IMAGINATION PARK ANNOUNCES CONTINUANCE

As of April 17, 2019, Imagination Park Technologies Inc. is continued under Section 187 of the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA).

Imagination Park Technologies received its certificate of continuation under the Canada Business Corporations Act, which effects the continuance of the company from the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (BCBCA) to the CBCA.

Upon the issuance of the certificate of continuance for the company under the CBCA, the company ceased to be a corporation governed by the BCBCA and is now governed by the CBCA. The continuance does not create a new legal entity and will not prejudice or affect the continuity of the company. The continuance does not result in any change in the business of the company.
