In addition to the recent change of control there was also a 200:1 forward split.

Prior to the forward split the share structure was as follows:

Authorized: 100M
Outstanding: 3,801,250
Float: 538,250 ??

I have not yet contacted the TA, however, I believe the share structure should now be roughly:

Authorized: 10B
Outstanding: 760,250,000
Restricted: 652,600,000 (held by the M101 group)
Float: 107,650,000 ??

Again, this has not been verified by the TA yet but should be pretty close.
