Thanks, I'll continue to add DD as time goes on and we know more details. Overall, I really like this company, the DD looks fantastic, lots of exciting things happening with it right now, especially with the new hotel opening next month, and their listing on the OTC Market.
Plus, they seem to communicate very well, it's the first time ever I've gotten a reply back from a Malaysian company when I've attempted to contact them, and they got back with me very quickly.
These guys seem to be on the ball from what I can tell thus far. I don't believe this is gonna be one of those Asian companies that never PR's, or has any interest in communicating with US investors. I believe there will be lots of news and pretty impressive news IMO.....they have a lot of stuff going on right now.
The share structure is the only question mark for me, I'm not crazy about the o/s, but the float is still pretty low and with the kind of assets and rev's these guys will be bringing in, it should still do pretty well. I figure if the Malaysian company Ho Wah Genting Group Ltd (HWGG) can have a $600M market cap, then this can easily have $1B because this is a hell of a lot better looking.

Should also mention they are apparently doing about RM30 Million in sales per month, according to one article, so that's about $7M USD a month, plus the revenue they will generate from the opening of the Red Hotel next Month.
So we should be looking at some pretty significant assets and revenues from these guys.
Updated the iBox today, there is a lot more DD, dozens and dozens of links, videos, articles, etc out there on M101 and their projects but this is a good overview of basically what is known about the company.
Obviously we don't know all the details exactly, M101 Group seems to have multiple different divisions, not sure if it's all being rolled into the M101 Corp, holding company but I'd assume so based on the business description on OTCM.
Right now we only know about 3 of their projects, they have 10 they are working on. I know they are looking for 300 acres to purchase and develop a theme park as well, but there are not many details available yet.
IBox will be a work in progress as more details come available.
No prob, hopefully this works out for us, sure looks good from a DD perspective, everything has checked out, there is no question to me that they are doing exactly what they say they are doing. My only question at this point, as it is with all Asian companies, is will they be able to bring in investors, I suspect they will but only time will tell.
Now that we basically know M101 Holdings will be a subsidiary of M101 Corp I'll start working on the iBox and getting all the info I've found together where it's easier for someone to research.

Nice, I've done a boatload of DD thus far on this, it's probably the best longer term play I have on my watchlist. If the company can execute and bring in foreign investors I believe a $1B market cap is not out of the question at all.

Yep, it looks like they develop the properties, own the properties and their hospitality division, Sirocco Hospitality, runs/manages the properties.......the only thing they don't do is the actual construction itself, that is contracted out.
I suspect Sirocco Hospitality Group will also fall under the M101 Corp holdings umbrella.

Based on the DD, I would not think they would have any problems bringing in foreign investors, it's very common for stocks on the Chinese and Malaysian stock exchanges to have huge outstanding shares, companies frequently IPO with billions o/s there.
Its the US investors is where they will have problems IMO, as stocks with this high an o/s are considered dilution machines on the OTC and have a bad reputation. It's not the case here, and not the case with the vast majority of Asian tickers, but only those who follow Asian stocks on the OTC know that......and that's not many US investors.
So this one is a really tough call for me, I'd like to buy more because this is has the most potential of any company on my watchlist, but the ss is way too high for my personal taste.
It's too bad they did such a large f/s, this could have been phenomenal, and maybe it still will be but we'll need foreign investment to make it happen.
All my opinion of course.

So M101 Skywheel will be 78 stories and 1,037 ft (316M) tall, right now that would put it as the 4th tallest building in Malaysia, though there are a couple that are under construction, or proposed, that will be taller. It's roughly is the same height and # of stories as the Chrysler Building in New York.
In any case, it's going to be a beast of a building, add the ferris wheel and it will be one of the most recognizable buildings in the World.

As with their other properties, this one will be a mixture of hotel, residential, retail and office space. This ones quite a bit larger than the first property, 24K sq ft, 27 stories, RM300M so $70M+ US dollars.

This is completely sold out and will have a 5 star Best Western as it's anchor tenant.

It's stupid to whack, they should put shares on the ask and tighten the spread, but I expect we'll see a lot of this, as it's the first time old shareholders have been able to sell in many years I guess.
Looks like this was a shell for well over 10 years, took em a looong time to find a merger candidate, lets hope it was worth it......lol. Does have fair amount of shareholders(250 or so) for a ticker that has never actually traded until yesterday, which is weird.

There it truly a massive amount of DD out there on M101 and their properties, especially M101 Skywheel, tons of online articles, newspaper articles, tv broadcasts, videos, interviews, etc, etc.
At some point I may try and organize it in a way, that's easy for someone to research, because you could literally spend weeks researching this, but I'm not even going to start until I know for certain that the merger is a done deal.
It seems very early stages now, change of control is done, name change is done, symbol change is coming, a lot of things still need to happen so I'd expect this will be a couple months in the making.
There is absolutely no question that M101 Corp(US) and M101 Holdings(Malaysia) are connected, and that they will more then likely merge but I'd like to see some info out there about them going public in the US, and I have not found that yet.

Agreed. M101 looks big enough to attract investors (I mean real investors, not ihub-traders, lol). If they don't succeed in doing so, this will be a illiquid stock, but if they do we are very early birds. Curious if there will be activity today.
The way I see it, it will either be a bust, and illiquid, because the o/s is too high and no one will want to pay too much for it... or... the Malaysians will bring in Asian fat cats and run the Market Cap up to 750M or more(ie HWGG).
It would seem more advantageous, for this company, to have a high Market Cap, as they need to raise 100's of millions of dollars to develop properties......so selling shares at .05 cents isn't going to cut it IMO.
US investors will only buy this to a point, becuase they simply did too large a forward split. It's going to take investors like this, who can afford to buy luxury apartments in Skywheel to take it too the next level.

But the big question is if M101 Group is the same as M101 Corp (by the way, they still have Howells listed as officer on NV SOS, but he left the company in February). I mean, is the whole group going public, or is it just a part? If it's the whole group, I can imagine an uplist to a big board. I have not yet contacted the TA, however, I believe the share structure should now be roughly:

It is speculated that M101 Holdings Sdn Bhd will merge into M101 Corp(CNHDD) but it has not yet been confirmed 100%, as of now CNHDD is still classified as a 'shell' company.
