My thoughts
Unfortunately, IP tried to be involved in too many different projects- movies both short and full length, Chinese projects- various IR and AR projects with many participants.Obviously, revenue streams were not achieved. Now management has made a decision to concentrate on their 100% owned XenoHolographic. Hopefully, if their products are as unique and innovative as they claim, a significant revenue stream will be achieved to merit a higher share price.

I give management credit for making their decision to downsize. Now we must have some patience.
Only other thought- there were SO MANY shares issued to persons involved in the discarded projects- what happens to those shares. I know from Sedar filings many shares were forfeited but believe there is still a significant number out there.

(CSE: IP) (OTC: IPNFF) (“Imagination Park” or the “Company”) announces the completion of an over-subscribed non-brokered private placement financing of 25,239,318 units (the “Units”) at a price of C$0.12 per Unit for gross proceeds of $3,028,718 (the “Private Placement”). Insiders participated in the financing and represented 44% of the total Units or $1,341,406.
Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one non-transferable warrant (each, a “Warrant”), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company for a period of up to thirty-six months at a price of C$0.25. The Warrants, if fully exercised by holders thereof, would represent an additional $6,309,830 in proceeds to the Company.
Further, the Company paid $3,696 as finder’s fees. All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to a four-month hold plus one day expiring on March 6, 2019.

Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement financing of 16,666,666 units at a price of 12 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $2-million. Currently, the company has received firm commitments from new and existing investors as well as insiders for over $2-million.
Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company for a period of up to 36 months at a price of 25 cents.
Insiders of the company plan to participate for at least 10 per cent of the private placement.
The private placement is intended to provide a sufficient period of time for commercialization of the company's XenoHolographic Product Suite, one of the world's first platform-agnostic, cloud-based augmented reality enterprise platforms. Use of proceeds from the private placement include hiring additional sales and marketing personnel, securing patents, and pursuing new strategic partnerships and opportunities with leading brands.

Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. has executed a binding definitive agreement dated May 28, 2018, to acquire all the remaining issued and outstanding shares of XenoHolographic Inc. Imagination Park will now own 100 per cent of XenoHolographic, previously the augmented reality (AR) joint venture between Imagination Park and Tim Huckaby and Rodney Guzman of InterKnowlogy LLC.

Terms of the transaction
Pursuant to the agreement, Imagination Park will pay to InterKnowlogy, being the sole shareholder of all common shares of XenoHolographic not already owned by Imagination Park, a purchase price of $2.5-million (U.S.), subject to regulatory approval, as follows:
Cash payment from Imagination Park to InterKnowlogy of $200,000 (U.S.) on signing of the agreement;
Issuance of 1,828,571 common shares of Imagination Park issued to InterKnowlogy, valued at 35 cents per share for $640,000 (or $500,000 (U.S.) at a conversion rate of 1.28), with such shares carrying the required and necessary resale legends;
Delivery of a convertible promissory note in favor of InterKnowlogy by Imagination Park for payment to InterKnowlogy of $1.8-million (U.S.), on the following terms:
Payment of $1.8-million (U.S.) within 12 months following closing at the option of Imagination Park;
Or, if after 12 months following closing, there remains any unpaid portion of the purchase price, Imagination Park may, at its own and sole election, satisfy part or all of the unpaid purchase price through the issuance of common shares of Imagination Park valued at 35 cents per share.

Video gaming has become so popular that stocks in the sector – like Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., Electronic Arts Inc. and graphics chip maker NVIDIA Corp. – have been routinely doubling in value every year.
Games designed for virtual reality headsets are already available but are a small part of the market so far. Investment in VR games is extensive, however, and eventually there will almost certainly be a 'must-have' game that spurs headset sales.
Citi analysts are also bullish on the outlook for VR technology. The research team believes the market size will increase from a 2017 level just over $6-billion (U.S.) to $80-billion in 2020 and $560-billion by 2025.
Investment options to benefit from the trend are less apparent than I'd like. Much of the related equipment and software is developed within sub-departments of tech giants Facebook Inc., Alphabet Inc. and Microsoft Corp. At these firms, even rapid growth in VR sales won't significantly add to overall profits

In a final step towards freedom, Hoffman must return to the one place he’s fought so hard to leave, Bale Hill Prison, where his mission becomes a race against time when a drug deal goes wrong and threatens his identity as a mole.

" Imagination Park (IP) held a live event in Montreal on Feb 7 and there are many reasons to be an excited IP shareholder.

Paul also stated that IP is targeting a NASDAQ uplist this year (2018). The team that IP has assembled recently is outstanding and I think Paul is laying the ground work for the NASDAQ uplist by putting together this team. One noteworthy individual during the presentation was Kevin Patrick. Kevin is now working full time as a VP for the company in New York and has already brought IP a revenue deal (Aurora games). I believe that Paul is strategically setting the ground work for the NASDAQ by having Kevin Patrick working in New York on revenue projects.
Tim Huckaby presented after Paul and it was quite amazing. Tim presented a working version of their XenoPlayer which rendered the components of a Tesla car from the Augmented Reality (AR) cloud. This is the first time that any working version of the AR cloud has been presented to the public. None of the major software companies are currently working on this and Tim stated that his team has figured out the “plumbing to the AR cloud” which is quite an extraordinary feat. I went to university with several computer science engineers and programmers; I asked them to watch the video of the IP presentation and they were astonished. They couldn’t believe that Xenoholographic (IP joint venture) has a working version of the AR cloud and they haven’t even heard of this small company.
After the presentation, Tim and Paul took questions and somebody asked if Tim/Paul thought it was possible for Microsoft to buyout Xenoholographic. The body language and words of both Paul and Tim made it obvious that they think it is highly likely their technology will be bought out. Even if they don’t get bought out, this company is on track for amazing things
Forbes published an article on Jan 4 called “The AR Cloud Will Be Bigger Than Search”. In the article, the author stated:
“If you were asked what is the single most valuable asset in the tech industry today, you’d probably answer that it’s Google’s search index, or Facebook’s social graph or maybe Amazon’s supply chain system. I believe in 15 years time there’ll be another asset at least as valuable as these, The AR Cloud, that doesn’t exist today.
Will one company eventually own the AR Cloud? History says probably. Will it be a new company? Also probably. Just as it was hard to imagine Microsoft losing its position in 1997, its hard to imagine in 2017 Google or Facebook losing their position. But nothing is guaranteed.”

The reason I find this article so interesting is because Xenoholographic has already completed the plumbing for the AR cloud. Tim Huckaby and Rodney Guzman’s company Interknowlogy has been working on this tech for several years now and are reportedly “2 years ahead of competition”. At the presentation, Tim let it slip that “Paul was working on a patent for the AR cloud”. If they are granted a patent for the AR cloud, they will be THAT COMPANY mentioned in the Forbe’s article. The “new company” that will “eventually own the AR cloud”.
The presentation was amazing and little tidbits about the future of Imagination Park were given out and one has to sit down to piece them altogether. There is a lot more to this play. A lot more coming. Paul showed the stock chart of IP and said that “this is just the beginning”. He also said “2018 will be the year for Imagination Park”.
I am patiently waiting for the NASDAQ uplisting as it will require a multi dollar share price. That is an easy triple. Will I sell once we uplist to NASDAQ? Very unlikely. If these guys deliver on everything they talked about at the presentation then this could easily be a 10 dollar stock in the next 12 months. If they own the AR cloud through their patent, I expect that you will see a massive surge in institutions and hedge funds buying IP shares."

The Aurora Games, which will debut in 2019, will be a week-long celebration of women in sports supported by a festival of entertainment, culture and education. Details of the event, including the dates and awarding of the host city and venue will be announced shortly.
The Aurora Games is being created with input from an advisory board that has attracted some of the most recognizable names in women’s sports. These include:

Nadia Comaneci (nine time Olympic medalist; gymnastics)
Nancy Kerrigan (two time Olympic medalist; figure skating)
Stephanie Harvey (five time World Champion gamer; Counter-Strike)

Jackie Joyner Kersee (6 time Olympic medalist; track & field)
Chris Evert (18 time Grand Slam champion; tennis)
Monica Seles (nine time Grand Slam champion; tennis)
Kelli Stack (2 time Olympic medalist; Ice Hockey)
Marti Malloy (Olympic medalist; judo)

Terms of the Development Deal
XenoHolographic will be the exclusive developer to create and launch the Aurora Games Mobile App for the 2019 Aurora Games and for five-years thereafter with features, functions and enhancements as required from athletes, sponsors, advertisers as well as promotors of the Games.
Features of the Aurora Games Mobile App will be of the highest industry standard, incorporating the most recent developments and up-to-date add-ons in the industry, including:
a) Aurora Games Private Label Mobile app for both IOS & Android with core XenoPlay features with 3D content managed in XenoCloud;
b) Viewing one or more live streams from events. These will be centrally controlled via URL’s to the streaming provider;
c) Real time scoring from events; and
d) The ability to share collected AR content from one person to another, known as “Trading AR Collectibles” based upon blockchain technology.
In addition, the Aurora Games will provide XenoHolographic benefits on site and in connection to the Aurora Games in each year, including rights to use the Aurora Games logo in XenoHolographic materials, right to pass through certain rights to other XenoHolographic partners as well as tickets, signage, hospitality, program advertisements, clinic spots and the like.

Over a 30 year career, Jerry Solomon has represented some of the most well-known athletes in the world while also producing live and televised events in a variety of sports and in some of the world’s most important venues including; Madison Square Garden, Bell Centre, Boardwalk Hall, AsiaWorld Arena, Earl’s Court Arena and Boston Garden. Mr. Solomon was inducted into the Personal Managers Hall of Fame and the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame, has been named one of the "Top 100 Most Powerful People in Sports" by The Sporting News and one of the "Top 25 Most Influential People in Figure Skating" by Figure Skating International magazine. He is responsible for helping to found the Karch Kiraly Scholarship Fund, the KidSport Foundation and the Nancy Kerrigan Foundation; served as an adjunct professor at UNH and UCLA and is the author of An Insider’s Guide to Managing Sports Events which is being re-released later this year.

" On Friday night, "The Kindergarten Teacher" starring Maggie Gyllenhaal premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, the top independent film festival in the US, and generally considered one of the top three film festivals in the world. IP has a company credit in this film and I understand is also acknowledged in the opening credits every time the film plays, which is great. Today, this film just received a 5 star review in the Guardian newspaper, which is of course quite a world renowned publication
