Club Atletico Mineiro has successfully launched the ImagineAR SDK Version 1.3 integrated into their mobile app. The kick-off AR campaign featured green screen videos of players delivered around the world, had over 12,000 interactions within 24 hours and a 3000% registration increase per day. The Club also announced a new custom team shirt with over 100,000 orders in a week which will also include immersive AR experiences.
Global Sports Initiatives has successfully launched its white-label mobile app SportIn in both the IOS and Android mobile app stores.
World Tens Series has been postponed due to the pandemic and the competition will be reschedule in the future.

They have some minor success so far. It is hard to translate the sales they made to the possible profit gained as we do not get details of revenue generated from each project.

MEA CULPA- At my age, I find that IR or AR reports require a genius translator to explain the language used when they describe their services they are providing- their patents,SDK,ImagineARTM,etc.

3. Interest in Securities of the Reporting Issuer
The Acquirer acquired ownership of debentures (the “Subject Debentures”) convertible
into 4,000,000 units of the Company (the “Subject Units”). Each Subject Unit consists of
one common share of the Company (each, a “Subject Share”) and one common share
purchase warrant (each, a “Subject Warrant”). The Subject Debentures represented
approximately 6.4% of all issued and outstanding common shares of the Company as of
February 26, 2020 immediately following the transaction described above, on a partially
diluted basis assuming the conversion of the Subject Debentures and the exercise of the
Subject Warrants only, resulting in a corresponding increase in the percentage of shares
held by the Acquirer as a result of the transaction.
Immediately before the transaction described above, the Acquirer held an aggregate of
4,898,000 common shares of the Company (the “Pre-Shares”), representing approximately
4.2% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
Immediately following the transaction described above, the Acquirer held an aggregate of
4,898,000 common shares (the “Post-Shares”) and convertible securities, including the
Subject Debentures, entitling the Acquirer to acquire an additional 8,000,000 common
shares of the Company (the “Post-Convertible Securities”), representing approximately
4.2% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company (or approximately
10.4% assuming exercise of such Post-Convertible Securities only).

The aggregate consideration payable for the Subject Debentures was $200,000. "
Latest news from the company
" (CSE: IP) (OTC: IPNFF) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced convertible debenture for an oversubscribed total amount of $1,500,000.
The Company intends to use the proceeds of the financing for marketing, sales, and general corporate purposes.
The debentures will mature on the date that is twenty four months from the date of issuance (the “Issue Date”) and bear interest at a rate of 12% per annum, payable in common shares at a price equal to the closing price on the day before the interest is due and payable. The Debentures are convertible into units at $0.05 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.10 for a period of three years from the date the Debentures are issued. The Debentures may be converted by the holder at any time prior to maturity and they will automatically convert to units on 30-day notice if the common shares trade at or above $0.20 for a period of 20 days at any time after four months and one day from the Issued Date.
The Debentures and the units issuable upon the conversion of the Debentures will be subject to a statutory resale restriction for four months and one day from the date of closing. Imagination Park may pay finder’s fees in accordance with CSE policies.

Mike Tunnicliffe, who recently joined the Board of Advisors, has now been appointed to the Board of Directors of Imagination Park Technologies Inc.. Insider buying
I believe the selling is coming from previous Board executives and persons involved with the movie, Chinese agreement and other projects of IP members which have been dropped.
Once these sellers have sold their positions, the share price will hopefully rise, based on successful revenue streams from the AR project. Present insiders seem to be the buyers. I have no idea how much more is in the overhang but believe it is less significant.

Mr. Silver is currently Chief Digital Officer for the Canadian Soccer Business which includes the brand new Canadian Premier League, Canada's top-tier professional soccer league, its clubs and its venues. His name is synonymous with Canada's largest digital media sports initiatives. He was one of the first employees of the Bell/Rogers Olympic Media Consortium where he helped create the digital standard for Olympic broadcasting in Canada for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games. Following this success, he was appointed Head of Digital for the 2012 London Olympic Games broadcast. He then remained with Bell Media, and as Head of Digital for TSN he was given the responsibility of transforming the digital business of Canada's sports leader. During his tenure, TSN re-launched every digital platform, most notably TSN.ca and the TSN app.
In 2014, Mr. Silver started Stadium Digital with a mission to bring world-class fan engagement platforms and media solutions to Canada's top sports properties. The company forged successful long-term partnerships with more than 80 of Canada's top professional leagues, teams and national sports federations. In 2018 Stadium Digital was wholly acquired by the Canadian Soccer Business.

As I stated early last year management of IP has decided that the company's future was best served by concentrating in the ar/Ir division and basically abandon the other projects. Thus, the announcement today of changes in the Board and some resignations.

While Mr. Mariner will not be paid a cash salary, he will have the opportunity to earn additional stock-based compensation when new clients from his network are signed up to use Imagination Park's AR platform.

IMAGINATION PARK ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER 2019 RESULTS
Imagination Park Technology Inc. has released the results for the three months ending Nov. 30, 2018. The company reported revenues of $45,794 and a net loss of $967,214 (one cent per share).
During the first quarter, the company completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of $3,028,718. The placement reinforces investor confidence and recognition in Imagination Park's products and services and provides the company with a runway to execute on its business plan. The company's cash position as at Nov. 30, 2018, was $2,469,623.
The company continues to generate awareness for it platform by promoting its technology in a variety of verticals, including retail, sports, live entertainment, education and fundraising. There continues to be significant interest and a pipeline of opportunities continues to grow. Over next months, the company expects to convert these opportunities into revenue in the form of monthly recurring licensing fees and upfront professional services fees from gaming and customer content.

Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. has been contracted by the Indoor Football League's (IFL) Arizona Rattlers to provide an augmented reality (AR) experience to new and existing fans via the company's XenoHolographic product suite. The Arizona Rattlers are the second IFL team to license Imagination Park's XenoHolographic solution, after the Tucson Sugar Skulls.
