NOTE 6 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
On April 15, 2015, the Company entered into a share purchase agreement with WGE Enterprises, Ltd.
(“WGE”) to acquire 100% of the membership interests in WGE in exchange for 14,800,000 shares of the
Company’s common stock. The share exchange was consummated on July 13, 2015.
Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date these financial statements were available
to be issued. Except the disclosure above, based on our evaluation no other events have occurred that
require disclosure.
