Sedar should eventually have the info/results posted soon.
It’s today right?

I should ha
ve went, my
bad sorry guys.
Good question. Sounds like there was not a call in number for it. They are having it off-site, so hopefully someone could attend it. Not sure if it could be posted on their website following the meeting...
Any ideas on how we find out how the shareholder meeting went? Stockholder attending? I don't think it is virtual?
I'd like to know where all these shares are coming from.....there's no reason for it......we have No conv debt........everything else is locked up.........or at a much higher cost basis........
Z
I think we are days away from any price moving news…lmo
I think we are months away from any price moving news…lmo
Had to add a few more today just in case they have a surprise at the shareholder meeting.
VCT-TORVF:Textbook back to-bottom of-channel.Daily almost full reset too
Shareholder meeting after the close today....could be interesting for tomorrow.....or today.
Thank you!........

+++++ Why $TORVF is the Hottest Stock Now:
$ TORVF is #1 in Lithium Battery Development:
They have developed the Next Generation tech for Lithium Batteries...i.e. Solid State, which is now the future for all Electric Vehicles (Think Tesla: $TSLA )
$TORVF is the USA Symbol for the main company: Volt Carbon Technologies in Canada (TSX-V: VCT).
Company was founded by the recognized world leader in battery and fuel cell technology (Zhongwei Chen, PhD)
https://uwaterloo.ca/chemical-engineering/profile/zhwchen
Website: http://www.voltcarbontech.com/
Company Management is all PhD's.
They will challenge the current major Lithium battery company, which is Quantumscape: $QS (NYSE) trading at $10/share, with a market cap of $3.4 Billion.
Quantumscape is using old tech, which $TORVF will be replacing.
$TORVF has also recently (Sept 14, 2022) patented a revolutionary Air Classification System for Graphite Mining.
This tech can be used by every Graphite Miner on the planet. And Graphite is HUGE.
Highlights:
Next Generation Lithium Battery: No Thermal Runaway
Production ready
-- Simple modification of existing lithium-ion battery production lines results in rapid industry adaptation.
Solid electrolyte separator vs current membrane (which leads to thermal runaway)
Revolutionary air classification system for processing graphite
-- Recently Patented on Sept 14, 2022
-- Graphite flake separation done at mining site vs shipping to processing facility.
-- Graphite Processing Without Reagents or Wet Tailings
Revenue Streams:
1. Next Generation Lithium Battery Manufacturing.
2. Graphite Air Classification process leased to Mining Companies.
3. They have Mining assets that can produce Graphite for sale.
4. Also they have rare earth metal mines.

Just a quick reminder, TORVF is a Canadian-SCAM!!
Tax deferred account the withdrawals are income but no capital gains. It stands for Registered Retirement Savings Plan I try to shelter or defer as much as I can. Nice that I can now do so with OTC plays like $TORVF as it creates way more opps to invest in
Basically the RRSP & TFSA are the US versions of 401K & ROTH from what I remember
Plenty of DD on the board, looks like an investment to me.
$TORVF
Bingo........ $TORVF has that Graphite Air Classifier, which will produce revs pretty soon I think.........also ....Graphite is used in Sodium Ion batteries, correct?
Z
Probably ......lol.... Fact is Lithium-Ion is will be around for a Long time, and will not be replaced by Sodium-Ion................
Z
While Sodium-Ion has promising features, it isn't going to replace Lithium Ion.......:
https://solartechadvisor.com/lithium-ion-sodium-ion/
Z
They have lower energy density and only have limited use now:
China’s biggest maker of electric vehicle batteries (also known as CATL) is setting up a supply chain for the batteries and has entered into negotiations with some automakers about their use.
The technological limitations of sodium-ion batteries, according to Pacific Securities Co. Ltd analysts, have mostly seen their use confined to e-bikes and energy storage.
But since their lithium-based counterparts are so widely used and have a such high energy density, spiralling costs of their metal inputs have caused some manufacturers to start a race for the most efficient sodium batteries.
Sodium-ion batteries have their own benefits. For one, they are cheaper than other types of cells. They also recharge faster and work well at lower temperatures. And they’re environmentally friendly because they don’t use any rare metals.
The sodium-ion battery has similar working principles to the lithium-ion battery. Sodium ions also shuttle between the cathode and anode. However, compare to lithium ions, sodium ions have a larger volume as well as higher requirements in terms of structural stability and kinetic properties. This has become a bottleneck for the industrialization of sodium-ion batteries.
Z
Delving into it again!
Wasn't this covered a while back...my mind is going!
come on man the new battery is in production now . 900 miles between charging , 3 times cheaper that carbide batts, and 15 minutes to charge.
no one can compete with is battery. it is game changing.
They haven't perfected it.....Lots of 'May', 'Might', 'Could', 'Will', 'Plans', 'Expects', 'Would', 'Can', 'Possible'............
One guy 'does not believe sodium-ion will Ever replace Lithium batteries'
And 'Sodium Ion will EVENTUALLY be viewed as a SUPPLEMENT to Li-Ion Batteries'
And 'Sodium Ion's current energy density SHORTAGE'..........
And Elon himself is expounding 'extracting Lithium using Salt/Sodium Chloride'
Z
doesn't Nickel Manganese Cobalt batteries need to be cooled? which doesn't work in hot weather in az , nevada , nm, texas, they over heat and blow up. and in fla they cause fires from storm surge. Nickel Manganese Cobalt has to be mined and is expensive too! Nickel Manganese Cobalt batteries don't charge in 15minutes and dont go 900 miles between charging either. this is old tech. imo glta!!
$TORVF - Do your homework - Volt Carbon's batteries don't have any graphite in them. This was also stated by the CEO in a recent interview.
Two main divisions in Volt Carbon Technologies:
1. Solid UltraBattery - Next-generation solid-state batteries with NO graphite anode. (Patented)
TESLA IS GOING WITH THIS NEW SODIUM BATTERY TECHNOLOGY BATTERY. SO NO NEED FOR GRAPHITE.!!! https://www.futurecar.com/4883/Teslas-Battery-Supplier-CATL-to-Start-Production-of-Sodium-ion-EV-Batteries-Next-Year
900miles on one charge and 15minutes to charge. no need to cool the battery because it does not get hot.
so volt carbon is now considered old tech.
Ok......Thanks.............
Z
A Canadian thing, somewhat like an IRA I think. Buy and sell crap free of taxes until you take out money
What's a RRSP?
Z
+++++ $TORVF in a NutShell:
1. Has the #1 Leading Next Generation Lithium Battery Tech (Solid State).
2. Novel Graphite Mining Separation Tech (Patented Sept, 2022).
3. Producing batteries for specialized applications.
4. Founded by recognized World's Top Gun on Li Batt Tech (Chen, PhD)
5. Owns 3 Graphite Mines.
6. Owns Rare-Earth Metal Mines
7. Company is run by PhD's
8. Zero Conv Debt! (We Double checked...)
9. All financing by management personal checks, private placements, options, warrants.
Z
Game On Sharky!
LETS FREAKING GO $TORVF $VCT
RSI reset, looking for next round IMO
$TORVF
Did we expect anything different here?
Thanks! I just double checked either the rules changed or it's due to being a Locked In RRSP/LIRA
I stepped away from OTC from 2018-2022 but have been playing them since 07
I will have to see if the platform will let me put OTC plays go through when I get my next alert from 8K Spy
Unless the rules have changed or your broker is an idiot, you can own TORVF in an RRSP.
U.S. Dollar versus the Canadian Dollar expectations factor in ...
Shermann
I just wish they would more rigorously settle the trades.......that's why stocks show up on Reg Sho.........and having 13 days to settle is f***ng ridiculous.......
And I know it's low relatively speaking.......BUT the actual % of the daily trades is WAY up there.......and that can easily affect the stock price movement..
Today it was 58% for God's sake.......lol
https://www.otcshortreport.com/company/TORVF
Z
I made a post either last week about the price spreads with USD/CAD and the two exchanges
Scooping up VCT can be to ones benefit,
I own both tickers and sometime the profit/loss difference be between 5-15%
Being a Canadian I'm thinking of overweighting on the VCT ticker as my gains can be Tax Deferred (RRSP) or Tax Free (TFSA) with $VCT but not with $TORVF which I hold in a Cash Account
I love it when my OTC picks are also listed on Canadian Exchanges almost as much as I love being in a Reverse Merger play
Good Point Wayne......I've been wondering about the dynamics of having it trade in 2 places......seems like great arbitrage opportunities........
Z
You got em at a great price Shermann!........Kudos.........
Z
+++++ Is $TORVF about to go Live with it's Graphite Air Qualifier?
This recent PR about the Graphite Air Qualifier seems to have been overlooked:

$TORVF: We're betting on a winning horse here:
Dr. Zhongwei Chen
https://uwaterloo.ca/chemical-engineering/profile/zhwchen
His name is on 46 patents:
https://patents.google.com/?inventor=Zhongwei+Chen&assignee=Zhongwei+Chen&sort=new
Solid UltraBattery Patent:
https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2021189161A1/en?q=volt+carbon&assignee=volt+carbon+technologies,Solid+Ultrabattery+Inc.
Imagine you are a really smart chemical engineer with a PhD and tired of inventing while the companies you work for own and get all the revenue on the patents you helped them develop.
The corp. exec's hoard all the cash and invent nothing!
So, you start your own solid-state battery company, develop batteries the way "you" want without upper management fucking up the program, file patent applications, and own your ideas.
The "theory" here with Volt Carbon is tested, revised, put into practice, patent(s) filed, mfg. methods developed with "Scale-up" in mind, go after vertical markets, get clients, sell solutions.
That is what is going on with Volt Carbon.
PhD's have their PhD because they do their homework better than everyone else.
No B.S.
No Scammers.
PhD's have a little more integrity than the average person and do what they say they're going to do.
This isn't your average pink.
