PRGE is exactly like VLNX and RVGD
They were old abused shells that ended up in the control of Gregg Mulholland in 2012
With VLNX, Gregg Mulholland gained control of the shell in 2012 from Robert Stevens who hijacked it after it was abandoned. Mulholland then did a reverse split then issued a bunch of control stock to himself using Shilo Capital Inc at the Legacy Global Markets address and a bunch of free trading stock to himself using nominee accounts set up through Bandfield and Godfrey in Belize

With RVGD, Mulholland gained control of the shell from Robert Stevens after the Fort Wayne Mafia group was done with their enrichment scheme on the shell. The change of control included a large reverse split in 2012. Mulholland then issued himself 275,000,000 control shares through Omega Mercantile Ltd which used the Legacy Global Markets address at The Matalon Coney Drive, Suite 404 Belize City, Belize and 100,100,000 free trading shares held in nominee foreign accounts which was later reduced down to 35,395,072 shares.
As I pointed out in my two posts about RVGD, Mulholland and his group then hired Thomas Russel and James Scheltema to do attorney letters.

With PRGE, Mulholland gained control of the shell after Big Apple Consulting was done using it for their enrichment scheme. The change of control included a large reverse split in 2012. Mulholland then issued himself 125,000,000 control shares through Whitehorse Capital Inc which used the Legacy Global Markets address at The Matalon Coney Drive, Suite 404 Belize City, Belize and 50,000,000 free trading shares held in nominee foreign accounts.
The other address from your post, 76 Dean Street, Belize City, Belize was a common address used by Robert Bandfield and Andrew Godfrey when they set up their nominee offshore accounts for clients

With PRGE David Naylor was used as the CEO and Thomas Russel and James Scheltema again providing the opinion letters.
PRGE touts the Adams Range property in Texas which was passed around through no less than a dozen William Scott Marshall, Jim Dial, Phil Kueber, David Naylor, Robert McIntosh, Robert Sullivan, Scott Burnett linked tickers

More and more I am starting to think that William Scott Marshall is a partner of Gregg Mulholland and Phil Kueber with all of this offshore stuff.
I'm also starting to wonder if SRGE, SAEI, and CRGP might have been run by this group too and not by Jamie Holland and Alex Smid like William Scott Marshall wanted everybody to believe.

MoMoRaptor had obvious close knowledge of Jamie Holland and somehow knew that Jamie Holland was going after Jason Dussault of DUSS (now IVAP) for money owed to Jamie Holland. MoMoRaptor claimed that Dussault was paying back Holland by diluting DUSS stock.
But then we have the David Naylor connection with CRGP.
