Tax deferred account the withdrawals are income but no capital gains. It stands for Registered Retirement Savings Plan I try to shelter or defer as much as I can. Nice that I can now do so with OTC plays like $TORVF as it creates way more opps to invest in

Basically the RRSP & TFSA are the US versions of 401K & ROTH from what I remember
