Nils Ollquist was the founder of Orient Packaging Holdings which later became Orient Paper, Inc. (ONP). He ceased involvement after it was sold to a Canadian company.

He was an early pioneer in China-based investments, having founded Orient Packaging Holdings in Wuhan, China in 1997. The company subsequently listed in the United States and ultimately sold to a Canadian-listed forest products group.

Ollquist has a history in the world of penny stocks that should not be ignored. Even though BRNE has a virtual office in the Bothell, WA, the only physical office is Hong Kong, which is where Ollquist is based. Borneo Resource Investments, Inc. is more a China-based company than US-based. It's operating subsidiary, Interich, is domiciled in the British Virgin Islands, which has banking laws that shield BVI corporations from lawsuit judgments.

Ollquist's Orient Financial Services company (OFS Capital Group) is also domiciled in the BVI with its primary HQ in Hong Kong.

Why domicile his companies in the BVI, which is a known haven for scam companies? China isn't much better.
