yes the C shares filing and they also amended the '23 annual to reflect new management, both filed w/in the past few weeks w/ the SOS

this is accurate ..no MM will sponsor an empty shell, the form 211 will all occur AFTER the asset moves in

yeah w/ the restricted shares added a couple weeks ago and the recent slapping/bidding going on, something is brewing ..was a 700K bid at 015 today ..and this thing is thin ..after .015 got slapped out yesterday, ask went right to .10
