M101 Corp(CNHDD) is a shell company that was recently taken over by a group of Asian investors located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Singapore. Immediately following the change of control, Mr. Dato Yap Ting Hau was appointed Chairman of the Board and Mrs. Datin Cha Heng Si President of CNHDD.

Yap Ting Hau and Datin Cha Heng are the Founder/CEO and director of M101 Holdings Sdn Bhd, a large Malaysian real estate developer with a current pipeline of projects, with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM4 billion(nearly $1 Billion Dollars US).

It is speculated that M101 Holdings Sdn Bhd will merge into M101 Corp(CNHDD) but it has not yet been confirmed 100%, as of now CNHDD is still classified as a 'shell' company.
