus in 1769.
"In all, 1,000 people from 100 observatories worked to solve this mystery - how far the sun is from the earth," he said. "And this in spite of a seven-year war going on between France and England."
Knowing the distance from Earth to the sun was vital to calculating size within the solar system.
Copernicus surmised the distance at less than 6 million miles. Kepler upped the figure to nearly 15 million. In fact, space exploration has found, 92,955,859 miles (149,598,253 kilometers) is closer to it.
Viewing from the Americas
Rising before dawn in Argentina's bone-chilling autumn cold, 200 people in Buenos Aires shivered while they took quick turns on six outdoor telescopes trying to get a peek at Venus.
In the United States where only people in the eastern half of the country could catch a glimpse at sunrise, about 300 New Yorkers showed up to look through a bank of telescopes in Central Park.
About 500 people lined up before sunrise to at the rooftop telescopes at the Harvard Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Mass.
"The marvel, the wonder of it," said Clydia Davenport of Boston, who brought her 7-year-old daughter, Sophie. "It's interesting also that it's Venus. A beautiful woman is doing this, and we're all out here to watch, like voyeurs."
Some cities celebrated by playing American composer John Philip Sousa's "Transit of Venus March," composed after the 1882 transit.
Food for thought
However, not everyone caught Venus fever.
"The what?" said Bologna delicatessen owner Romano Bonaga when asked about the event. "I'm afraid now we think more about materialistic things. And food."
But at a meeting of the Bologna Amateur Astronomers Association, computer programmer Andrea Berselli had a different view.
"I'm interested because this is such a rare phenomenon that says so much about who we are," he said. "My parents never got to see it. My kids won't get to see it. That has to mean something."
The Penny King's Blog Monday, June 7th, 8:05 A.M. PST.
Lately I have returned to my regular practice of working 24 hours, sleeping 4 hours, working another 24 hours, then sleeping for 12 hours and using the remainder of my free time to pursue my first love, writing.
To write anything requires lots of good and accurate research as well as plenty of mindful preparation. To prepare I usually like to visit the mountains and get in touch with mother nature so as to relieve me of the stresses that the "civilized world" has to offer.
I have also returned to a habit which I learned from one of my mentors, which is to study at least five hours a day. With my work schedule the way it is, I prefer to get a weeks worth of work packed into 48 hours over a 52 hour period and then spend the next 24 hours doing research, homework, due diligence and serious study which involves looking up lots of words in multiple dictionaries. This task sometimes becomes more daunting when your research leads you into about a dozen different books at the same time.
Fortunately I have indirect access to a public library which allows me to check out up to 500 items at a time including books, videos, CD's and old tapes and records.
Lately I have also devoted a small but fair bit of time to painting. Most people do not know I have a talent for creating three dimensional paintings instead of the tried and entrenched two dimensional paintings so popular amongst pop neveau riche culture.
The paintings will hopefully some day be displayed on the Internet in the form of digital photography and some of them will appear in the movie version of "The Penny King".
I once had a heated debate with a wanna be film producer in Los Angeles who lives just down the street from the O.J. Killing incident. He was quite proud to live in the neighborhood of Brentwood, and was want to make offers on multi-million dollar homes either under construction or pending foreclosures.
It was a way for him to make money to finance his "wanna be" movie producing ventures but to date I have not seen or heard of him putting together any finance deals in the past year, except one which involved the forging of documents and using various means of subterfuge in taking over one particular public company that trades on the Pink Sheets, and another which involved phony documents purportedly issued by Union Bank of Switzerland said to be holding over $104 billion dollars worth of gold bullion.
The debate involved the high costs of film production since he had hired me at my regular rate of $3,600 per hour to arrange a $30 million financing package. The sad part is that I found it in a location he didn't want to be a part of, and turned down the financing. Instead he illegally wrested control of a public company I indirectly controlled. To settle the matter requires a legal battle in the U.S. Court System which will cost both sides around $50,000.00 to duke out.
This same young man, who to his credit did direct one movie I know of which starred the former Bionic Woman and who "unbiasedly" thought the movie was excellent and her greatest piece of acting work. It was called "A Light in the Forest". My personal review of this film has already been published here at IHUB under previous posts prior to my being put in jail.
This 28 year old whipper snapper (another word for Director) does have the talent to direct a film, but he has no clue about finances, no clue about publicly traded companies, and no clue about the amount of trouble he is about to get into.
Needless to say, let us make it public that this film director, "wanna be film producer" has made a bargain with the devil. He was asked that if shown how to make a billion dollars in 38 months, whether he would donate half that amount in cash to the Free and Clear Foundations of America, Inc., the indirect parent company of the publicly traded Delaware Corporation he so conveniently usurped through his attorney and who plans to defend himself legally with two of the highest paid lawyers in the nation.
We no longer argue privately, instead, we are both arguing publicly and looking into getting a few of the muckraking rags to run stories about his and my $60 million battle for the control of that certain publicly traded firm.
I am sure he would not mind the negative publicity in such trashy tabloids as the National Enquirer, Star or such other grist for the Hollywood mills. I have been approached by several international publications to write articles about the corruption that remains in the United States Securities Industry.
Sadly, I must end today's blog to continue my studies and research for I have read about 20 books in the past month and my goal is to read at least two books a day.
Right now I am in the middle of reading "Feature Filmmaking at Used Car Prices. How to write, produce, direct, film, edit, and promote a feature-length film for less than $10,000". We have already raised $25,000 in less than six weeks. The book was written in 1988, the same year I acquired Wes-Coast Mortgage and ended my hostile proxy takeover bid for Summit Savings of Bellevue, Washington. Perhaps the PI's could dig up the article on the subject from the former Bellevue Journal American.
If I could reply to you privately I would but since you are making a federal case of things, and I am in IHUB jail, pending a plea bargain, you should know that I don't do crack and other drugs and would be willing to submit to any drug test.
Second, you should know that the soon to be ex wife is being charged with extortion, welfare fraud, three counts of attempted murder, three counts of attempted assault with a deadly weapon, forgery, corporate espionage, driving without insurance, seven counts of embezzlement, two counts of kidnapping and attempted kidnapping, 85 counts of blackmail, several counts of soliciting, child abuse, meglect and 500 counts of money laundering for her role in Operation Tantra in Washington DC. I have agreed to testify under oath as to the circumstances in exchange for the witness protection program and recovery of all embezzled funds.
Needless to say, if I were running anywhere it would be to get away from the woman who attacked me in Las Vegas and made false statements to police officers, stole my vehicle in the process, left me in the hospital with $7,000 in hospital bills, and then proceeded to leave me to wander the streets of Las Vegas for a week without food, without water, and without transportation.
Luckiliy I escaped from her with not only my life, but my vehicle and integrity intact after I went back to Reno on the day after my birthday. Some men in this country are not as fortunate. If anyone should be scared at this point and running across Rabbit Ridge Court over into the next State like Florida its the Sandara or Crystal as she goes by when she is in a whoring mood.
Oh, I heard she plans to post a picture of my cock here at IHUB so watch for it soon, but be sure to duck before you open any links, you might get a white jolt of some sort in your face from your computer when you click on it. If she does, wait till you see the lingerie she wore in DC and all the ads she wrote for www.alt.com. I'm sure Due Dillinger would be an expert at tracking those puppies down.
And I once thought the War of the Roses was a funny movie. This divorce will be War of the Roses Part Deux starring none other than Sandra Leigh Gabor and that polygamous, or should I call him that bi-sexual pre op transexual cross dressing, serial monagamist Penny King.
That may be your saying but its not mine. Mine is "don't say Whoa when you are in a mudhole".
Watch for my blog coming soon...Hasn't tlxx been delisted yet from the pink sheets?
Looks like it is time to make the final ultimate FOIA request for the ten thousand pages of documents the government managed to gather but didn't disclose in the court room. Then its on to an appeal to the Nevada State Supreme Court or Federal Supreme Court depending on the advice of legal counsel. It's always nice to put money aside to pay lawyers when you have been railroaded out of an industry.

The Bush family has controlled the CIA for the past 30 years through their affiliations with the Skull and Bones Society. Do your homework. I don't forget anything. In fact if you are deluded into believing that you and I are the government you are quite mistaken, and there is no government oversight regardless of the mirrors of laws and rhetoric coming from capital hill. The CIA is the octupus that grew out of the Nazi SS. No the terrorists were trained and funded by the CIA. There are no rules in the art of war, only opinions and strategies, players, pieces, and broken pieces.
On an entirely different note, aside from the fact that over 5 million Americans now want Bush and Cheney both impeached, this just came to my attention:

I am not calling Bush a terrorist, by the definition given earlier he is a terrorist. As to covert ops, he is running at least 200 of them as we speak through his agency of the CIA. But he has lots of cronies to help him, especially those who were paid off with huge government contracts. Imagine the shape this country would be in right now if Bush was not able to create a trillion dollars out of thin air last year. His cronies would be bankrupt for one. Bush is no different than Robert Palm.
Taken from another post and edited for accuracy.
You have to give this Robert Palm credit for thinking & acting big. He sets up a Russian bank with assets of $19 billion, writes paper on it to obtain 200 letters of credit worth $10 billion from a Chinese bank, uses some of these to do a $316 million potato deal in Poland, actualy gets $37 million worth and sells them to the Russian army before the hapless Poles discover that Palm is under attack by various governments around the world who do the same things on a daily basis. The purpose of government has become not to allow any single individual the power to create as much or more money than the government can, otherwise the governments of this world would collapse.
All of this stuff happened around 1992, but I personally had sold out my one third interest in Advanced Capital Services in 1988, so whatever Palm and Dallas did after that, I had only periphery knowledge.
Palm & Dallas needed cash to run the marketing phase of the banking operations and some transaction records to establish their credit record.
By the time First Republic Bank of the Marshall Islands had disappeared in 1985, Advanced Capital had already set up trusts and was managing over two billion of my personal assets. Whether these assets had cash value is all moot and relatively speaking, immaterial at this point in time, what is important to realize is that any human being can become a billionaire virtually overnight if they understand how the very frail and faulty financial systems of this planet work.
Bush and Palm are of the same ilk and character. The only difference is that Bush has nuclear weapons backing his money and all Palm had to back his money was a lot of Christian prayer and a network of fundamentalist Christians.
Coming soon...The Palm Bush Connection.
Then either your perception or your definition is skewed and highly fallable. You fail to realize that brainwashing has become a high level tool and science of the military financial industrial media controlled complex and it doesn't take a genius to figure out how to set up a war. Wars don't just happen, they are actively, carefully, and covertly planned, long begore the general public even becomes aware of their causes. You are just another victim of political and economic brainwashing. I wish you the best and hope you wake up soon before the next chapter in the international nightmare begins.
According to your definition then, George Bush is a Terrorist and should be tried under the Patriot Act for starters.
You may not give a flying fuck about my opinion, but you might as well give one about your own if it means anything at all to you.
Say what you mean and mean what you say but don't be so mean that you cross the mean index of insanity. Angry people are temporarily insane. People who run covert operations are permanently insane. They know what they are doing is evil so they have to remain covert about what they are doing. Otherwise society would stop their covert operation if it were out in the open.
But what is the difference between money backed only by nuclear weapons of mass destruction and free economics? Is slow terrorism, "the gradual erosion of values, the ever present grinding destruction of purchasing power at the expense of the many, is this not a form of terrorism that stresses out millions of people every day?
That is some interesting stuff posted about me over at the TLXX board by my ex wife, who is using the moniker "New Horizons".
It's also ironic because my first wife and I started the New Horizon's Foundation back in 1993 in Seattle. It has changed its name since then but has gone on to be a very successful organization in itself.
My biographers are now working overtime digging up every nook and cranny of history on this microgodofinfinitismalinfinity. I am tenderly humbled by all this hype and media attention. When is the Wall Street Journal article going to come out, anyone know?
At least there are two things I did right in this world with this second marriage that is now coming to a bitter and hostile end. I leave it with two very intelligent and aware children who will one day revolt against their evil mother and put her in her grave without raising a hand.
May she rest in peace, the poor addicted whore who charges $400 an hour to get laid and isn't really any good in bed. You need a pair of pliars to pull the fat away to get your face down in between all that flab between her legs.
I wonder if the District Attorney's Office in Reno has contacted her yet about the Welfare Fraud charges being filed, she knows all about it, but if she denies it then she is in "denial" right?, Yes, the time she lied about her welfare needs in Junction City, Oregon.
Boy, and I thought the War of the Roses was a funny movie! Wait till the book is finished...there's enough people writing about me around the world already I am almost famous or imfamous but famous on both counts!
Wonder how that investigation of mafia ties to the Las Vegas Lounge is coming along by the FBI?
Its also a wonder why I have not heard back from the El Paso Police Department...they must be busy with more important things than false reports filed by greedy, money losing wanna be film makers and geeky greeks!
Publicity, what a wack job!
Yeh, they sure tried to do a wack job on me, but guess what...watch me remove George Bush from office without violence, without terror, and just the strokes of my electronic pen. I predicted that Reagon would die before the end of the year, I predicted that for the Pope as well, these were both safe assumptions based on the obvious fact that both men are and were seriously ill. Well predicting the downfall of a President is a bit harder, but nonetheless predictible given the wide body of facts and information available and the general consensus on the streets of America. Did anyone attend the George Soros lecture at UCLA Berkely back in March?
Actually, I am glad and honored to be in this IHUB jail. It limits the amount of time I waste at this bulletin Board, and it has taught me that there are still thousands of people waiting for my next move.
Is IHUB up for sale? I imagine for the right price we can rid this entire Board of stupid idiots that don't know why they are stupid idiots.
What is a terrorist? Can anyone really define it with an unbiased opinion or statement of the truth?
I canot PM you but if you want send me your phone number and we can make arrangements to chat about this on the phone...as I recall you are in Portland no?
500% on your money even if it takes us ten years to buy your tractor trailer full is still better than any bank has ever paid in this country.

First Alert 6/2: The Oil hedge
June 2, 2004. (FinancialWire) The market’s
movements are so coordinated
with the fluctuating price of oil that traders
are able to hedge one
against the other. As suggested in this column
yesterday, terrorism fears
are a much more significant concern for oil
production than before. The
price of oil reflected that as it rose to a
record $42.38 per
barrel. Good economic news offset that as the
day wore on, giving the
markets a bit of an upward nudge heading into
today.

No more hot picks from The Penny King, sorry, but keep the funnin cumin...
Driving the Western devils out of Saudi Arabia
not only plays to its
fervored fundamentalist constituency but also
throws another monkey wrench
into the oil spigot. Meanwhile, OPEC and Saudi
Arabia sources don’t
believe the attacks will materially impact
increased production, but oil
prices could nevertheless rise when the New York
and London crude futures
markets reopen today. If there is any “good” to
be had out of rising oil
prices, it has to be the prospect that
alternative fuels and alternative
engines and delivery systems will rise from the
ashes.
