I'm located in Merrick.....how did you guys hear about Aqua Vie,,,,,just curious....you won't find it around...only place seems to be in Arizona in some local chain and that's about it....
Hi Peeet,
Honest Gabe again. I'm from your neck of the woods. Live on Eastern Long Island. (Jamesport on the North Fork) I have not seen this product here either. Even in my travels to Manhatten, don't see it anywhere. It taste great and seems to be the best tasting flavored water out there, but maybe we're like the father who thinks his son is the best player on the little league team.
Enough about water, how did you like the snow. We had a lot of drifting on the east end here. Also went upsate New York around Cobelskill, they had about 17" of the white stuff. I was up there deer hunting and walking through that snow sure made me thirsty. Sure could have used a AQVB........................
Talk to you again,
Honest Gabe
Yes, I've been a stockholder since 2000 and have gotten seriously burnt! There was a 20 for 1 split on 9/3/02...IMO, they are not serious about selling water...more interested in selling shares...they don't even bother putting our press releases anymore. If you look into the old press releases you will see that they were supposed to have sold their product in hundreds of location in NY...I worked in NYC and only came across it one time....they were at a trade show and must have given free product to 10 or so stores....of course, after the show the product disappeared. As a matter of fact, I am finally giving up on this dog and going to sell for a big loss to offset some gains in other stocks....be very careful of this stock even though their webpage is very impressive....
Plakman, what reverse split are you talking about? Are you a share holder? When you say the product is nonexisting, where is that you are talking about? Lot's of snow here in NY.
Peeet
Just found this site. I guess by now everyone knows that, IMO, this company is more interested in selling stock than it is water....the product, except for the internet, is almost non-existant despite all the old press releases...for a real eye opener check out some releases and see how NONE of them came true. I don't know how these people sleep at nite knowing that many, many people, have lost considerable amounts of money...After the reverse split it is still trading for pennies....
Hi Gabe. Thanks for the reply. I too have ordered their sample case and I too was pleased. Unfortunately I was the only one in my family that was pleased. I guess if you're always drinking water and you really want a soda, then this product tastes great. Have you seen this product in your neck of the woods? I am in Long Island and I have never seen it. I think it would do well in fitness clubs, etc. I think the school idea is fantastic to market it. The schools around here already did away with the soda and only have gatorade and juice in the machines. I like their way of thinking. What do you think? Will this Arnold's All-Stars get us going or what? Peeet
Peeet,
Yes, we are out here. I ordered a case of Aqua Vie Beverage. The product taste great! Makes you want to order again. Ordered over the web site. Product came very fast, which was very impressive. However, I can see some ways to promote product sales. For example, no new order forms in the carton that I received. Once you make a sale, the company needs to try to keep this customer. Convenience is very important. Having an order form in front of you with e-mail address, etc. written on it makes it easier for customer. How about letting customers get a rebate or credit for every customer that they recommend. How about gift certificates online? There are a many ways that this company can promote this product. It's all about percentage in business, and a company needs to work on every angle to bring this percent higher.
The product is excellant. The time is right! We need low cal. product now more than ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the time to really push this product. Honest Gabe

Business Editors
KETCHUM, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 2003--Aqua Vie Beverage Corp. ("AQVB") announced the launch of its new Web site at www.aquavie.com.
Aqua Vie's new Web site, which invites visitors to "Nourish the body. Reward the soul," is the first place to go to learn more about the company and its products and is designed to work in tandem with the introduction of the company's newest low-calorie product line. The company's new Hydrator(TM) products, showcased on the site, are expected to be on shelves in late summer/early fall 2003. When they are, Aqua Vie's Hydrators(TM) -- noncarbonated, bacteria-free, naturally flavored spring water beverages, with no preservatives -- will have yet another thing going for them ... fewer calories!
Inspired by "the flavors of the world," Aqua Vie covers the waterfront with such tantalizing offerings as Pear Guava, Japanese Cherry, French Strawberry, Kona Coffee, Orange Peach, Tea Lemon and McIntosh Apple, depicted on labels that incorporate pure, crystal-clear water as their backdrop.
Thomas Gillespie, president and chief executive officer of Aqua Vie, emphasized that the Web site is a work in progress. Additional corporate information and a new, interactive order-entry segment are underway.
"We're excited about the new look and feel of the site, but we're even more enthusiastic about our new products in the water beverage category." Gillespie indicated that as a result of its most recent product development efforts, he is confident that Aqua Vie has a stronger platform on which to build its product lines.
Aqua Vie Beverage Corp. develops and markets naturally flavored, still (noncarbonated) bottled spring water. The company's low-calorie alternative beverages are bacteria-free and contain no preservatives; they are designed to increase one's personal consumption of water, naturally. Just wondering if anyone knows why Aqvb does not give an available bid at the time of trading? When asking for a quote it is always "not available" It seems that this stock could have some good potential, but patience seems to be a factor.
Bottled Water - what's in a label?
Sales of bottled water are booming around the globe. According to the World Wildlife Fund, it's the fastest-growing beverage sector in the world, worth about $33 billion CDN.
It's so big, both Coke and Pepsi have waded into the market with their own brands.
So far, there are no scientific studies that indicate bottled water is healthier for you than tap water. Bottled water, however, does not contain chlorine or fluoride.
What makes one brand different than the other? You may notice a number of terms listed on the label.
Bottled water can come from any source.
Here's a quick reference guide to what it all means.
Mineral and Spring Water - must come from an underground source (not a public water supply) and can't be changed in any way by chemicals. Mineral water has a higher amount of dissolved mineral salts.
Bottled Water - water from any source that can be distilled or carbonated or treated in any other way.
The water in "Dasani" (owned by Coca-Cola) comes from municipal supplies in Brampton, Ont. and Calgary - straight out of the tap. (Pepsi owns "Aquafina.")
Artesian Water/Artesian Well Water - bottled water from a well that taps a confined aquifer (a water-bearing underground layer of rock or sand) in which the water level stands at some height above the top of the aquifer.
Sparkling Water - water that has been carbonated. Soda water, seltzer water and tonic water are not considered bottled waters.
Glacial Water - water from a source directly from a glacier.
Natural Water - water (such as spring, mineral, artesian or well water) obtained from an approved underground source and not from a municipal or public water supply system. This water has undergone no treatment other than physical filtration and iron removal.
Purified Water - water produced by distillation, de-ionization or reverse osmosis, which contains not more than 10 mg/L of total dissolved solids.
What's in the water?
MINERAL WATER:
Naturally-carbonated natural mineral water is water which, after treatment, replacement of gas and packaging, has the same content of gas from the source.
Non-carbonated natural mineral water is water which, after treatment and packaging, prevents hydrogen carbonate salts from dissolving.
De-carbonated natural mineral water is water which after treatment, does not have the same carbon dioxide content as when it first came out of the ground.
Carbonated natural mineral water is water which, after treatment and packaging, has been made bubbly by adding carbon dioxide.
Demineralized - the dissolved solids (minerals) have been removed.
Re-mineralized - after filtration that removes all the solids, some are put back in.
Ozonized - ozone is added to kill bacteria.
Super-oxygenated - oxygen is added, most of which escapes when you twist the cap.

ITEM 5. OTHER EVENTS
The common stock of Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation resumed trading on Friday, May 16, 2003, following a two-week halt in trading that had been imposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation forecast revenue of seven million dollars. The revenue projection was contained in faxes prepared by the company and sent out by a fax forwarding company. The faxes were contained in a sheet called OTC Stock Today, a trademark owned by the Company, without any involvement of any stock analyst, independent or otherwise. The revenue projection was for the company's fiscal year commencing August 1, 2003 and ending July 31, 2004. The Securities and Exchange Commission instigated a trading halt for the company's common stock based in part on questions about the completeness and accuracy of the projection.
The Company believes the revenue projections are attainable. The Company's product currently is in approximately 500 chain stores nationwide. The Company has concentrated on introducing its products through the natural food sections of chain stores, rather than introducing through general beverage sections of these stores. The Company's product is being distributed by Tree of Life/Gourmet Award Foods, the leading marketer and distributor of all natural food, with sixteen distribution facilities servicing over 15,000 retail stores in the United States and Canada, and United Natural Foods, with eleven distribution centers servicing over 7,000 stores in fifty states. The Company has embarked on in store-taste demonstrations and samplings of its products. The in-store tasting demonstrations are currently underway, and the Company plans approximately 350 individual sampling demonstrations through September, 2003. The Company is finalizing a new label design for an improved product line of its Hydrator(TM) Water, which is expected to be introduced in July 2003,and is also redesigning its corporate website which is expected to be online in June 2003. A regional radio advertising campaign is planned to air in June 2003.
The Company also plans to introduce, later this summer, a children's line of spring water beverages called PurePlay(TM) and an improved version of its existing Hydrator(TM) product line with particular emphasis on packaging, and calorie/ carbohydrate reduction. The Company believes the new labels for the improved Hydrator product line and new children's line of spring water beverages, both with reduced calories and carbohydrates, a new corporate website, and regional advertising and publicity, will significantly increase the general awareness of its products with distributors, stores and consumers. The company recently completed a financing from which it has allocated moneys for inventory production, label and website design and promotion of the Company's products.
In assessing the Company's revenue projections, investors and potential investors should consider among other things, the following factors that may affect the ability of the Company to achieve its revenue projections.
The beverage industry is highly competitive, and there are many companies with better financing and a higher established level of market acceptance, many of which sell their beverages for considerably lower prices than the Company's products. The Company believes that it can distinguish itself in its particular market niche, because of its appeal to health conscious consumers and proprietary formulations. The Company's product is made from spring rather than tap water, a classification recognized by government regulators. While there are many spring waters, the company further distinguishes itself by offering flavored spring water that is preservative free and contains all natural and proprietary flavorings. There are other preservative free waters, but the Company believes that there are no other companies offering a beverage with all of those attributes. While the Company believes that a certain segment of the market will buy sufficient amounts of its products to achieve the revenue projection, during the last two years sales have been minimal, its products do not have significant historical sales, and there can be no assurance that there will be the anticipated market acceptance and level of sales.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Company's ability to achieve projected revenues may also be affected by the need to transition to new bottlers. The Company's existing bottler has notified the Company that it intends dedicate its production facilities to a minimum number of companies within the next 12 to 24 months. The present bottler has offered to assist the Company in transitioning to a new bottler, and has provided the Company reference bottlers.
In a meeting in March of 2003, the bottler's CEO indicated the Company could have up to one year to transition to a new bottler. Production to date is planned through July. The July production, which the Company has confirmed provides sufficient production capacity through the Summer months, which have the heaviest demand for beverages, including the Company's line.
Based on prior experiences with the bottler, there could be further bottling runs after July, although there can be no assurance of such runs, and such runs would be dependent on further negotiations. Although the Company believes it can successfully transition to new bottlers, substantial management time and resources will have to be devoted to such a transition. The Company has identified seven United States bottlers that use aseptic PET processing systems. Additional foreign bottlers also utilize aseptic PET processing systems. The Company has yet to determine whether any of those bottlers has capacity and can adapt its system to the Company's needs. Adaptations may require capital outlays, and the Company has limited resources and may be dependent on obtaining further financing for such adaptations, including the cost of labeling machines and modifications for its products. The Company may also consider using other processes. The Company has spent considerable time and efforts getting consistently good product in commercially viable quantities. Addressing such quality control, proprietary formulations, and production issues makes it difficult and costly, but not impossible for potential competitors to enter the market with a similar product. Transitioning to new bottlers will require working through these operational issues, but the Company believes its experience, and the assurances from its existing bottler will allow the Company to successfully execute such production and growth transitions.
Forward-looking Statements
This report on Form 8-K contains "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of Section 17A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amendmended (the "Securities Act") and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), that involve risks and uncertainties. Readers and investors are cautioned that the Company's actual results may differ, and may differ significantly, from the results discussed in the forward-looking statements. Factors that could cause or contribute to such differences include, without limitation, the ability of the company to reach its revenue targets, demand for, and market acceptance of, the company's product(s), relations with distributors and stores, the company's ability to transition to a new bottler, sufficient financing to carry out the company's business plan, general economic conditions, and other factors that may be more fully discussed in the company's literature and periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That has been in fact the 10 year story here. Unfortunate situation for many good people over the years. I did well with the stock but only because I was never one to hold on for too long a period of time.
In retrospect, I wonder how much of the lack of success was directly due to poor management and how much was a sincere lack of trying. I'm sure we will never know and those on opposite sides of the opinion will be quick to rush to judgement either way, but the truth is the lack of quality communication from Tom and from the various IR's, especially Madeline Franco, has kept everyone completely in the dark.

Aqua Vie's New Children's Beverage is All-Natural and Low Calorie

KETCHUM, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2003--Aqua Vie Beverage
Corporation (OTCBB:AQVB) announced today the development of a line of
all-natural, low calorie spring water beverages, formulated and
packaged specifically for children, called PurePlay(TM).
The PurePlay(TM) line of noncarbonated spring water beverages
represents a true breakthrough in water beverages. All-natural,
lightly flavored and sweetened, PurePlay(TM) makes water taste good
enough to drink all day. With a mere 15 calories per 8-oz. serving,
that's easy enough to swallow even for those on a diet.
Recommended daily intakes vary, but it's clear that most people
don't drink enough water. Plain ordinary water is boring and difficult
to drink. "In developing the new PurePlay(TM) line for children, we
wanted to put an end to 'boring.' We've done that," said Thomas
Gillespie, Aqua Vie's president and chief executive officer. PurePlay
is the second "first" for the company, which was the first to develop
and market an all-natural, flavored spring water beverage.
PurePlay(TM) will be available in five distinctive flavors this
spring.
Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation's preservative-free flavored spring
waters encourage personal water consumption, not just for its
recognized weight management benefits but for lifelong health.
PurePlay(TM) children's water beverages are designed to appeal to
younger tastes. With the weight gain among America's youth making
daily headlines, PurePlay(TM) may be "just what the doctor ordered" to
aid in weight control. "We anticipate excellent market response among
youth and parents who seek healthier lifestyles for growing children,"
said Gillespie.
Aqua Vie Beverage Corp. develops and markets Hydrators(TM),
all-natural, lightly flavored, still (noncarbonated) bottled spring
water. The company's low-calorie, flavored fitness waters are
bacteria-free and contain no preservatives. Aqua Vie produces and
markets the Hydrator(TM) line of flavored spring water throughout the
Unites States. The company's Hydrator(TM) line, comprised of seven
low-calorie, all-natural beverages are lightly flavored, packaged in
half-liter bottles, and designed to increase adults' and children's
consumption of water, naturally. The underlying technology also serves
as the delivery system for Aqua Vie's new line of children's flavored
spring waters called PurePlay(TM). Other Aqua Vie trademarks include
Eau Vin(TM) (nonalcoholic wine and champagnes made from spring water).

The flow of water may have caught up to the flow of shares. It is long overdue.

(OTCBB:AQVB) announced that the company is working with RalstonGroup (Bend, Ore.), an advertising/public relations agency, to launch grassroots marketing campaigns in several Aqua Vie test markets in the Western United States, beginning during the holiday season of 2002.
"Aqua Vie and its distributors see great potential for an all-natural water beverage that can go head to head with major manufacturers based on its preservative-free formula," said Thomas Gillespie, president and chief executive officer. "This campaign will lay the foundation for key product introductions during 2003," he said. Introduction of PurePlay(TM), Aqua Vie's line of children's Hydrators(TM) is slated for the second calendar quarter of 2003.

The company's low-calorie alternative beverages are bacteria-free and contain no preservatives. Aqua Vie produces and markets the Hydrator(TM) line of beverages in the United States and Europe. This beverage line, comprised of seven low-calorie, all-natural beverages that are lightly flavored and packaged in half-liter bottles, is designed to increase one's personal consumption of water, naturally.
