Looks like this was a shell for well over 10 years, took em a looong time to find a merger candidate, lets hope it was worth it......lol. Does have fair amount of shareholders(250 or so) for a ticker that has never actually traded until yesterday, which is weird.

Could see some random drops from old shareholders, who have no idea whats going on, and lucked out on the big f/s.
