SYEV Possibly, but there was an 8k filed on feb 1st that she was leaving.
Effective January 29, 2016, the Company has reorganized its senior management. Ms. Elise Eggett has left the posts of Chief Operating Officer, Secretary and Director of the Company to spend more time with her family. She remains in her position as Controller of the Company.
It could be that there was just a disagreement with the operations of the company. With the contamination of the water across the U.S. and the since their new filter is the only one that I know of that raises alkalinity up to 8.0 to 9.5, their bottles and pitchers should be selling even faster than they currently are. If we could get some new blood in the company that knows how to promote their products better and improve their sales channels, revenues could and should skyrocket. My whole family uses their products and we love them. Adding an outside board member (large shareholder) is something I like to see.
Pretty crazy, but for some reason my interactive brokers news feed has been picking up what you mention on IHUB. This has been the case on multiple symbols.

A stock that I follow that is profitable like PYDS, recently did a reverse spit to list on the Nasdaq. CTEI CTEID

Here is how it performed:

I am not saying this is going to happen to PYDS, but they are going to have to reverse split to get onto the Nasdaq. This should be an interesting few weeks ahead.
I take it nobody scrolled down to the last couple of pages on the 8K that was filed a couple of days ago? Looks like 4th quarter numbers were pretty good.

Yes I am an owner, but my cost basis is higher than yours...
Thank you for the 4 replies to my message. At quick glance BCLI doesn't appear to be on the NYSE, ADPN I am not sure what that stock is since it doesn't come up on yahoo and CVSL doesn't look like it has had even a penny in earnings, at least over the past 3 years, so not sure how that was uplisted and if it is a good comparison. However, CVSL was a legitimate uplist to NYSE and then the stock declined, so pat on the back for that example.

I do hope that one day you learn to live you life with the glass half full, as it is so much more enjoyable and fulfilling. You are up 2,800% on your highest purchase price of PYDS and that is very commendable and something to be extremely happy about.
I agree that the current pe is healthy, but I do believe that if it were listed on a major exchange that it could be higher.
PYDS has had a nice run over the past few months and steep ups and then backfilling and basing is normal gyrations for a stock, and is in fact much more healthy in the long-run than momentum.

Good luck to you!

Would you be willing to provide not 100, but just 1 example of a stock that did a reverse split to uplist on the NYSE "then uplisted" and the share price went down?
Also, the stock is up approximately 140% over the past 12 months, and I am curious what you think the stock would be up if Hoch was not selling? Basically, what do you think the true value of the stock is worth at this current point in time.
Thanks,
Vince
This is a neat demonstration.

I doubt that the whole contract will go to them, so they probably won't put anything out until they can determine what to expect from this deal.
GV Here is level 2 at the end of the day on Wed, not sure how they posted 2.25, when the bid was 2.34. The same thing happened with SNFCA.

I like KINS as much as any of my holdings right now. Great chart, good fundies and a ton of insider buys.
SNFCA is another one I like.
Yes, I think that is what caused it to move back up to the $17 level early, before the attacks began again. The fact that they don't have a license in China has been laid out clearly in their filings, but it appears that the shorts are now going to use that to drag it down. In the last conference call they stated that they plan on using their horde of cash to apply for a license in China, but that may take some time. I plan on getting back in if it gets close to the 50 SMA around $9.50 - $10.00. The stock is likely to be volatile for a while.
I sold the rest of my NHTC today on the runup. There appears to be some negative articles lurking from geoinvest and others. Gonna take my profits and see how this plays out. None of what he is saying is new information, but the chart is now broken. https://twitter.com/GeoInvesting
NHTC You could have shorted it at Interactive Brokers...in fact, a friend of mine did short a few near the high yesterday. He most likely borrowed my shares. :(
It appears that there were several people on twitter that have a ton of followers, started putting out short recommendations yesterday at the same time. The stock got way ahead of itself and when it broke down, it really broke down. Selling begets more selling. If you would have said that it could fall from 22 to 11.75 in a matter of 3 hours without news, I would have said you are crazy...but here we are. I sold around 75% of my position on the way up from 14.97 to 19.97, but still took a nice hit yesterday. I plan on adding some back as soon as the chart stabilizes.
TCCO Just to clarify, that was an applicant idea posted on microcapclub on August 27 and not from an actual member. If it was from a member of microcapclub, it would have been much more detailed.
As far as front-running goes, I would assume that almost every investor will buy the stock before he/she presents it to others.
BTW: the definition of front-running according to Investopedia is: The unethical practice of a broker trading an equity based on information from the analyst department before his or her clients have been given the information.
Vince
This works great for Canadian filings.

I sold a little today, because we are getting extended on the chart...but this one could go a lot higher, if they can prove another good quarter. I get the feeling that some are expecting a drop off from last quarter due to the deferred revenue decrease. I am not convinced that is the correct assumption to make though.
http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/nhtc/revenue-eps
KINS $7.36 The chart is starting to look very good as well.

The insiders appear to agree with you. Another form 4 filed today.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/KINS/filings
NHTC $15.10 some big blocks are going through today, which I haven't seen before. Could be that some institutions are starting to get involved.
AYSI earnings related probably. http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=AYSI&id=125956
NHTC new closing high today on volume.
http://screencast.com/t/omJWoXmbiAl
Please put him on ignore and stop replying to his posts. He is here on an agenda as anyone can plainly see, and of course has no facts to back up anything he says.
BTW: I am starting to think that a 3 - 1 stock split would be beneficial to liquidity and perhaps even the stock price. I wonder if this is in the cards?
Looks like reality is beginning to sink in.

This explains it pretty well.

Indeed it does!
This was in the 10Q:
Up to $10.0 million of our available cash may be invested in our Mainland China entity within the next 18 months
for such purposes as establishing China-based manufacturing capabilities, opening additional Healthy Lifestyle Centers or branch offices, and
ultimately, funding the required deposit for a China direct selling license application. We also may evaluate product or distribution
opportunities to diversify from our current Greater China concentration.
If they are able to obtain a license in China, the stock could really take off.
On a side note, HLF already has a license and also has $1.2 billion in cash. NHTC's current market cap is around $120 million.
NHTC 10Q filed today. http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingPdf?FilingID=10116103
There was an SA article posted.
http://seekingalpha.com/article/2319715-natural-health-trends-could-have-55-percent-upside?app=1&uprof=51
The run began on AEYE from this news, not from a promotion. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/audioeye-report-profitable-second-quarter-120000099.html
Since you trade Hemp stocks, then I am sure you are very familiar with stock promotions and the promoters behind them, would you like to enlighten us as to who is promoting AEYE? The link says Promoter: The Microcap news.
TIA
This out after the close.

DGLY And the largest shareholder was able to sell almost his entire stake at $7.50 average. http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingPdf?FilingID=10094285
The most impressive thing about that is, you have several mouths to feed, I only have 2. Being able to wake up every day and go to work with a smile from ear to ear is my favorite part. Being able to work in your underwear is pretty cool too...
Congrads OTC, I am on year 5 of no boss and couldn't imagine going back.
CYNK would this be considered a value microcap?

oh wait, never mind!
I have never seen anything like it, now if only I could find some shares...
DSSPF $1.57 Bob, if you get a chance, would you take a look at this stock. Here is the SA article that attracted me to it. http://seekingalpha.com/article/2276553-deep-sea-supply-on-track-for-strong-growth-and-dividends
The valuation on it is pretty nice as well. http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/financialHighlights?symbol=DSSPF.PK
There has been decent vol the past few days, which is at least partially due to a share offering in Oslo.
Thanks,
Vince
VTSI $.0495 any thoughts on this one? It has come down since the last earnings report.
