What I have noticed with scammers, like Ollquist, is that they always go back to their "favorite thing".

It appears that Ollquist (and other scammers) aren't really very smart.

As you say, they have a playbook.. but it only has ONE play.

It's just a name reservation. Until you register the business entity it isn't designated as 'for profit' vs 'non-profit', etc. It's possible there is a different charge depending on what type of business you are registering (Inc/Corp/Ltd/LLC).

I'm pretty sure if the merger would have happened and they would have used the name reservation to create a business entity in Arizona, the business entity would have been named WGE Enterprises Ltd and it probably would have been listed as a foreign entity domiciled in Nevada.

At the time of the proposed merger in 2015 it was an active business entity. It went into default when it failed to file its 2016 annual report/list before December 31, 2015.

The Arizona WGE Enterprises looks like a trade name reservation.

I think the way that works is you reserve the name (in this case until 2019) so that nobody else can take the name. Possibly they were planning on registering the business in Arizona once the merger was completed and the corporate address was moved to Arizona. Some states require you to also register your business in that state if you are using a corporate address there (like Florida for instance).

Since the proposed merger was cancelled as (I explained in my other post) we'll probably see the Nevada entity eventually get revoked and the Arizona trade name reservation eventually expire in 2019 without being used.

The name WGE Enterprises, LTD is used with John Durocher but the company his name is on does not have LTD on it. It is just WGE Enterprises.

Another name that jumps out - Scott Lawler. I believe there is a connection to CGRP, although it might be several degrees of separation.

Yes, the mines that this company claims to own and be generating gold revenue from? Either don't exist at all, or are owned by others. These guys are ignoramuses, and know nothing about mining. They think "soft volcanic ore" is ideal for heap leaching. And somehow think an open pit mine is somehow less destructive for sensitive jungle habitats than an underground mine.

And I'd bet all the operations and revenues are fabricated. Ollquist ran an elaborate scheme for BRNE claiming a mine in Indonesia practically impossible to verify utilizing photos of other company's operations.

Nothing existed at all at BRNE except stories, fraudulent claims, and promotion, which you full well remember I am sure.

Great research, West Century by the way is controlled and effectively owned by Nils through his wife who is the director and shareholder I believe - he uses it to hold free trading shares (he claims) so the SEC doesn't know that it is a related party! So the 48m of West Century and the 38m he issued to himself and yeah he effectively controls the company.

Robert Stevens gained control of this shell when it was Digilava Inc (DGLV) on January 14, 2015


A 1:100 reverse split was done on the ticker lowering the outstanding shares count to 301,413 shares basically wiping out all the old DGLV shareholders

Stevens then sold control of the shell to John Durocher, Christopher McKenna, and W. Scott Lawler through a share exchange with WGE Enterprises, LTD in May of 2015

14,800,000 shares were issued in the exchange as follows:

10,650,000 shares - Pina Hope (who lives with John Durocher)
1,000,000 shares - John Parker (which is an alias used by John Durocher)
350,000 shares - W Scott Lawler (the attorney working for Durocher)
200,000 shares - Robert Stevens
1,382,858 shares - Charms Investments (Clinton Greyling)
1,400,000 shares - SCI Inc
7,142 shares - Thomas Heefner
10,000 shares - John F Erickson

That original deal got mostly cancelled though. Robert Stevens (through his attorney, Amanda Vogler) fought in court to have the WGE Enterprises LTD deal reversed.

Ms. Vogler advised that everyone was served and that she never received the Motion to Dismiss. This led to the cancellation of 12,000,000 of the 14,800,000 shares that were issued as part of the WGE Enterprises LTD deal.




The shares cancelled included the ones issued to John Durocher aka John Parker (1,000,000 shares), Pina Hope (10,650,000 shares), and W. Scott Lawler (350,000 shares)

The following people got to keep the shares they were issued:

Robert Stevens (200,000 shares), Charms Investments/Clinton Greyling (1,382,585 shares), SCI Inc (1,400,000 shares), Thomas Heefner, (7,142 shares), and John F Erickson (10,000 shares)

So who is Nils Ollquist and why is his presence a concern?

Nils Ollquist was the long time CEO of Borneo Resources Investment Ltd (BRNE)

On July 13, 2011, Aventura Resorts Inc (AVTJ) did a merger with Interich International Limited and became Borneo Resources Investment Ltd (BRNE)

Interich International Limited was a British Virgin Islands entity based in Hong Kong run by Nils Ollquist (exactly like Far East Ventures Ltd).

Just ahead of the merger, ACEE did a 1:100 reverse split (exactly like DGLV/WGEE)

BRNE claimed to have mining assets in Indonesia and that they were in the process of adding mining assets in the Philippines (exactly like WGEE)

BRNE started trading in the $1.75/share range in 2011 getting some early positive price action up into the $3 - $5 range. By late fall of 2012 BRNE was under $1.00/share and its been a long drop to the triple zeroes since then.

It looks like Nils Ollquist abandoned BRNE and is running some kind of rinse, wash, repeat operation on WGEE now.

Whatever you do, don't accept this statement as me encouraging someone to stay in this stock. As to a forward split, if the company grows as I think it will and the profits rise, THEN AND ONLY THEN will you see a forward split. If you see a large buy back of the outstanding shares then the hopes for a forward split will be next. The company has a long way to go before this happens but it can happen. The stock volume, and spread really looks great so hopefully this is our time for a change.

I couldn't agree more. First we had pumper IDIG, then pumper PRINCESSKATHERINE, and we may have a new one on here soon if not already. The SEC doesn't like someone pumping a stock for personal gain. One good sign, it is trading the best it ever has all the way back to DGLV. I was a fool and purchased a large number of shares when DGLV first came out. "IF" the news is correct, "IF" the name change is completed, and "IF" the information about production is correct, it should and will go much higher. With all the other false news and false promises, factual information will be required to make it run and when it does I think we will all be very pleased. We just have to hope and pray for the best.
