As of December 17th 2013, TLNUF amended to increase AS to 2.5 Billion shares and OS to 680 million.
They filed to initiate 1:150 reverse split of common shares due to consent by majority of voting power. More details are coming to post next time and they will file 8k by next week regarding new issued number of shares and following schedule for reverse split due to regulation of sec filing.

It is very risky, I would rather bet few thousands dollar on Casino. Look at the most recent statement filed. They increased over 3 Billion authorized shares and 2.3 Billion Outstanding shares. It is very risky to get in SCAM/RINSE/DUMP/PAPER company.
