My Pitch: "Canadian based Gold mining company that is well capitalized and has instituted a dividend with a yield over 8% as of 9/18/15. Has relatively low cost per oz, and is expecting to lower it even more with recent mine expansion. Rare to find a penny stock with earnings and a dividend."
