Where did LIBE get all the money for the parts to sell $96M worth?
Where is the paper trail that shows this? Was it from sale of shares or did they borrow from a bank?

So if it’s 10% every 3 month period and they don’t pay it off till the due date, what is the total percentage? Are there not 4x 3 months in a year? 4x10=40%? If they have millions why do they need to borrow $70K?

If this isn’t a scam, then one question. Why can’t the company take a small portion of millions in profit to fund operations instead of entering into new toxic debt?
Just last month on 8/15/2019 company acquired $215,000 of convertible debt at 33% interest.
Then another $69,875 just a couple weeks ago on 9/3/2019 at 40% interest.

You could also look at their contract which is 150K mufflers every 90 days, that’s $11.25M. That shows filings are in USD because if if were KRW, $96M is only $80K USD, that only equals about 1K mufflers.

I believe it is required by OTC Markets that all filings are reported using USD. The sales are in Korean KRW which are then converted to USD for filings. They note the conversion rate of KRW to USD at the time of filing.

When the JC dust settles HMLA is looking like the best one to stay in with this share structure.

Me too had to sell 10K at .6 right after I saw DCGD starting to tank again, thought it would rebound a little higher though.

Is there a way to find out about when they acquired these shares? Was it recent or from years ago?

Must the financials be completed before filing the Form 10?
