I have never seen nothing like I have just seen before ever and we believe that every single last detail must be absorbed for a correct context of something.

I think of Johnny as I do Kenneth Copeland and was a little shaken about the excerpt from the Inside Edition interview when he pointed and had the grin so I decided to watch the whole interview and can say while the interviewer, Lisa Guerrero, had some confrontational questions she called him no name and he was so cool as well making me to love both Kenneth Copeland and Lisa Guerrero as I have tried to think that Johnny.

I need to know seeing that Kenneth loves the people whether or not he would allow Johnny on the plane because finding out this will be very telling as investors of OTTV continue to strategise.

As well I remember the internet marketing strategy with Johnny being interviewed by a website called appoftheday which was pretty smart of the creator and also good laughing fun times reading the alleged interview where Johnny's statement paraphrase was that no he just got into being a web engineer and is from the entertainment industry.

Does anyone else remember the online article somebody posted for views and they mentioned that the OTTV CEO was John Sepulveda and spoke of some of the upcoming highlights as well as investors online talking bad about him?

It was so funny because the guy that wrote it saw us and/or me talking about Johnny and we could see that in his mind it was a cuss in our mind to call a John a Johnny like a Bob a Bobby or Willy or changing Calvin to Kaylen in the elementary class.

We all have simple DD and parts we don't look at, but it all starts with Johnny.

What if every day we pick some stock and imagine that it's OTTV. We could buy some and then sell it and not feel all the way bad because of knowing to be a long strong OTTV we take these funds and go ahead and type OTTV into the search field and then buy OTTV with profits while telling ourself we are dip buying.

No matter what happens we will always be able to take profits because of making the profits first with the imaginary OTTV that is really something else, but the buttons look the same for buy and sell.

Just don't sell too many millions into market order bid because it will bring up no bid and big .0001 ask pretty fast.

Did you know that every day I think about Johnny?

While I think of OMG things from Johnny it is not only that, which I bet people don't expect, but I say truthfully there are things I am willing to learn from Johnny.

For example if Johnny were to teach me something like a paperwork procedure that blows my mind I would be thankful and forever be indebted for more knowledge even though I say BS to the other knowledge.

Also, I have never researched to see if there are YT videos showing how to fill out various SEC related forms and if I could do this by learning to keep lawyer fees at minimum to start OTCs I would form them and sell them to Johnny. In the PRs I would let it slide for saying that I'm partnering with Johnny even though I am simply selling him OTCs. For marketing purposes I can partner with Johnny and be OK.

I think what they should do is set an example by talking to Johnny and the lawyer that he will not talk without because I know he is smart like that and offer him to be fully exonerated by turning everybody else in.

Then at random and for more proof take a few of them to tell on everybody else to also receive full exonerated as well. Those that did not accept the deal to tell on everybody else can get 48 years minimum with 70% absolutely required before parole board. However, 2 or 3 of these can work undercover to receive information from the other guys and get out after 24 to 36 months.

Then over the coming years there can be television specials where the main guy that did more stuff than the guys with 48 did can make money by telling the secrets and writing books and they can also interview the others that will discuss how they didn't do anything the guy exonerated should have gotten more.

Also I don't pay attention and am wondering if Johnny is writing the blank checks that he approved with the supervote still.

The reason I say is because one thing I observe because of enjoy following it is that Johnny is still always talking about things coming soon like he always has and by doing this there is some volume and jumping from .0005 to .001

You know Johnny can say something and it can happen seeing that things in business don't just happen like a magic spell or press of a button to turn off and on right.

If I were to be a medium predictor right now and let you know that I'm talking to you when I say I am fully aware that you had a nail in your tire before that is shocking is it not.

The lady that went on media proclaiming it was a history teacher at some school that did a stab, for is it not possible that she picked up on the teacher aspect as some helper and just wasn't experienced before naming out somebody that was innocent that taught history and is it not possible to be wrong and still have an element. For is this town plentiful of educators.

That's right I'm talking at Viva to James, Jim, or John. David! See! Now J or D can send Johnny a faith vow to buy 10,000,000 shares and be blessed by starting payments now of 500,000 or more shares a day or week. Viva can trust it by asking how much is in the bank and use that.

At a point I became baffled and now accept it with a smile and got to be kidding me.

I am thinking maybe if Johnny would have gotten in trouble for making up stuff that they didn't want to do anything because the publicity would have made the whole stock market know about OTTV which at .20 would have had the market makers short it on down faster to take everybody's money and maybe it was envisioned when Johnny releases a statement that he is going to fight maybe that would make the stock bounce back up and they didn't want to induce that. It is crazy.

If I was looking for a ticker ownership and not caring about the television part, I'd probably want to pay more than the current market value of OTTV just for the established ticker that can go wild instead of starting a newly formed OTC company.

Just now I got to thinking about if we were to write an essay about what the reasons are that we like Johnny in this endeavor. To write the essay we can put it in the perspective of ourself buying several millions of shares and wanting it to go up. We can speculate on things Johnny hath told us but can't make anything up. I think it will be OK to use forward looking statements and/or "if" Johnny did one thing or another like could he be doing guerilla marketing still and opening new virtual offices put out in press release so everybody knows about it.

Also we could research the printing cost of putting Vivalivetv scratch off service cards in Walmart electronics. I wonder also if that could be part of the Viva lottery Twitter catalyst Johnny talked about with there possibly being special offers on some of the scratches.

One thing we haven't heard about is if they are using the same credit card machine to accept payments before the last release of that info in 2017.

With a new credit card machine that can save one-half percent in processing fee, the effect on profits can be huge if sales volume is really up.

Also, do the .50 payments that were spoken of from each Nigerian customer arrive in individual checks or are they tallied into one whopping lump sum? I don't know.

I agree there is a strong conviction out there and people do not discount Johnny's ability to get things done.

If Johnny wanted to make a lot of money he could, but I must say keep it under $145,000,000 in the pocket as that may be the threshold for trouble as some lady got 11 years for that amount.

There is another company that was making more than Johnny that had a product called Strong Conviction- Trades and the FTC said "No" and charged them with a 137 million dollar fraud. Stuff like this needs to be settled and they settled for 2.425 million to get it out of the way. What is funny is by using a word that sometimes has two meanings because they are Led Zeppelin fans is that the self-fulfilling prophecy of Strong-conviction came true but was made affordable for the business to survive in the end because they listened backwards to the song.

Also, we should be careful trusting people because there is something I notice as a red flag when watching the Charles Manson interviews with his wisdom and thinking at first he might be innocent because he didn't do anything but by having a recording it can be further reviewed and tracked back to uncover how the manipulation was setup the same as Twitter today.

You see, when Charlie said He didn't used to look like a hippie, it's because they wouldn't let him cut his hair or shave, I imagined Johnny with long hair and no shave. But mostly I observed that if many many others don't have long hair and do shave, how can he not shave unless it is true, a parallel universe.

I don't know either. I do believe Johnny has some opportunity to make some more money though.

I have a good idea to help out Johnny and hope he hears about it before some other OTC CEO.

I like to think of PRs that can be real and unique and believe what Johnny can do is a PR that once again outlines objectives and throws in a new link for investor feedback and survey with the goal saying to provide transparency in the market.

Now we don't know how this would work out for sure but it can be something else that Johnny pioneers and it will sound real good.

However, as a non OTTV investor I seldom look at OTC Markets website and I noticed it is pink limited and probably can't buy it... let me check..... OK, never mind it can be bought. That is good Johnny can do PR just not have to file.

Another one that was learned from being an OTTV guy is that in the battle of that belief and that belief is the common belief of One in the broad view while the generals and specifics vary for everyone.

We must understand and fear not that those that are, are the ones that know of others in the hierarchy despite the newly enlisted and slower to advance, aka, E-1 prick that can be charged with insubordination when jumping fast on the high horse.

For it is written as null and void that you take the man onto your house and he will cast away something that is of your own when this special "talent" of individual leaves and relaxes back into anger at the man he should love for spitting on his face or eyeing his BMW, Toyota Corolla, or whatever.

We let Johnny run his business by the law of the land and that's simply the way it goes.

I'm really excited for Johnny and his public company stock over the next coming future and this is good because you know how it is when we are excited for ourselves and then have roller coaster emotions of dismay due to timelines.

When we are looking forward to Johnny's success we don't have to sweat it in the interim as we can still look forward to later and not be really too sad yet because we know it is coming eventually when we can say good for Johnny.

I really hope the Viva crew can entertain at the upcoming SEC convention and Johnny should give a speech about joining the fight although he is lucky to not have been affected.

Although Viva has not been directly impacted at all by short sellers, it would be nice to see them at the #OccupySEC2023 convention to provide musical and Vivalivetv entertainment if Johnny can set this up.

Another thing good about Johnny is that he stays with his original course of action while adding other things that he thinks about that could expand OTTV with funding.

The things that are unknown and vary with all is how long it is going to take. If a road construction begins in the winter and the future elements are unknown then the blueprint takes time and has to be altered along the way. If we give the young person on Shark Tank a loan to fulfill the Chinese import of received purchase orders we just have to wait for the travel time, clearance, and 30 day net terms, whereas if we support the parasite with 500 weekly it can take a little more time until they see that 1000 is more than 500 for exchanging time for income. It all depends.

We also remember when Johnny was studying to perhaps start giving dividends to the longs and he faced a little heat from a few for not giving dividends and for people wondering why he even said that.

Well, we don't know the details of that study or for what year his projections were or any of that. Johnny could have not been as nice to even tell us these, but Johnny communicates things like this.

Yes, Johnny did obviously change his mind about doing that 8k regarding debt retirement I know but that may not matter as it all depends on who gets paid back the debt.

If the money stays in house then Johnny is better off while growing. Johnny does give us the message that he is growing.

For financial disclaimer I didn't buy it but I'm going to cheer it on if it goes up.

I don't know about you but I've tested apps before after I installed them without actually using the app yet.

For instance I've had an ad for a space shooting game with a teaser that makes me install to finish and then when I start playing on the app and get an ad I end the test early and have been known to uninstall apps.

Anyway it doesn't matter because if someone says Johnny is not testing an app he should be able to provide reasonable evidence by making a short video showing him playing with something.

So I wouldn't worry about that.

If I could help Johnny come up with something for business expansion I always like to tell of new ideas.

Now that Johnny has some experience in web development stemmed from the Viva app, it would be nice to develop another app that determines when to buy and sell high volume stocks based on skill that can be learned from hours and hours of training based on conditionals of do this here and that there while this negates that it only does it here if I is before E unless it is a case that I isn't before E.

See! The algorithm can be based on all skill and with so many traders the skilled will coordinate the moves and the thousands that won't learn will be givers unless they decide to unlock the computer advisor in this potential new app by Viva for 39.95 a month which will hopefully graduate to 3,995 a month in time.

This is just one of many apps Johnny could come up with due to his creativity. This type of business could end all pump and dump in the market.

This would be game changing and super high demand. A stock with a business model to prevent the pump and dump of stocks!

The bottom line states that Johnny has unlimited potential if continuing to work hard.

If anybody still has a problem with OTTV tough luck because even if there was something from the past it is barred from 5 year federal statute of limitations.

Even the Comcast 8k is almost there and it doesn't matter because he said when the partner is ready and now Johnny is talking about partner readiness!

As far as the saying that Opie Taylor is to Ron Howard as Pinocchio is to Johnny Falcones, I don't care because all 4 dudes are cool and just different personalities from 2 unique people.

There may be something for real going on with Comcast as they are in a similar line of business as Johnny. Yes, I can say this because Johnny said there was something and until further notice we will have to speculate.

I do say at least Johnny doesn't BS us with stuff like going into business with Charmin or anything like that. Now if Johnny does expand into other fields it is possible to have a Viva branded line of paper products, but that would be farther down the road when there are acquisitions.

Also the Dollar General CEO is really getting me about to blow the top. Johnny is a Saint compared to this POS and I would laugh if Johnny got the position as CEO of Dollar General. What DG needs is whistleblower employees.

What I like about OTTV is the learning experience and thankfulness for the last pump in 2017 when Johnny put out a PR about the marketing blitz starting on Thanksgiving Day. This was hyped up first by Johnny Tweeting that Luis Guzman was going to be doing nationally televised commercials for Viva. There was never a Tweet showing the commercial and nothing to be found regarding marketing at all on Thanksgiving Day. The next company communication was to say "these things take time"

Also, the April of 2017 PR that Viva middleware was patent pending was bogus as verified by no patent pending approvals or denials on USPTO.GOV

Can anybody else go and partner with Tikilive and pay to put the logo on the app? Yes

Can anybody else get a patent on it afterwards? Haha.

OTTV is in my top 10 list of least amount of money to ever lose on a ticker and top list ever of pipe dream loss despite watching a millionaire DVD that says to not trust any of these OTC at all, period, no matter how compelling the story.

None of this matters especially now because after 5 years Johnny is 100% good to go.

I also am a slow learner that OTC companies say whatever they want and at the furthest extreme there could be a civil penalty they can afford.

While we all know dilution is a requirement for funding a company, let us never forget that anybody since antiquity that gets their hands on money likes money.

I made a good double up on another OTC ticker because they received a very nice loan that was on good terms for repayment but would convert to shares if not repaid by a certain date. For some reason the company decided to convert the loan to shares months later to get free money and I was gone despite the awesome story that didn't work out despite all the hard work.

Probably my biggest reason for other OTC losses is falling for the "big bid support" scam.

Imo, what interested OTTV watchers can do is either watch it for some momentum based activity based on the company communications or not mess with it at all.

I think Johnny has something planned for this year but like better opportunities.

Also, I like OTTV because seeing that it is fiction it helps to stay in line everywhere else by having discussions about Viva.

I've been doing some good OTTV DD that shows generational wealth is in order for some no matter what the stock does in the near term.

In 1920, less than 104 years ago, we could buy a nice new car for $260 and today to get an upper line cheap car that may not even be the best handling on the road could be around $28,000 dollars. Also, we can look at how wage increase has been on the incline for the last century as well.

What I calculate is that in around 103 years the stock can be at .075 no matter what anybody does. This is just the beginning folks because that doesn't even account for the next one or 200 years after that.

Patience is what pays is only what makes sense.

To be low budget I will try to make a Johnny statue out of flour that hardens up well and some kind of paint or Taco Bell sauce to stop any mildew or mold.

Somebody before had brought up dilution as something with OTTV and the talks did not include the funding of the company.

Dilution should be held in secret because in the end inflation will supercede dilution.

If the hotel adds water to the orange juice while keeping it to still be light orange and the rooms are booked daily with adults and free kids, the hotel is going to run out of orange juice when the juice turns clear.

There will be leftover guests fighting for more orange juice and no way for dilution while waiting on potent orange juice dash deliveries.

Hotel guests and OTTV buyers are inflation and water that just stays clear anymore is pointless dilution.

One reason for RS is because of the SEC not cooperating with traders that want to buy the stock at small prices.

If Johnny would not have exercised on the RS in the past, the float would be now 272.5 billion. What I am talking about is that zeroes shouldn't matter in the stopping of retail traders buying at .0001 and no lower.

Retail traders should be able to bid sit at .000000001 in case someone sells everything to them with a market order.

These are nice figures! What we can see and show with illustration the power.

If more people go back into old times and hold a fraction each, say 1 million shares for this guy and 8 million for this guy, it can average out to a gigantic shareholder holding when including the 200 dollar guys as well.

Before when we would see .0016 and .0017 for 2 months we could reveal that it was only a wait before it goes to .0032 and then some people would buy it at .0029 and sell it for .0019 or .0005.

If the ones that sold it for more would not have bought something else that went down then there can eventually be a score of guys that own all of it and enjoy the high price that would need not to RS thereby keeping the stock strong.

We all want the Berkshire Hathaway guy to discover it if he would stop only playing his 300,000 dollar stock and Coke but he doesn't want to wait it out even though he admits to missing lots of opportunities.

What is good is finding somebody that is communicating news is coming and just do it because it goes up after news comes later than originally expected because so many didn't believe it was coming anything.

An OTC CEO that goes out of the spotlight for awhile while working hard and then comes up with something to tell everybody but gets delayed a little bit before telling at the exact time he said he would is an expert master of his craft by telling later by a week or two.

We are believers that Johnny is an expert master going strong into 2023 with neverending plans to help some that enjoy to buy some.

A new name would sound good for entertainment and for being CEO if he were Johnny Glenn Jackson because of everything matching the OTTV moon theme due to himself, John Glenn, and Michael referencing as well.

I guess they are right and I see that now too like those using some common sense. I agree that we can't force Johnny into another NASDAQ CEO position just because he performs better, when we don't even know what positions he has applied for or not yet.

I wouldn't worry because there are many positions out there for good performers and maybe Johnny will run Tesitcal cars one day as a second man because I know he has moon aspirations. Besides, if Viva Entertainment Electric Motor Conveyances start to manufacture everybody will see. Henry was good for the development of his day and Johnny can be good for his day of pioneering.

If Johnny was the CEO of Dollar General I believe he would understand the psychology well if he would travel around in a helicopter and make surprise visits to the stores.

Store video surveillance could capture the bad employees to rid of for bickering about micromanagement because they are lazy and the good employees would embrace the thought of the CEO visiting for the morale builder that it really is. With Johnny maintaining a positive morale it will spread to customers and NASDAQ investors and also attract and maintain only top talent like Johnny is.

I have a really good idea for Johnny seeing that he gets things done when it is needed for things to be done. Johnny should get a baby elephant to keep in his condo and be very nice to it and be friends.

As the elephant grows Johnny and OTTV will also grow because there is no other choice.

Also, the last time I checked elephants do not invest in stocks like people investors do so the elephant's memory will be clear to always remember Johnny as good. People are not elephants so do not listen if hearing otherwise.

I don't buy it but I could see it profiting nicely since Johnny is in the clear as a good guy in the OTC and will undoubtedly have some huge stories.
