I hate to post....
but WTH happened here?
This made me a pretty penny, but it also sucked out about $3000 from me on round two. Do these guys even try anymore?
Pele
What is going on with this company? I haven't been here in months and I noticed my Scottrade account has not moved in ages.
Is this thing still churning at all?
Is this stock dead, yet? I haven't seen any movement in a long time...what is the deal my shares are not doing anything for me any longer.
lol what two stocks and why the hell would you put 27K into this stock or any penny
ummm pull out a magazine on the newstand and usually the issue is a month in advance. The October issues will be coming out mid-month of Sept. Even here in Korea the mags are 1 month ahead of the month you are in.
I could be wrong though...just guessing
it says sept 24th on the page...i'm guessing it has come out, but I could be wrong.....I'm in korea and do not have access to the news stands
have 4 of them.....seem to work ....maybe not as good as advertised, but they seem to help a bit
Oh I don't disagree.... It's a sad story. Until any real numbers show true revenue this will stay in the dumps
If that is indeed how it works, it is possible it could, but dilution and debt are still the major plague for this stock.
If I were Walmart or any other large business, I would buy a trial stock and see how they sell before going headover feet with inventory which doesn't move. The CFL competition in these major retail stores is very high and while this bulbs cleans, not everyone will choose to pick this bulb over the 2-3 dollar option.
Just my thoughts....I'm all for a jump!
This is not a pump but how I view this situation.
This company has a complex situation and history. Sure, in the past we watched some pumping and excitement push this stock up and over .01 earlier this year. I feel that those days are behind us. The retail deal is not going to excite nearly as many people as the initial release of this bulb's advertising in the Fall/Spring.
The company released poor numbers on their FINS and diluted along the way. This is holding a lot of the money on the sidelines. This company will need to show consistant clearing of debt and improved profits from the sales of this product. Until sustained growth is experienced, you will not see this stock jump up quickly any time soon.
Sure, the retail deal is nice, but it has to produce true revenue to prove it really is the saving grace needed for this company.
just my opinion
HSHL I noticed it on the stream..haha Go HSHL
EXPH has potential this low
Dilution..WTH are they paying for now? WTH has happened to this stock since the big run in SEPT? Retorical Question
This company has done nothing to impress me. Everyone made money with anticipation of spinoff company and then...blam....epic fail from that day forth...
Correct, we can see .01 again if we can get on a role. But solid information about making it to .01 should be the focus of discussion. There are surely people on the fence about this stock and hope this company can catch a break.
Here are the issues I have mentioned from the beginning:
1. Number of Shares outstanding
2. Competition in Walmart, HD, Lowes, CVS for CFL light bulbs (GE, sylvania, Phillips all make bulbs cheap and names my parents and I grew up with as kids).
3. Heavy Blitzkrieg-style advertising plan does cost a heavy chunk of money and has hurt us a bit in the short term for share structure and profits.
4. We need better sales numbers (possibly will come with time and retail deal)
5. Patience is going to have to be the name of the game until this company can get back to even with debt incured over the past few years and the recent advertising.
For anyone out there thinking of investing, I'm not saying this company is bad. I think they are doing what they can to get back on track with expectations set by shareholders. Hey I bought in on this company and while I think they have potential, it will all depend on the next quarter or two to see if we are catching up or falling behind..... GO ZVTK!
Okay, I own this stock, but who in their right mind sees this thing going to .25 or .50 any time in the next year. This company has too much debit, it's not a household name, and sales have not met investors expectations. We are still a long way off from those numbers. We have too many shares outstanding to see those numbers.
Relax on the pumping and think realisticly. Too many people on here inflate junk in the hopes to spark some interest and only to let those who bought into the hype become cynical and drive the price down lower.
Realistically we should be hoping for .0075 to .01 by the fall if we can get some good numbers in this upcoming quarter and through the 3rd.
Keep the post legit and relax on the crazy hype, all CAPS posting, and 15 threads in a row...... I look at this forum and see 2 posters names every time i log in...it loses credibility in my eyes.
I agree...the commercials are so cheesy.....
blah
you won't see it...even with dilution
If they post audited Fins, I would be amazed. I have been here since Spring of 2008 and I have yet to see them keep their word with financials.
obviously, you are correct...my position is in... I'm not putting more in... I'll be happy when I'm even again
Korea, ehh...I need to look around here for some. I'm in Korea for the whole year. I'm curious how popular they are here besides the 4 I own..haha
Sounds good....thanks for the request
Thank you for the Chart...any reason you picked ZVTK to chart?
I ask this because you made a comment in the video that you didn't know what caused the big sell off (you mentioned possibly news). What brought your interest back to ZVTK?
These are honest questions, not bashing.
I agree, be realistic!
I've been here since Fall of 2009 (made a few thousand on first run to .0040's) but now I'm down a few more than I made. I'm not bitter and I'm not upset with the sales numbers.
I say this because even though people were going crazy with estimations of $400k in sales, I figured it would be much less. The corny commercials, extremely heavy CFL competition, and lack of retail store deal kept my estimates low. While I expected better than $30-40k, I was not overly surprised like much of the MOMO which were playing this for a big run.
Be realistic with this stock. They have a lot of items to work on. One is debit, retail deals, and eventually reducing shares once they get their feet under them. This market is tough and while the Ionic bulbs seems revoluntionary, don't forget most people don't need revoluntionary household items to make their "life go 'round".
One thing a few posters should refrain from is posting 10-15 msgs in succession all pumping the stock. It looks like this stock has a handful of people excited and a lot of pumping going on whether it is really those individuals are or not. Perception is reality sometimes... remember that.
GO ZVTK !!!

is EXPH able to move for big gains?
just do your own DD and supplement it with some of the information many of these people suggest or supply.
How can this company even begin to regain any confidence in its products, upper management, etc?
I'm not sure it can ever happen. How many more lies can we (shareholders) expect? I hate to sound negative, but has this company come through with any of their long-term promises/New releases?
I got lucky and made it in the green on the big swing upwards for ETC brand. I sold a lot because at 25 years old, I never saw that many zeros in my bank account at any given time. However, I bought in more along the way, but only to watch this company dwindle to nothing but lies and lost hope. Even I have little hope and I have been here as long as GamblerNC
I agree.... people need to have a realistic approach to this stock.....
you all were thinking redic numbers of sales and real numbers show 32K re-evaluate your support and over hype on this stock.
Cheesy commercials need to go.....
While I support this company, the cheesy high pitched poker commercial looks cheap....it, in my opinion, comes off as a lower cost avenue than the "As Seen on TV" ads.
I brought this up in an older post but we have stiff competition in the retail world. The can be seen by two different cases.
1. Walk into Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc and take a look at all of the CFL bulbs on the shelf. Companies like LG, GE, Sylvania, etc are crowding the shelves with their products. Yes, none of them "Clean the Air" but they are names that families are used to trusting for quality and fair pricing.
2. Sales of $32K in a quarter is IMO small peanuts compared to how much is spent each quarter on lightbulbs nationwide. It's a tough pitch to expect the average person to pick Zevo-Tek as the sole option for lighting their homes.
I own these bulbs and while I cannot complain about their quality and possible effectiveness (I don't smoke so its harder to tell how well it works), I did pay about $8.00 a bulb after shipping and handling was factored in to my address (yes, I'm APO Box in KOREA). I bought a few other CFL bulbs here while I was waiting on mine to arrive and they cost me only 1.99-2.99 a bulb depending on size.
Hey I hope we can land some big deals. I like this company and I like the product, but we have a tough road ahead to really gain the public appreciation and make Zevo-Tek a household name.
Just my opinion.

Lots of things here for both the good and the bad.
As you probably know, there has been a lot of talk of how many sales this company has made since the Ad Campaign began. The hype grew so much and so quickly by a few on this board and some outside of it that everyone started to jump on that bandwagon. I won't say that "I told you so...", but some realism did need to be expressed. The financials were this reality check and it showed only $32k ish in product sales.
This was a significantly lower actual figure than many had anticipated. A lot of the Momo behind this stock saw that as a weakiness (especially based on advertisement costs) and jump shipped. Above and beyond that, the balance sheet does show a significant amount of debt this company has left to consume. While yes, the quarter showed some promise, there is still a lot of lightbulbs which need sold to close the gap and put this company in the green.
I'm holding on to what shares I do have and will hope that they can land some large deals with retailers throughout.
I work for the government as an engineer and with all of the LEED certified building inititives, it would be nice to see the company push for a very large contract outfitting new construction sites throughout the DOD, State Dept, etc. They could generate some serious demand if they landed a government contract to supply bulbs throughout the country (bought and paid for)
Very disappointed we are back to these levels.
Two years ago I watched this thing drop to these levels and it's just sad to think we are back here again.
nice name because of my last name...hhah
just kinda stuck
APO address military
Thank you for your order!
Your order number is ION-333980116.
Well, 4-6 weeks shipping to Korea..... oh well at least it finally let me buy a set
I really don't like the "Poker Commercial". Her voice would most likely cause me to turn the channel.
Anyone else find it a bit hard to watch in entirety with the shrill voice and weird accent?
I'm a little bit behind on news with my recent move to a new location, but when are we (shareholders) expecting release of numbers? Mid May?
What does this have to do with ZVTK?
why would that happen today?
If Zevotek cannot spell, we are all in for it..
It's FAKE
Have you been able to make profit off this company or did you get caught up in the hype and did not sell off and of your position?
It's an honest question - Not an attack at you. Just curious how many people actually are in the green on this stock after years of following it.

Still have some....
Mine are not at that high of an average, but I'm in the 40's with shares averaged from 2 years ago - Winter 2009
Big Red on what I have left
