Hi jeunke22, I would appreciate an email copy as well. My posting history will vouch that I’m long since Jan 2018.

Much appreciated as I know you’ve been overwhelmed with requests.

Hi jeunke22,
If you are willing, I too would appreciate having access to the information regarding the LightWave presentation you were at that you have shared privately. I have been a shareholder since early 2018 and long all the way as you can see from my posting history.
While I'm sure you'll be inundated with similar requests and understand if you're hesitant or wanting to keep it to a small group, but if there's any chance I can be included it would be much appreciated. If yes, my email is posted below (I don't have an iHub account so I don't have private messaging) if no, I completely understand.

Thanks

I found this article humorous as this board discusses the ongoing shorting and the joys of them eventually getting what they deserve :)
Not 'Off Topic' to LightWave Logic considering the number of shares shorted here !
https://nypost.com/2024/03/14/business/palantir-ceo-alex-karp-says-short-sellers-make-money-to-buy-cocaine/
The chief executive of software company Palantir blasted short sellers on Wall Street, saying that “nothing makes a human happier than taking the lines of cocaine away” from people who “just love pulling down great American companies.”
“I love burning the short sellers,” Alex Karp told CNBC on Wednesday.
“Almost nothing makes a human happier than taking the lines of cocaine away from these short sellers, who like, are going short on a truly great American company. Not just ours, but just love pulling down great American companies so they can pay for their coke.”
Karp made the comments just weeks after his company’s stock price surged on news that Palantir won a $178 million contract from the US Army to equip its Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node (TITAN) ground station with data fusion and AI-powered deep-sensing capabilities.
Palantir, co-founded by Karp and billionaire venture capitalist Peter Thiel, has seen its share price soar by more than 50% since the start of the year.
The company stock was trading at $25 a share before Thursday’s opening bell.
Anyone shorting Palantir stock over the past year has taken a bath. The company’s stock price rose threefold in 2023 — outperforming the Nasdaq’s 53.8% gain.
Short sellers are investors who profit if the value of a stock falls. An investor borrows shares of an asset and then sells the borrowed shares to buyers at market price.
The investor sells it with the intention of buying it back later for less money. But if the stock price goes up, short sellers are stuck with a loss.
“The best thing that could happen to them is we will lead their coke dealers to their homes after they can’t pay their bills,” Karp said.
“You know, do your thing, we’ll do our thing.”
Karp echoed longstanding sentiments expressed by another tech mogul, Tesla boss Elon Musk, who once suggested that short selling should be outlawed.
Jim Chanos, the short seller who gained prominence after correctly betting that the now-defunct energy giant Enron would collapse, has recently expressed skepticism about Palantir’s stock, according to Benzinga.
Last month, Palantir said it expects 2024 to be its “first profitable year” due to strong demand from its AI offerings.
The company signed 103 deals of over $1 million each in the fourth quarter that ended Dec. 31, Ryan Taylor, its chief revenue officer, told Reuters.
US commercial revenue surged 70% to $131 million, compared with a 12% increase a year earlier.
Total commercial revenue of $284 million beat Wall Street estimates.
The company forecast adjusted 2024 profit between $834 million and $850 million, above estimates, while its revenue forecast was in line with estimates.
Palantir expects 2024 US commercial revenue to grow at least 40%, compared with a 36% rise in 2023.
Lightwave Investor Presentation now shows December 2023 which is new (formerly October). Just about to go through it and see what's new.

Thanks very much Walter,
This made it much easier to pick up the many key points discussed this year by Dr. Lebby including some good questions by the shareholders in attendance.
As X would say, "wow, wow, wow"
Sure glad I have a front row seat to watching this unfold from here on out :)
My goal is to make it to next years ASM (as hopefully a retiree) and meet many of the very knowledgeable longs who have posted here over the years and whom many of us owe a big thanks and maybe a few (many) beverages of appreciation :)
Edit: Forgot to mention Walter, the small world that it is, we actually have a connection (albeit with degrees of separation) through my neighbour. It just came up by chance one day and I was blown away at how small the world really can be :)

Hi Steve, good to know I'm not going crazy:)
This is definitely a new presentation with 10 new slides. Will take some time to compare but I see the update as a positive / interesting update!
Exciting times ahead!

Damn, the link is back up to the old presentation. My hopes and thoughts are dashed, lol.
Regarding the ability to like your own post, I often think of Spock (as I'm a Star Trek fan), where in conversation he states something to the effect 'it would appear oddly self serving' and that's what comes to mind. But then again, I'm happy for longs to like their own posts to combat the 'others' :)
Let's hope for some great news this week or next or by Dec 31, 2022!

I haven't been able to access the Investor Presentation this evening on lightwavelogic.com

Not sure if any of you can access it?
Anyway, I let my mind wander and imagine that maybe they are updating it with something new and interesting :)
Lots of good conversations and posts lately from true longs. Our day is coming very very soon and I think it's going to be the beginning of something epic!

Awesome, great interview. Thanks for posting!
Michael continually sounds more and more excited and very confident as we move towards 2023 and this tells me we are still on track as per their ASM Guidance for 2 Foundries in 2022 and then more in 1H23.
I love how Michael closed out the interview saying (paraphrasing) 'we are leading the pack' and 'this is like a guaranteed opportunity, it's huge and this is where the internet needs to go'.
LightWave Logic is my once in a lifetime investment opportunity as I head towards retirement and I'm in good hands with Michael and the full team at LWLG.
Didn't care for the interviewers closing comments so much after disconnecting from Michael as it doesn't do justice to what LightWave has accomplished financially in getting to this point with no revenue but having no debt and operational money in the bank till 2024. He focussed on what they have spent and not at a point of revenue yet. Maybe fair but in context if he had discussed this with Michael he would have been more informed of how they got to this point and what an achievement it is including the organic Nasdaq uplisting without a reverse split. But then again, that type of thinking is why many of us got in at the right time and have an average of less than a dollar a share :)
Long & Strong LightWave Logic :)

Yes, worked for me. Straight to Dr. Lebby's video presentation without having to register.

I see the Investor Presentation is now dated October 2022 at https://www.lightwavelogic.com .
More importantly the timelines are still intact on slide 28 with expected results for two Foundries in 2022 and three more 2H22/1H23 :)
Edit: Also noticed updated slides referencing ECOC 2022 regarding the Industry 3rd party reviews noted in previous news releases. Slides 32 and 33.

I've been quiet lately but still reading the board religiously and still very much appreciative and in admiration of all the longs fighting the FUD against LWLG and guiding new investors to the facts and truth! It might well be that Reddit is more the path to less FUD and more facts :)
We are so close to the reckoning of LightWave and the future is oh so bright.
Thanks to everyone for your contributions to facts, truth and awesome DD!
Long & Strong LWLG and Michael Lebby plus the very amazing LightWave team who will be remembered for what they are about to bring upon this world for the greater good :)
True longs, the majority of shareholders me thinks, will be the recipients of what may be the most colossal stock appreciation in recent history!
I'm holding my shares tight to the chest and no amount of FUD will change that. For the first time up here in Canada, I got the first email from my bank investor account guiding me towards a margin account which of course would open my shares to shorting. This is a first in many years and I take it as a reach of desperation. It's a no from me :)
Cheers all, we are oh so close and how f'in exciting is that :)

I'm West Coast Canada and definitely not selling until LightWave is ubiquitous and the share price is reflective of Perkinamine being transformational to the data center industry (and perhaps many other industries as well). Although, I'm definitely a small fry compared to some of the numbers posted here today...it's still significant and a nice number considering my average is below a dollar :)
It cost me on average over a $1.30 Canadian for every $1 US to purchase my shares but I will hopefully benefit with a similarly weak Canadian dollar when I do sell some :)
Long & Strong LightWave Logic!

Nice, very much looking forward to your next post :)

What stuck out to me in that segment of the interview is how humble Michael and LightWave Logic are.
If your downside risk is not being ubiquitous enough, well that's not much of a risk at all but it is an answer :) Basically it seems Michael (being the polite and engaging speaker he is) is just answering a valid and very legitimate question to ask a company but one where the answer may very well be that there is no realistic downside risk at this stage of the game.
My personal take is Michael is beyond confident he and the team will ensure that LightWave is going to be ubiquitous based on unique and unparalleled technology that will sell itself and there currently is no true competition or any other sunrise company anywhere near the stage that LightWave currently is. Not to mention the patent moat in place that any future competition will have to face as well.
Sure there are university experiments going on that someday may evolve to compete with LightWave's EO polymers but I'm assuming based on what others have said, that would take years or decades to come to fruition. And of course LightWave will continue to enhance their technology in exciting and unknown ways during that time as well. Again, Michael being the gentleman and conservative speaker he is would never give an answer saying there is currently no legitimate competition even if that is very much the case :)
Ubiquitous, Unparalleled and Unique times are ahead and that is very exciting for not only the positive impact LightWave's technology will have on the world in so many known and unknown ways, but also it's life changing impact for many of us here financially :)
Long & Strong LightWave Logic!

Thanks very much for posting Mdk1.
Always enjoyable to listen and watch Michael Lebby talk about LightWave Logic and it seems I always learn something new about the company and Michael. The one consistent as of late is Michael's obvious excitement and enthusiasm in LightWave's EO Polymers and his seemingly hyper focus on ensuring their ubiquity.
I don't know how anyone can listen to the past few interviews and read the latest Investor Presentation and not have a permanent ear to ear smile and have their imagination run wild as to where this little company is going in the very near future and what that will translate into the corresponding share price...'to the moon' just seems to be dramatically underselling the potential here :).
Years from now many of us will be telling tales of being here in the beginning, and then there's the amazing few, who I tip my hat, who have the honour and bragging rights of boasting about being smart enough to have been here at the beginning of the beginning!
Long & Strong LightWave Logic!

It's been a great week with LightWave and since news can drop at any time it's a risky game the Shorts are playing.

Here was my reply over there:
Thanks for posting this. Another very nice summary of LightWave and where the company currently stands and why the Shorts might soon be in for a world of hurt with this one. As X often says, this is very much a sunrise company and the potential is beyond imagination. I'm thankful everyday to have discovered LWLG when I did (pre revenue) as I truly believe it is a once in a lifetime investment opportunity for me. I'm continually amazed and grateful for the very knowledgeable investors on Reddit and iHub who provide the best ongoing DD that I've ever come across for any publicly traded company. Also worth noting that a huge chunk of the O/S shares appear to be tightly held by a large group of local and international investors and add in all the new institutional ownership in the last year and it makes the actual shares available most likely a very small fraction of the less than 112 million shares currently outstanding. Very exciting times ahead! Thanks again :)
LOL, your last sentence made me laugh out loud. Well done sir :)
'College kids have to drink, every time vein says the pps is getting slaughtered.'
While I sense a completely understandable frustration, I appreciate all of you honourable and high character posters who continue to fight the LightWave FUD and respond to the same inane and repetitive questions and comments of the disingenuous ilk. While also managing to inject so much humour and making me laugh daily :)
Every day forward is one less day in 2022 and we all know what that means for LightWave: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6.......blastoff!

Well said mattymatt66 and ditto for me...
For me it all started in very early 2018 when I discovered this board and specifically posts from Proto and X993231's 'For Dummies' pinned post leading me to start purchasing shares and allowing me a current average of .90 cents :) I owe them both much gratitude and also a favourite bottle of their choice in the future as a small token of appreciation. Of course there have been many influential posters since then with some really incredible DD which I'm also very grateful for and hope to meet some of them in person someday soon, maybe the next ASM.

That's awesome prototype_101...
At about the 18:00 mark, Lebby states the following:
"And it’s a really big opportunity, especially if you can displace all modulators that are semiconductor based with polymer based and that’s what I mean by ubiquitous. Just have polymer modulators everywhere."
LightWave has huge ambitions and by all accounts they appear to have the personnel, technology, IP/patent moat, finances, confidence and business plan in place to not only succeed but to leave all the competition in the dust and while they are at it, knock all of our socks off!
Just watched Michael's presentation at Diamond Equity.
https://www.userwalls.news/n/diamond-equity-research-host-emerging-growth-invitational-virtual-investor-conference-june-23-3395928/
The questions at the end provided nice little tidbits in his answers to a presentation we're already familiar with although Michaels narrative always adds something new :) What really stood out though was Michaels energy and exuberance. The last interview or two he seemed tired and I'm sure he's been burning the candle at both ends. He seems truly exited and I think that bodes well for us as we enter the 2nd half of the year.
LightWave Long and Strong!
tcubed
I look at this this way, Michael Lebby is bringing a ton of respectability to the Microcapdaily platform than someone trying to put a bad spin on it the other way. They sure as hell have a lot more credibility than Kerrisdale lol.
They've done some good articles on penny stocks and when you play in that area it's tough sledding sometimes so good on both Microcapdaily and Michael for doing this article as I see it as win - win.
It sure feels like the momentum is really kicking in. Michael is getting the word out to reach all markets and that is part of becoming ubiquitous :)
I believe now we will all remember 2022 more than any other time in LightWave's history for what is about to unfold as per LightWave themselves!
PS : I responded to your response as there are some I just won't give the time of day :) Thanks for all your input over the years.
Cheers all,

What an excellent message Richard_LaRiv!
Genuine, level headed, intelligent, transparent, to the point with no ulterior motive.
Very well said and a great addition to the many other posters here who selflessly post to educate and reassure the masses against the ever increasing amount of FUD lately. We will never see such a post from the dark side :)
That you very much for your thoughtful post.
tcubed
LightWave having enough cash on hand till January 2024 with little to no debt is very reassuring in this down market.
I think JM has done a great job in keeping LWLG above water financially all these years as they were in the development stage. To have less than 112 million shares outstanding, with no revenue all these years, with an unparalleled and unique product about to hit the market with potentially very high profit margins and the likelihood of being ubiquitous throughout the world is very exciting :) All that with 1 lab and maybe 50 employees max at point of mass commercialization...wow, what's not to love about this little gem of a company and it's amazing potential for life changing returns for current investors for decades to come!
So for true longs, this current share price and the all too obvious attempts from the shorts and those with disingenuous motives is more of a side show. One must wonder when reading the board lately about the motives of a company with seemingly very little credibility flooding this board, and apparently only this board, with negativity and FUD regarding a small company about to change the world, and do it in consortium with several individuals with those same credibility issues. What sucks is if these actions have taken shares from good honest people who are just very unaware of these types of 'games' that get played. Some people and institutions have no shame. I believe in karma and the saying 'what goes around comes around'!
LightWave has as good as chance as any company to be minimally impacted by a potential recession and bear market and even to thrive in same. The current share price should be of no great concern for true long term investors who can afford to hold as 6 months from now it will likely be considerably higher and continue upwards from there for many years to come.
And for anyone looking to add to their share count or get in for the first time, this is a wonderful opportunity.
Long and Strong LightWave Logic!
