At about the 18:00 mark, Lebby states the following:

"And it’s a really big opportunity, especially if you can displace all modulators that are semiconductor based with polymer based and that’s what I mean by ubiquitous. Just have polymer modulators everywhere."

LightWave has huge ambitions and by all accounts they appear to have the personnel, technology, IP/patent moat, finances, confidence and business plan in place to not only succeed but to leave all the competition in the dust and while they are at it, knock all of our socks off!
